Veecymole, the physiotherapist at Health First Heartland was able to see me soon after I had replacement surgery on both hips. She has helped me in a big way. The pain is reduced and my mobility has increased. I am still on this long road to recovery but I am confident that Veecymole PT will get me there. I highly recommend her.

I have been visiting this clinic for over 4 years and I cannot say enough good things! Firstly, the receptionists are always very kind and helpful. If there’s a wait time, they offer you a quiet space to wait and unwind.
The clinic is very clean and has a calming environment.
My #1 massage therapist is Sally Kristo! LOVE LOVE LOVE HER! A great RMT with extensive knowledge and skills. She is absolutely amazing and a very kind woman. If you’re looking to feel like jello with all of your pains and aches gone. GO. TO. HER!

I am writing this on behalf of my wife.

Her physiotherapist was late by 5 minutes, which was not made up (cutting the session to 55 minutes), which was unsettling to start. She mentioned some of the issues she was having, such as knees, and after asking doing some movements, she was told they're fine, just a little tight, and moved on to a different part.
Afterwards, when she asked if they can focus on some part, the PT told her that they will do it in the next session.
In the last 15 minutes, she was lying down on the floor with her legs on a heated pad. When this was happening, the PT attended to another client. In my previous experience, at a different clinics, the PT was always fully attentive for a given session. As such, this was quite unsettling and disappointing.

All in all, will not be returning to this establishment, despite all other glowing reviews.

I highly recommend The Health First group Heartland, Mississauga location. They are very professional and helpful. They talked to me about my plan and answered any questions I had. Manish is very knowledgeable and has helped me recover from some injuries.

If you are looking for a physiotherapist. Panicheparambil is the best, she is very knowledgeable & super friendly. She made me feel comfortable during sessions & I always love our chats. I really felt the personal touch & effort she put into the treatment. I've seen improvements much quicker than I expected.

Best Physio/Chiro I have ever been to hands down. As a high level athlete in numerous sports, as well as someone who works extremely strenuous labour work as construction- Physical Rehabilitation and injury recovery were very necessary for me. I've been to countless other Physio/Chiro clinics across the GTA and no other group does it well as they do it. I've felt as the other clinics were very money driven, extremely rushed and unprofessional. Trying to get as many clients in as little time as possible, squeezing money out of you in every little way possible, temporarily making you feel better but not looking at the long term recovery. But Health First Group is the complete opposite. From the front desk staff, to the Physiotherapist Veecymole or the Chiropractor Manish or even the facility itself, I have nothing but good things to say about them. The Physiotherapist Veecymole is extremely proficient at her job, properly assessing, doing the correct procedures and techniques to analyze an issue. I've had a special wrist injury from wrestling which no other Physio i've been to has been able to treat, over months. Yet with her expertise knowledge she knew exactly what the issue was and treated it. She always makes sure you're comfortable and every single minute of your appointment is 100% focused on you as the client. She's extremely kind and genuinely cares for your health and wellbeing- something I find that other Physiotherapists lack. Then Manish the Chiropracter is also amazing. Just like Veecymole, he genuinely cares for your health. He gets to know you. He gives you tips and tricks not only to recover from whatever injury you may have but also ways to improve your quality of life for the long term. Both the Physio and Chiro compliment each other immensely and give you the full service that's much needed. On top of that they provide so many other services with other professionals in their field that just gives you the full package. Just such a great, warm friendly environment, yet extremely diligent, professional and to the point, which makes it perfect. I am usually pretty skeptical of much clinics but this one takes the gold medal.

Loi Hua the osteopathy is awesome, thank you for treating my painful sciatica, now I am able to walk normally. Deepak is a great PT who help me strengthen my back to prevent repeat pain

Dr. Manish Patel is the best chiropractor I've ever had. The techniques he uses are outstanding and have helped me immensely. He is also very kind.

auto accident. Loi Kien Hua gave me much relief through improving

I have been to 4-5 different physiotherapist clinics in the past few months and was never getting the results I needed for my shoulder and lower back pain. I now exclusively go to only this clinic because their therapists are phenomenal in what they do and I’ve been able to cure both my lower back pain and shoulder injury! I 100% recommend these guys. Whether you are doing chiro, physio, acupuncture or need a massage, they do everything exceptionally well. Very glad to have come across these guys and my results have been amazing. Dr. Manish (chiropractor) and Sally (massage) are super awesome. I am shifted to Waterloo but really missing it. My neck was really bad but Dr. Manish helped me in curing it and suggested me the exercise to reduce the pain and stiffness. Also I took post pregnancy massage from Sally and she did the excellent job.

I've been using their services for about two years I've been suffering from scoliosis, fibromyalgia and arthritis I just love their approach for various treatments I've been seeing Dr Manish for joint manipulations, Amal is amazing with her mobilization techniques in physio. I recently began receiving chiropractic and physio therapy help for my neck, shoulders and back from Manish and Mohamed at the Matheson location. They are both knowledgeable and explain things very clearly to me. Physiotherapy with Mohamed has helped with pain reduction and the exercises are helping with increasing my mobility. Manish has given me very practical suggestions for generally improving my stress levels. The chiropractic sessions with him are not easy but I feel so much better after a session. I am confident, I will achieve the results I’m looking for by attending my sessions and following up with my exercises at home.

Following trying multiple physiotherapists, and locations across mississauga this location and my physiotherapist has provided by far the best treatment with improvement in just 3 sessions

The doctor and other staff is very helpful, they know what they are doing. My doctor Khizar Hayyat, explained me everything like what is causing the neck pain and while treatment he also what he is doing and that would be helpful. Highly recommended place.

Not impressed with the physio in this outfit. I have a hip and knee issue that was not fixed, but actually worsened with time.

Had a really bad neck and shoulder ache and the masseuse was amazing. I felt better the same night. Already booked the next appointment

I've been here before for a knee injury and recently for back pain. Associates are super nice and place is very welcoming. Billing with insurance is easy and treatment is five star. Dr. Hayyat explained the cause of pain and the treatment required on the first visit and by the third appointment I was feeling way better. Big thanks to the team!

Khizar is one of the best physiotherapist I have come across and was able to identify the source of my pain very quickly and made excellent recommendations for my pain management and recovery.
Shreya is a gem, she is very knowledgeable, friendly and caring.
After few visits, my arm pain has improved significantly.

The Health First Group is a warm and inviting place and the staff is very professional and attentive. I suffer from disc issues in my low back and nexk and frequent the clinic for deep tissue massage with "Shobi" who is truly gifted in massage therapy. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the treatment aspects to ensure the best experience. I always feel 100% better afterwards. Shobi is also an Osteopath and she recently explained how the treatment manipulates muscle tissue and bones with manual readjustments. I tried the treatment yesterday I have to say that after months of nagging pain and discomfort in my neck and back I feel like a new person. She was very cautious and took care to ensure my comfort. I loved it and will most certainly continue with this alternative treatment. I highly recommend the clinic and Shobi in particular. She is a well educated and experienced massage therapist and Osteopath and also warm and personable.
