Good news! With the closure of The Health Network, Dr. Crystal moved to our office. Just two blocks away!

Edit: So THN went bankrupt and got evicted. And no one got any notice. I can't believe the owner would treat their clients and contractors this way. What a POS.

I've been going to The Health Network for about 5 years and I love it! Everyone is so friendly:) (plus, being able to pet Boomer the dog is always an added bonus!)

Great place to get a massage. Professional and friendly staff. Jonathan was extremely understanding of my needs. Feels like I have a new back! Strongly recommended.

This place, for the price, is an emergency option and that is about it. You will get shuffled around with different people which for the most part are experienced, but nothing ever feels consistent and it just feels like you're in and out here. Not much of a personal experience.

A very welcoming, kind and accommodating staff. Can usually book you in quickly. Clean and modern facilities.

Very organized, clean and the personally are the absolute BEST I have ever encountered in the Health Care System.

If I could give more stars, I would would. Such a friendly place! Always greet me with friendliest hello and have everything taken care of with my benefits before I’m done my appointment. I have been seeing Crystal for chiro and Peter for massage for over a year now and it’s my favourite time of the month! I live in St. Thomas and drive 45 minutes to see them! This is the place to go for massage, chiro and physio! Highly highly recommend!

Easy to get last-minute appointments. Very clean. Reception is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly invested in your experience. Aaron and Kelsey are top-notch RMT's!

I’ve been going here for a few years and they are very prompt in their communication when phoning. Direct billing is convenient. Massage therapists are very professional and the place is nicely decorated. A returning client for sure!

The owner is an amazing individual. I have used the rmts here off and on as required for many years. The other day when I dropped in to see if an appointment might be available the owner took an interest and educated me on my issue. He was able to solve my problem without an appointment. Fantastic folks all the way round!

Went there with my fiancé using gift cards that we got for Christmas for 45 mins. We handed over the gift cards before the massages began, which were marked with the allotted time. However, upon finishing we were informed there was a “mixup” and we were in there for 60 minutes, and felt ambushed at the end to pay money we weren’t expecting to, that wasn’t due to our fault. Nice massages though.

Fantastic company. Being able to book a professional, same day massage is awesome. Highly recommended.
