I moved into this building a month ago and i am already in love with it. It has Gym, Sauna, Pool Table and amazing staff. They take care of building really well.
Concierge services are also very good.
Schools, running track, markets and eating joints are close by.

I have been a resident here since last 8 months. The best building the whole of GTA with luxury amenities. Helpful staff and prompt service in everything.
Location is right next to St Clair station, 4 KM long trail, schools and grocery stores less than 2 mins walk.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. My unit is at 30 degrees for almost one month and the building refuses to do anything about it. I am paying over $2400 per month to live in a sauna. I’ve emailed them countless times and they simply do not care even the slightest. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE.

I love this building! The Heathview has beautiful apartments and amazing amenities. Everyone is very personable and friendly, which made my move less stressful and easy.
