The staff is shockingly rude and inattentive. I saw one associate and went to ask a question and before I could finish saying hi, he cut off and said he will call someone for me. And proceeded to continue walking away without making any calls.

Another one quickly told me the item I was looking for was in aisle 25. I told her that I had checked that aisle and it wasn’t there. She turned and walked away. No help whatsoever

Lisa is absolutely fantastic! I don't know how she knows so much! She was so helpful! Great staff!

I am very happy with my experience with Raaj in the appliances section. He solved my Appliance delivery issue even on phone and Thank You for a good experience.

Went in today during closing time and needed to return rented equipment. I was way past closing time and ran into Lina. She helped me when she didn’t really have to. Helped me return the compactor. Definitely the best customer service I’ve received. She was kind and very helpful. Thank you Lina. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I’ve been trying to get through to equipment rentals for 45 minutes. The phone just keeps ringing and ringing, won’t even go to customer service or another available representative to assist.

Shout out to Gabe (Gabriel) in seasonal/outdoor section who went the extra mile & help me with a sectional. Gabe made sure the product was sealed for delivery, offered a small discount on the last piece & used the savings towards home delivery. Thank you Gabe for your attention & exceptional customer centric service

Really ask 8s she can help and even three different places we been from other staff if we need help. At the end we ask for Manager (Lina) she was very happy to hear from us that here staff making customers.happy.

Visited the Store today and CS had no idea how to process a Refund? However, after quite some time in trying to get this processed, Anousha from CS figured it out with Chris and was able to process the Refunds on an Appliance I purchased that was returned 5 times? Apparently as per a employee in Appliances this is a process that they are not familiar with? Thanks Anousha

The prices are not worth it. I’ve seen some products actually worth the price of it, but to be honest, the prices of some things are insanely high. For example, I’ve seen a door lock that’s the exact same comparable to Canadian Tire. Home Depot sells it for $159.99 and I’ve seen Canadian Tire sell it for $99.99. I would rather go to Canadian Tire as they have better deals, but Home Depot has a greater variety in home renovation which gives me a valid reason to rate this 2 stars.

I bought Laminate flooring from Vaughan home depot and went for returns left over material in this location I unloaded 20 boxes of laminate and put on lumber cart. They refused to accept that returns I had original receipt and wanted returned it within two weeks. There was ASM Frank his dealing and customer service for very bad. It was worse customer service in the Home Depot

So I go in there for one piece of wood. I go to the front desk I ask the lady if there's somebody who can cut the piece of wood for me.she goes yes but my microphone's not working can you go over and see this employee. I then go over to him and asked him nicely if he could call somebody over to the cut center. He rolls his eyes and throws his arms up in the air.in my head I went OK walk away. I walk away he calls for someone.me and 3 other customers waiting down there for somebody.after 15 minutes I finally walked back up to the front counter and I said Hi can you please call for somebody there's people waiting over here for somebody to cut their wood.she goes ye, looks around and goes oh there's the guy! The lady calls him by his name he turns around and she goes, There is people waiting down at the cut center. I don't know what he was doing but he was waving his hands pointing at stuff. After that I said said myself forget. I just walked out after that because clearly this place their employees don't treat their customers properly. All they do is walk around and talk to each other as their customers are staying around waiting for them to help.what kind of service is that this is terrible. Ive heard this from many people as well I do not recommend this place at all. Unless u know where and what u need.

Has to be THE WORST run Home Depot in the GTA. Inventory left all over the halls and items not restocked/out of stock. Pick another Depot if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Great place for home improvement shopping. Best part about shopping here is the employees actually know what they are talking about and are not 16 year old kids like the other home improvement store.

The WORST HD. Sold me this fuel. Chuck didn’t lock brought back. Said they couldn’t help me and that with the yellow tag and X “it shouldn’t have been sold”
Bought Klein precision screw driver from same place it broke then they wouldn’t take it back or give me a refund because they “couldn’t find it “ and “we’re a small store. Take it up with Klein “

I only goto this HD as it’s the closest on my way home. Won’t be going anymore will go out of my way from now on.

Unless you only want to improve your bathroom or deck, their hardware section is lacking in diversity

They have everything you need for home improvement. Kinda pricy on some things. But you get what you pay for I suppose.

Ok so it honestly depends who is working. I have been here over a couple dozen times and 80% of the time is all good. The other 20% is bad because of bad staff but it’s not horrific enough to make me not come back. Place is clean always. Staff usually are chill and helpful. Not bad experience

Customer service can sometimes be slow. Curbside was not good whatsoever, took an hour to get 1 item and I spoke to three different people. Greeter is great, always know where everything is in the store.

I'm currently standing in the store at the key centre waiting for an attendant for the last 20 minutes. Only ONE associate in the entire back area between appliances and lumber! I can't even find someone to page an associate. And now that the associate finally showed up, the machine can't even recognize the key. I've been to this HD very frequently recently and almost every time I experience the same thing. Even during peak times, they don't have enough staff. And the ones that are there, would gladly tell you they don't work in the department! Sad that Milton has three major hardware stores and this HD is the worst of all. I guarantee if there were more, it'll be worst than those too. When I do have time, I drive farther away to other Home Depot locations. Poorly managed store!

TOOL/VAN RENTAL
Never go there last minute looking for VAN.
Make sure you always make a booking before hand.
4 VANS in PARKING LOT and HOME DEPOT TOOL RENTAL said no VANS available.

Bad customer service. I noticed that one of the managers by the name of Shelly was incredibly disrespectful to one of her associates. I was shocked and this manager should really face the consequences of these terrible actions.

Terrible customer support. Make you wait hours to provide any help. Nobody knows anything about the products they carry. Hate the attitude of the employees they don't want to hear the customers. We get the feeling that they consider us as a nuisance. Huge difference when compared to Home Depot in Burlington.

Terrible experience. Ordered two expensive appliances from this location, they were really good at the beginning of the process. The items were supposed to be delivered last week, they called and said they can't. The items were supposed to come today, NO CALL, NO TEXT, NO EMAIL, NO SHOW. I changed my plans, waited around all day and spent a good portion of my day being passed around to different departments on the phone and still the issue is unresolved. Never again.

It's a great store with good staff but their management refuses to fix their phones even though i complained to them that you just can't get in touch with anyone there.
Very unorganized and you have to wait 4 days for an online pickup. Go to Lowe's!

They have everything you need including staff wearing orange aprons who are happy to tell you that they don't work in the department you're inquiring in then moving on from you. Don't ask the kid in the rainbow-billed hat for help unless you want the above answer. Sadly, he's not the only one. Perhaps Home Depot can consider department specific aprons or more helpful staff.

Worst pick up curbside experience ever during covid.
Talked to 6 employees and waited 2hrs before asking for a manager.
Manager was rude.
And it roughly took 2weeks for a pick up order and another 2-3hrs after I arrived!

Meanwhile someone else had the same problem showed up 2hrs after me and had their order in a matter of minutes!

Worst experience ever!

A year and a half into COVID, there is an attempt to improve their curbside pickup. Unfortunately, the wait time to get two little items is just as long as when COVID first hit, nearly an hour plus.

The store was messy and disorganized. There were skids in aisles that you couldn't go down. The garden center was the worst.

Trying to get help on how to purchase and without any reason the employee just hangs up and blocks me. All I wanted Is directions on how to purchase online, any tips? The employee just says dude I don’t know what’s on your screen and then just hangs up. Wow this is Home Depot, Canada’s biggest contractor chain store and that’s how they treat people when all I wanted was some help

Don't advertise curbside pickup if you have no one to support this. This is twice in a row I have waited over 30 mins outside. No one picks the phone no one shows up. I thought in a pandemic you want to prioritize curbside but I guess not. Never coming here again

The three hours delivery is a scam. I paid extra to get my order shipping express in three hours, ended up with the same time as free shipping. When I called them to refund my shipping fees, they said there is nothing we can do for you. Horrible place and horrible costumer service.

Staff is always helpful and courteous, very unique staff home depot employs. Always prefer this store.

Did an online order and pickup. Order was ready within the hour! It was a great experience and the staff were very friendly. Keep up the good work.

Curb side pickup is a joke. Waited 20+ minutes for my order. Had to walk into the store to get my order then returned home to find out that I was missing part of my order. No one picks up the phone here either

If you are using their curbside pickup service make sure to check everything they bring you. Brought me wrong size pipes and now I have to wait for their store to reopen before return can be processed.

Fastest store for order pick-up! This is my 5th time that I am ordering on-line my building supplies through homedepot.ca due to a covid-19 restrictions and every time my order is ready within 1-2 days! Very impressive and cudos to Milton Home Depot stuff! I have tried several times ordering trough Lowe's in Milton or Canadian Tire in Georgetown and after a week waiting, I am still waiting orders to be ready for pick-up in these other stores. No way for prosperity to Lowe's and Canadian Tire if they continue being so slow. They should be mimic this model store of Home Depot in Milton! Thank you heroic stuff! (btw, if you think that I am working in Home Depot you are wrong - actually I am working in one of these problematic competitors that I just mentioned).

The people who are fulfilling curb-side orders at this store are wonderful. I recently received an order in the pouring rain and the individual was still smiling and positive. Well done gang - keep it up!:)

Curb side is a clown show. Simple order placed at 11 am and can’t pick up till next day? Too long wait in pick up area. Poor managing.

Curb side pickup services are horrific. I came to pick my order at the designated spot and waited for 55 minutes to get my (small) order. The phone number they provided was not being answered. Extremely unprofessional and careless attitude.

Big store with excellent selection of merch. Christmas selection of indoor and outdoor decor still avail. Good sanitary practices being followed. Nice store in great location!

Enjoy going to this location in the evening. Bob at lumber cash is a super nice guy we usually talk for more time than it takes to cash out if not busy. Two weeks later and 1 NASTY manager my rating drops 2 stars.

Hard to find some stock with things in locked cages. It was a busy weekend, but just said forget it and I'll come back another time. Still a great store.

Location is much smaller than others. Some isles were very cluttered especially the seasonal section.

Purchased plants and noticed a few days after bringing them home that they were infested with hundreds of little bugs under the leaves.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful but not overbearing.

Tina and Wolf were amazing at the Milton Home Depot. They helped us with our returned and gave great customer service. This is why I shop at Home Depot as opposed to another home reno store.

The Best customer service experience I ve ever had in GTA area. If you need some info or help in hardwood floors choice and installation Shadi is The Guy. Honest and very knowledgeable. Also staff at the store is pretty pleasant to deal with.

Mr. Far was very kind and accommodating of my requests and I’m just grateful. I came in seriously distressed not knowing the right tools to use for an issue on my car. After being pointed to the tools, I was even more distressed as I didn’t know how to use them.
Mr. Far helped me fix my issue and made sure I could go about my day worry-free!
You need more employees like this who are willing to go above and beyond for their customers.

It was always a good experience visiting Home Depot Milton, ON. Good flyer and in store deals. It was busy today due to Garden soil deal. Garden section always have attractions during summer

Whatever you need, you'll find it in this great store, however the same (some) products exactly and 100% the same in Canadian Tire, but from $ 2 to 3 less!

Waited for 20 minutes while they looked for an in stock leaf blower. Couldn't find it. Offered another for the same price but need a manager's approval. Waited 15 more minutes while they looked for a manager but couldn't find one. It wasn't even busy.

They change a lot of things around quite frequently and only part of the staff know what there doing

I recently bought plants for my home. The lady in the plant department spent so much time helping me, explaining how to feed them, what area of my home to put them in because I had no idea. Im sorry i did not catch her name but i wanted to say how nice she was to me and its nice to see that there are still good people out there. Thank you again mystery lady

This home depot location has limited stock for perforated tubing and related accessories for drainage solutions. The staff was helpful and nice!

Still one of the best places for DIY and professional equipment, ideas, material and a lot more. Home depot Is a household name and their service is top-notch!

Bought a GE range and they shipped me a broken one. Now I have to wait +2 weeks for the manufacturer to fix it - Home Depot is happy to make $$$ on the sale but doesn't stand behind it. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND SHOP ELSEWHERE

I came in needing help with cutting some wood for a DIY project. Laura from Lumbar was wonderful at taking time with me, asking questions and showing interest in what I was working on.

Found everything we've been looking normally. The place is well set and convenient located at a busy plaza, close to milton's dowtown
