On hold for over 6 minutes for lumber dept. Hung up called back, 2 minutes on hold home depot hung up. Called customer service waste of time.

A huge shout out to Wayne at the Brockville store. He went above & beyond with customer service. We wanted to buy a storage shed but when we saw the size of the box we knew it would not go in our SUV. Wayne said no problem, he had a truck that he would be happy to drop it off and he did. He was the most friendliest gentleman ever. Thank you so much Wayne for your help.

They carry just about everything. I like being able to use the app to check for stock quantities. They also have clearance items with great prices.

I must be unlucky. I placed a $14,000 order for doors and windows over 12 weeks ago on April 5th. I was given a delivery date for June 2nd and still have not received my order. The sales representative is unresponsive and I have received no updates with respect to my order status. Extremely dissatisfied with the service at this Brockville location. If my order is ever delivered, I will not be shopping here again. I wish you don't share a similar experience.

Always find courteous service and knowledgeable staff who weren't afraid to spend time to help you find what you need.

We went there today to pick up a few things and look at a price match option from an online order. From the moment we walked in the service was amazing! I want to give a special shutout to Michelle who helped with the price match in the kitchen area! She made the whole process so easy for us! Great customer service! We have always had great service there but today was over the top with her kind nature and attention to detail! Thank you Michelle and the rest of the home Depot team!

The staff at the brockville Home Depot are always great with fast and efficient service.
The pro desk staff are very organized and easy to work with. Which helps significantly with being a contractor with dozens of large orders each year.
To top it all Paul who performs their deliveries from Canada Cartage is a great guy to deal with. He is always on time and informs me every step of the way.
Handles the material with care and his experience shows.

I find they have a good selection of items but the price and quality are not as good as lowes.

When I went in I was not looking for anything but they had really good sales on. You never know what you will find. Happy shopping.

I enjoy going to Home Depot in Brockville. They have tons of extremely helpful staff who are everywhere in sight so if you are looking for anything all you have to do is turn your head and there is one in view. They always have tons of carts available of all shapes and sizes to suit anything you are picking up. They always have exactly what I need and I have never had to leave to go look at a different store cause I couldn't find whatever I needed there. The store is large but we'll labelled making locating what you are looking for on your own very easy. Home Depot Brockville is a great store to ship in.

In and out kind of shopping for me! The staff has always been super helpful and the store is always clean and accessible.

Ready to cancel my whole appliance order. Went to Home Depot on August 4 (despite being advised by my brother to go to Lowe's after his appliance experience with Home Depot. Since we don't have a Lowe's or Rona in our area I decided to support our local big box store and go to Home Depot anyway.) to buy a new fridge as the one that came with the home we purchased was not working. Wasn't planning on replacing the other kitchen appliances but once at the store decided to get matching stove, dishwasher and OTR microwave as well as a riding mower. Fridge and stove and mower were available for delivery immediately but the other 2 items weren't going to be available until September 9. I requested to have the fridge and stove delivered right away as I needed the refrigerator but after several days and no word on delivery I realized that the associate had put September 9 as the delivery for all the appliances. I called the store and requested to have the fridge delivered sooner and was told that the earliest date it could be delived was August 26, not great but better than September 9. On the evening of August 25th I receive a call from Canada Cartage to inform me that Home Depot has not provided them with the item and therefore there will be no delivery on the 26th. No communication from Home Depot letting me know of the change. I call Home Depot Customer Service in the afternoon of the 26th to find out what is happening with my delivery and the agent tells me that it's being dlivered as scheduled. I tell about the message from the delivery company and mention that I am considering cancelling the order to which he replies "that's always an option". He puts me on hold to investigate and doesn't come back, now I have to relay all the information to another CSR and ask to speak to a supervisor to which she replies that's not possible but will rebook the delivery which is going to be October 2 and then get "disconnected" so I have no idea if it it's been rebooked or not. To cancel or not to cancel that is the $10,000 question but not a very hard one at this point.

Stopped in to purchase a tree top trimmer The associate was very helpful in helping me pick one, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Not a great experience at home depot got 10 2x4 x 10 ft for 57 dollars insulation is still way overpriced seems like price gouging is the in thing these days

Extremely friendly, helpful and great service even during the closing time. Especially the manager was super helpful and went extra mile to meet our needs.

Not enough staff for the size of the store last time I was there I walked 20 isles not one staff member on the floor. Things like this make it difficult to want to shop at stores anymore just stay home and order online. If stores want to win back there customers they need to pick up there game.

Staff is always quick to to answer any questions and are helpful without being overly pushy, and always quick to offer other options (be that other products available in store or shipping it to your home or the store) Definitely my favourite out of the three locations I frequent.

This Home Depot is by far one of the best around. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. The shelves are never empty and you can get everything from Lumber to Laundry supplies and even Tropical Plants! Very clean and organized so it's easy to find things!

First off, thank you to Michelle the Manager for trying your best in what seemed to be an impossible nightmare delivery situation.

We live on a cottage road and have ordered from Home Depot before and have had successful deliveries without issue.

For whatever reason the driver of Canada Cartage who Home Depot uses refused to deliver the load the first day and didn’t even call with a reason so left us stranded without our order. The second day we were told the order would arrive at 10: 30am and it never did, the driver refused to deliver it. Later on in the same day, the driver arrived but refused to drive down the cottage road and dropped the load off at the main gate, 2km from our actual cottage, forcing us to break down the load and move it in with a pickup truck. The driver was not polite, nor did he care about the situation, he had a very poor attitude.

If you live in Cottage Country, think twice before ordering from Home Depot for delivery, it was a complete cluster-f and an experience from hell.

Service in appliance dept. The best in Brockville. They all knew there stuff. Dan is remarkable.

Poor customer service. On two separate occasions now I’ve waited over 20 minutes for help at the saw machine. Walked around the whole wood department looking for a sales worker no one was on the floor. Went to the cashiers asked them to page someone, they did. I waited over 20 minutes and walked out without purchasing anything.

Visited the store in Brockville to buy red barn paint which in nowhere to be found in greater Ottawa. Spoke to at least staff as I made my way through the store.each was friendly and helpful. While this has been my experience at almost all Home Depot stores.just had a bit more small town enthusiasm in Brockville

Slow curbside, had to call to get someone out. First guy brought me to the pallet area and told me someone would come haul the sandbags in, then when the other guy came there was no sandbags for what I ordered so I had to go back to the first parking spot and wait even longer for the second guy to go get the stuff inside, very disorganized.

Great staffing in the lumbar dept, was helped by several individuals several weeks ago and cant remember their names but its the reason im leaving a 5 star review!

I went in just to get a bird bath I saw on their website. I ordered it online and called to see when I could pick it up, I was on hold for a long time and ended up just going in to purchase the bird bath. There's usually plenty of parking spots available. I asked an employee where the bird baths were and he kindly told me where. It was pretty easy to find and the employee at the check out was also very friendly. It was a simple and pleasant experience (in store, can't say the same over the phone).

Garden centre employees were helpful and friendly, gave me some good advice. My curb side order was quickly delivered and I love how they have the online check in set up!

So I am 5 starring this because I had a horrible experience my order was not ready but they said it was we spoke to them. 3 x so you would think it would have been! The only good thing was my experience with a person by the name of Tristan! Whomever hired him good choice! What an amazing person got the best customer service I have had in forever this person went above and beyond was professional empathetic did an amazing job for his employer today Thank you so much for being you for that its you I give a five star too I hope you know just what you did for others today you are amazing

They need to change their websites claim for most curbside orders being ready in 30 minutes since reality is way different

The staff at the Brockville store are more helpful than the online ordering. Will never do delivery again will only do curbside. Very friendly staff.

Went in to discuss cabinet refacing. They booked us a referral with their installer, told us he would contact us in a week. The contact came as indicated, we r still discussing job details and price.

Had the best experience today. The girl at the paint counter (pam) was amazing. Even tho she was super busy she was friendly and knowledgeable about the product i was looking for.

I can't believe that this store is completely ignoring provincial law and allowing people into the store without wearing a mask. The store needs to enforce a "no mask, no entry" policy. Other stores have. It's not a police or by-law enforcement issue. It's store policy.

Huge selection. Usually a knowledgable staff member to consult. Of course the prices do reflect that level of service. And absolutely, if nobody else has that thing you need to complete the job - you'll find it there.

Terrible customer service. Employees have a handful of carts in the aisles doing inventory (Which is fine) but they were using a few lumber carts and there was none left for customers. There were only regular shopping carts left. I asked to borrow one of the lumber carts as I was not strong enough to lift the sheet of melamine with my husband. They refused to let us borrow it and I ended up slicing my hand open. After this occurred, my husband asked for the cart again (surprisingly calm by my surprise) and we were given attitude and a silent treatment. I am very disappointed and will not be shopping here anymore.

This is a nice Home Depot.its clean, the bathrooms are clean, the staff is friendly. The garden center is layed out poorly.the aisles are nice and wide,

The free water by the entrance is very nice!

Love how they are handling the pandemic understandably not as many employees proactive in helping u so u need to ask for help sometimes

Laura or laurie in garden center is incredibly disrespectful, not very helpful and has an arrogant and unprofessional attitude. Did not feel comfortable with my experience, very disappointed that she is representing this great company.

Great stop for sure! We have been looking for a specific type of toilet in a certain price range and Home Depot had it! They also had the colour of flooring in the vinyl sheet we've been looking for too! Better to go in the store as online didn't show these items that we purchased!

I could sit here and write complaint after complaint but if I had any, I'd speak them directly to someone in charge at the store. For positive comments, I've always found Home Depot to be the "go to" for just about all things associated with home and garden. It is said that shoppers should shop around but not only do they price match, I've known them to add a further 10% discount for my trouble without asking. As for Staff - I've always found them to be attentive, but I'm no more important than others, so I can be patient enough to wait my turn. I've given 4 Stars here only because 5 stars would be perfect and no one person or business is.

It is ridiculously expensive compared to Rona or Lowes (outside Brockville)

I would like to commend a lady called Laurie at Brockville home Depot for going above and beyond to help locate me a key for my snowblower.
She truly deserves 5 stars plus!

I don't come here often, but the staff are so friendly & helpful & they have a good garden centre in summer with even some indoor house plants available.

Good store where you can get most everything you need at a reasonable price. The only con: I'm not a fan of the self check out.

Had just what I needed.had to get associated to find my gadget but it was exactly what I wanted. Cheaper then the other store I looked for this item.

Today we went to Home Depot to buy paint. We waited at the paint counter with another lady who had been waiting for over 5 minutes. We waited for a bit and then noticed that the men at customer service were doing there best to pretend they didn’t see us. Finally they decided to call someone to help us. I feel that customer service is lacking at this particular store.
