We went in to order floor tiles. On the website it stated that the tiles were available only through order. When we went in, the associate at flooring (, Saturday at 3: 00) stated that we could order them and have them delivered at home. She was not interested in helping us at all. When we did go to order them at home, the cost to have them delivered was $22.00. Luckily we read that information and will have them delivered to the store.

"Customer service" was unwilling to even page the department worker to help me to find a product listed as having 26 units in the store with an empty shelf. "He's probably with somebody, he'll just be a minute" (I did two laps there was no one in that section) 20 minutes later I gave up and went to Canadian Tire. Thanks again for nothing folks.

Poor customer service. Just purchased a power tool set. One of the tools was obviously used (resealed box, glue on inside flaps broken away from cardboard, wear on black oxide of cutting attachment, attachments placed in box haphazardly). The other box was resealed as well but I didn't open it. Took them in within 10 minutes of receiving them. The individual who originally picked the items insisted that the tool wasn't used, then when presented with proof, begrudgingly went to get replacements. No apologies for the inconvenience as I'm sure he believed I was at fault. The tools would probably work fine, but I paid for NEW tools, I should be entitled to new tools. As a customer that has easily spent in the tens of thousands of dollars at the store, it's disappointing to be treated as though insisting on your purchase meeting a standard of quality is wrong.

A reviewer here took photos of another customer without his knowledge or permission, just because he was not wearing a mask. The reviewer posted the photos here. The reviewer broke the law. Why was it allowed to be posted? Furthermore, the other customer could be medically exempt. Furthermore, a lot of mask wearers are actually more of a potential threat than others anyway for many reasons and most of us know that.

People, leave other customers alone. You can wear your masks and keep your distance or stay home if you are too full of fear. You have the choices. What more do you want. We ALL need to survive, not just you. We all have different health needs and many other needs and we all need to get out and survive, not just you. We all count, not just one group. If you have a complaint take it to management of the store. It is not your place to play vigilante. A lot of innocents get harmed with vigilantism. The stores will be known as stores who only care about one thing, or one group of people, or just themselves, or whether they care about all of us and does the best they can in that way.

Any store that allows harassment, attacking, or denies services to the medically exempt, indoors or outdoors, does not deserve to be in business.

I came once to pick up an order I placed online. However, whilst waiting my car battery died because I forgot to turn my headlights off while waiting (rookie mistake). Then, once I got my order I asked the employee; Aaron, if he could help me jumpstart my car again. Aaron then went above and beyond and tried to jump start my car with the home depot van and rentable jumper cables that I was not charged for. However, that didn't work and another employee by the name of John lent me his personal portable car battery recharger to jump start my car, which finally worked. Both of these employees really did a lot more for me than they needed to and should definitely be recognized for this. If a manager reads this please do the above ^ thanks.

Hate the self check out being forced on customers. Keep changing location of items in the aisles. Pricing at register often doesn't match the shelf. Need to do better.

Worst customer service ever.waited about 30 min for help and every one was to busy. Worker name Christina was giving adittude towards me and my dad. You guys need to step up customer service and hire more people during the evening shifts

Had the greatest experience here today. We were lucky enough to have asked Ian for help with an item we were looking for. He let us know that the item was on sale but that they were sold out at any close stores; We were unaware that it was even on sale. He was able to get what we needed for a great price. He answered all of our questions, was very polite, professional and great to talk to. Thank you Ian for the amazing customer service.

Overall home depots are good place to quickly get most common home hardware.
However, if you require less common hardware, then you will be unlikely to find it here.

Garden Centre is beautiful, the rest of the store is well employed and constantly occupied with helpful employees aswell as an experience varying level that provides some comfort aswell as knowledge

Worst location. Waited more than an hour for returning an item. There were 30 in the line but surprisingly only 1 register is open to assist costumer. Unbelievable!

My order #221777289 never arrived at my house. It said it delivered but it never came. I have a front motion censored camera to prove no one dropped anything off.

Tried calling customer service for a return but they keep automatically hanging up because the line is not available.

DO NOT buy online. You will likely not receive your item and when you don't there is no customer service to help you. Shop in-store only or deliver it to your local store only.

This is my favorite store and it's back to being open. Milwaukee packout prices have gone up in the last month I have noticed but that's not a surprise I guess.

No lineup, this home depot's layout is much better than most of the other ones.where things are actually makes sense; and also the guy let me hit the hammer off the shelf to make sure it had no vibration. Highly recommend

Brutal service. 5 x days to pick up 15 feet of garden hose. Called twice was told they are busy. Even before covid the customer service at this one store is horrible. It's seems to be a bother to them when you I inquire about your order. The GM here should have looked closer at customer service vs cutting overhead cost. Provide the service and sales will grow, go at it half effort; well you can see the results. Step up your game home Depot, you can't charge full price and tell people they gotta wait 5 days to come and pick it up when it's sitting on your selves.

I purchased a high-end, floor model oven and was assured it was in proper working order. Home Depot arranged the installation and it never worked from Minute One. They told me that was my problem and I should deal with the manufacturer. It was like pulling teeth to get the model returned and my money refunded. Never got an apology or anything like it.

Maybe if the girl at the front wasn't on her phone. He had a bunch of material, but I guess the staff didn't see him. The teller mentioned it and he responded with "how many times do I come in here? If you don't want to wear one, it doesn't bother me". So how many times did he come in? Breathing on Everything and everyone. ‍️

I normally go to this store instead of one closer to home. They're usually organized and easier to find what you're looking for, however, with curbside pick up my experience hasn't been like that I pre ordered and went there to collect my order. Figuring out where to park wasn't very clear, we figured it out, parked and let them know we were waiting. We sat there for half an hour, everyone else was getting their orders and leaving and we were still sitting there. We called to let them know we were still there, no worries, your order has been checked out and should be there soon. Waited 15 more minutes. No order. Called again. Silence while someone went to see what was happening, back on the phone, we'll be right out with your order. It took a further 10 minutes but we did eventually get our order.
It appears that they might have given our order to someone else. Problem with curbside pick up is that many staff don't check your order number or ID, they are supposed to, but they don't bother, it's too time consuming and no one wants to get that close to each other right now. You tell them your parking space number and that should eliminate the problem, but staff don't even look at the parking number, one guy came to us to try to give us an order that was for a completely different parking space - didn't seem to know about the number system? I saw the order number and said that's not for this parking space, 'oh' he said, where's 19'. They're doing their best, but please be honest if you're picking up an order.

Don't buy a furnace or water heater from this company. They have a totally ignorant salesman, Steve O'Hara. After getting estimates from him and another company. I thought that Home Depot would be a better choice just because of their big name and their prices were comparable but I couldn't stand the salesman. He doesn't write bad stuff in his emails but when there is no proof of the way he talks to you then he is terrible. He is really abusive. Home Depot, you should get rid of that guy.

Absolute garbage customer service. If you're going to purchase from home Depot do not go to this location. It's seems like no matter who I talk to they're either extremely rude & have a disgusting attitude or they have absolutely no idea what's going on.

Went looking for the extension ladder that was on sale and was told by Lumber that they were Sold out on the first day. So a nice lady looked to see if Ajax had some. Mean while I went exploring and guess what I found it. Seriously before you turn business out of your store actually walk and see.

Bought a washer and dryer last sunday and was told it will be delivered friday the latest so I take those few days off. Friday comes around and still nothing no call no info. Now its sunday and I still dont have a washer and dryer. Really disappointed as we needed it by friday and now i need to take more time off. They also charged us $160 per appliance warranty when it was supposed to be $60 per appliance. Now I have to drive an hour back to the store to get it all sorted out

Was ok.cashier left us to go stand in the self service are and we had to finish the sale myself. I do not agree with self serve check out and I expressed this but ended up serving myself in the end anyways! I has a nice man find one of the things I was looking for and brought it to me. I wish I had gotten his name.

If you have read any of my other reviews. You'll know I absolutely despise the home Depot. Dozens and dozens of bad visits. From being by drunken forklift drivers at the curity location to racist managers at the Dufferin one. However this time a top shelf experience. 3 different sections. Three amazing knowledgeable employees. Bravo

Expert staff and ample supply along side everything and anything home and lawn/garden related. If you have a question about anything and the employee doesn't have knowledge concerning it, he/she will have an answer for you by the time you're done reading this review. I dont think I have ever had help and service like this at any other hardware store. A guy named Chase really helped me out. He was very informative and went above and beyond to not only find me the right products I was looking for but also educate me on how and why they were used. Big thanks to him. Will definitely recommend this location over others because the service, layout, and cleanliness of the store was above others. Will be my go to location from now on.

Today I went to the home Depot on Victoria st. I wanted to cut a key but unfortunately the key was broken in half and I had both pieces and I requested the staff Ian and another gentleman to somehow help me cut the key. They outrightly refused to help and didn't want to even try. Very assertive in the response and no solution provided then to call a lock smith. Need better service.

Had fridge and stove delivered. Wife took delivery and asked them to at least level the fridge so the door worked and they indicated that it wasn't their problem. So much for customer service. Shame because they couldn't have been more helpful until we paid. Better off at LOWE"S

Very friendly helpful staff. Needed a certain patio stone. The slot was empty. They went and searched their inventory. Found the product; and brought my buddy and I a new skid. The staff was great.
