I ordered online 74H-inch Square Corner Shower kit. Its very high and heavy. I was leaving home for work around 9 am, and found shower kit outside by the garage.
1) No one called me to let me know that it was delivered. I contacted via text customer service, I was told that only appliances are delivered upstairs.
2) If I knew that my $1000 kit would not be brought up, I would have ordered it from another company.

The guy who works in the paint section, needs WAY more training. Ordered paint and he totally didn't listen to anything I asked for.not happy

My all time favorite store in my neighborhood with the most courteous and helpful staff I have ever met -no issues ever. Except for today when I met the most unhelpful, sarcastic and disinterested staff member, named Mohamed in the appliances dept. First of all he seemed bothered that I asked him a question while he was watching something on his phone sitting idly at his station. I was looking for a washer dryer for my elderly mother and I could tell he could care less about it. The interaction was very one side with me asking questions and him giving me virtually the least amount of information Finally when I asked about the HD warranty and why it was different from other places, he told me I was better off buying the washer dryer from the other store. I had to walk away shaking my head. Seriously? Folks like Mohamed should NOT be in customer service. While I will always be back here but will always stay away from this guy.

I always visit this location as its quite large and 90% always has the stuff im looking for.but today hands down was the best experiance ever. Was looking for a patio heater and some halloween deco and Associate Ricardo was amazing! He provided the best customer experiance ever! He helped me with all my questions and helped me load my cart too.he even arranged for my items to be loaded into my car! Made my day!

I was helped by Kiaran in flooring. Very pleasant and helpful. He went out of his way to help me. I would definitely come here again for the excellent customer service

Mightily expansive selection of products here. Truly impressive how minuscule of a niche some of these projects are, including the full aisle of pink insulation in different forms.

I would recommend checking here before ordering online!

I drove to this store because they said they had 3 lawn chairs in stock. I needed 2. They did email me to say they cancelled my order for lack of inventory, but i missed the email. I share some blame but still I wasted 40 minutes of driving. What should they have done? They should have offered to ship from online stock for free.

This is my favorite home depot to go to. The staff are super helpful and I always find what I'm looking for.

My husband and I have been to this location and we couldn't have had a better experience! We were helped by an associate called KYLE (unfortunately, I don't remember his last name) and he took the time to walk us through the aisles, recommended the best products that met our criteria, answered our questions patiently and went above and beyond as far as customer service. I would recommend this Home Depot location to anybody looking for a great customer service experience.

Went to get a new washer. Get there, not that busy. Go to appliances, found the washer I wanted. Walk around for an associate, can't find one. Finally do, was helping someone, fine. Still waited, some more customers showing up. One associate, Went to costumer service. They call the 2nd associate. They said there should be two. They couldn't find the 2nd associate at all. They said it is busy. The store was practically empty. Left went to rona, got a washer. Good service. Home Depot lazy, awful service. Got for a rona card. Cancelling my home depot card.

Not a horrible experience, just a pain.

Ordered paint online, selected a color. Color was identified on order.

We don't drive, so we walked over to pick it up when ready. Had to pretend I was a car, stood in parking spot. Young guy brought the order out, was friendly enough. Walked the order back home. 1.5 hours total.

Thought to check the paint when I got home. Unmixed, so it's a foamy mess and there is no color added. Called Home Depot, they told me to call the store. Called the store, they told me to bring the paint back. For a $25 bucket of paint, it's barely even worth the hassle of walking it back, to be honest.

It's on me for not checking before walking away. But you'd hope that a megacorp like Home Depot may have some processes in place to prevent such a basic error, especially for a product that is, just about 100% of the time, customized to order.

Curb side pickup was awesome. Opened up the email and confirmed the order and they were out giving me my stuff in under 10 minutes. Very impressed.

Curbside pickup a tiny bit different from the one I normally go to, but the service is the same.

This is my home store and I usually receive good and courteous service here. During these times one would assume everything inventory is 100% accurate on-line since the orders are for curbside pick-up only. Not the case though with Propane Exchange Tanks, internet says Out-of-stock today at Leaside location whereas they are well stocked on it.

Don't buy anything from here if you need it urgently.
Bought 2 ft of vinyl tubing 2 hrs before closing. Called to see if I could pick it up same night due to an emergency, told that I'd only get it if it were garden centre related goods. Why are plants and gardening products prioritized? Can't follow their logic.

The team here is doing a fantastic job during the third stay home order through this pandemic. I have picked up a few curbside orders and everything has been perfect, fast, and with a smile. Thank you!

During the lockdown the pick up service is awesome. Ordered in the morning, was ready for pick up after lunch. A 5 mins wait in the parking lot and they loaded the order into the back!

I rented a cargo van for a day and the staff were very nice. Be prepared with proof of your own insurance with your name on the same page as the policy number, the insuring agency etc. Refuel on your way back and show them the receipt to prove you gassed up!

Very knowledgeable staff who was able to pick up the plumbing supplies that I needed from looking at a damaged part that I brought with me.

Best Covid service I have received! Traffic director deserves a raise 11/10 employee! He was running back and forth making sure everyone was going to the correct spot for curb side pickup!

Due to covid restrictions I needed to do curbside pickup. I forgot to order so the lady acted like my PERSONAL SHOPPER! GREAT SERVICE!

I had a horrible experience here. Ordered a toilet seat. I went inside and was finally served. There was an older lady there at cash while the other employee went to find the seat. This lady was very brash and not polite to customers. I wait and wait and finally she finds the toilet seat. I bring it home and after taking it out of the box there's a blob of glue on the back and marks from a machine on the back too. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning and waiting another two weeks for a replacement. I install it and it's fine. You can't see the small defects. But this was an overly pricey toilet seat, and my experience was not positive. I won't go back.

Only relegated to curbside pickup but the person I spoke to on the phone and the person that brought my lumber out were friendly. Not as busy as the Warden location during normal operations. Serves the leslie community as well as those in North York east.
