Some employees provide better service than others. In my experience the rentals counter has incredibly helpful staff members. The store is well stocked, and a recent return I had to make was simple and easy without any fuss. I like coming here. And it’s dog friendly which is nice too.

Their new voice recognition system for their phones is ridiculous. Can never get to any of the automated menus, or an agent, Even as a native speaker. Good luck if you have an accent.

I like doing my home repair shopping here, the only thing thats annoying is when the website tells you that the items you need are in stock in the store, then you get there and they say they are sold out.

Garden centre is good and people are quite helpful there, otherwise, in-store, can’t find products I need, management is bad and allow employees to pass the buck over to the manager who doesn’t even address things- simple questions etc.

I asked for a refund on an online order purchased day before and they simply cancelled it, no money back, now I have to spend more time fixing this when I gave them the order details and all the information asked for.both in store and on the phone

This store is a huge waste of time, I’m sorry to say, and sorry for the couple of employees that were helpful. I think this store is just very poorly managed, don’t care for customers, and Very inefficient.

Please help me with my refund.

Dirty store, lots of damaged items on the shelf and there is dust everywhere.
Most employees just kinda hang around, talking to each other and actively avoiding their customers. Like I get it, minimum wage minimum effort, but this is just 0 effort.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The only way to get stuff there is going into the store already knowing what you need to purchase. DO NOT expect guidance or advice from anyone in this branch, they will ask you to wait, then they disappear and good luck to you.

Today (May 29th) I went to pick up an order after receiving an email telling me that it was there. They made me wait for 1 hour in the parking lot, after several back and forth, talking to MANY reps who intend to help ("let me take your order number, and I´ll come back to you" (LOL), they so freshly told me that they "couldn´t find the order anywhere in the store" (!).

Do yourself a favor and go to another branch, or even better, to another store. Home Depot, is for lolz and to annoy clients.

CUSTOMER SERVICE Challenge.
Home Depot is a store that is well known for customer service and While I cannot count the times I have shopped in store and got great customer service from their sales team and associates, their corporate website customer service team during COVID is the absolute worst.

I ordered an item online which I could have had shipped to my home at a charge, or I could pick-up curbside for free. I chose curbside as the shipping charge on a $30 item was not worth having it shipped. It took an hour out of my day to make this possible. 15 minutes to drive to the store, 20 minutes waiting for my item to come out and then 15 minutes more getting home (and I live close).

But get this. The item was not there. After two emails confirming it was ready for pickup, I arrived and they took 20 minutes to come out and inform me that it was not available. So now I have wasted an hour of my time with nothing to show for it.

I used the customer service Chat as the call center was closed and they were willing to do NOTHING to help with this.

ALL THAT I WANT IS TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT AND TO HAVE IT SHIPED TO MY HOUSE WITHOUT AN ADDED CHARGE.

After I LOST an hour of my time at the fault of Home Depot it is the least I could expect, but they did nothing.

I was COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED with the online access to customer service.

All that said, After finding the PR email address for Home Depot online I was provided a Customer Service email address where I was put in touch with a real person who helped me with this issue and in the end Home Depot went over and above to make this situation right, delivering the item to my home at no charge.

If I could've give a minus 5 stars, I would've but that option isn't available. I can't believe it took over 24 hours to get an order of 1 $10 bucks item ready for pick up. If you can't keep up with your online orders, HIRE more people.

In store is ok to shop but if you ever require curbside. Go somewhere else! If you get your order in a decent amount of time (rare) it’s probably wrong. I’ve tried several times to go here for curbside and always triple check the order I’m placing and every single time they manage to screw It up some way or another. Then you’ll get attitude when you try to get your proper order. I absolutely try every other option before going to this location for anything!

I can't thank each of the Home depot employees enough! We bought a house during the COVID, and the idea of renovating our home during the pandemic and not having access to the store was super scary for us! I started ordering the tools and materials from Home Depot, and they were super fast and responsive in preparing them for curbside pick-ups! The whole experience was super stress-free, and I'm so grateful for all their help to make these tough times seamless for us!

This is my first van rental with home depot. Staff (nxv0wgr) was very helpful professional and kind, with above the standard customer service. Great price too. Highly recommended! Way better than my previous experience with U-haul.

This store is the worst Home Depot I have been, employee is so rude, I ordered something online fir store pickup, I got email confirmation for pickup and when I drove all a way there, the Asian come out and said I do not have your order, I do not care if you want talk to manger too, hours of hours on hold no answer and finally one manager answered and he took my phone number to call me back, whole day passed no one called, very rude and unprofessional, if you really do not want work and you do not care they are so many out there and they need job and do care for people, I will share my experience with everyone

Very disappointed with the Online Service I received. Purchased a DeWalt Impact Wrench then, tried to cancel my order within 45 minutes and received an "oops, something went wrong" prompt and it was all downhill from there.

A series of text messages were sent over the course of a week, only for them to say I missed the cancelation window and the tool was already shipped. I also had two charges applied to my credit card for the same order.

I understand that there is a higher volume of order traffic but the service shouldn't be offered if its this broken.

So now, I have the tool but the option to return it is of further inconvenience so at this point, I'd rather keep the tool and be done with Home Depot. At first, I was going to never order from their online service but now, I just don't ever want to shop at Home Depot again.

I'm very dissatisfied with their service overall and they lost me as a customer in the future.

Waited about 10 minutes at curbside for them to bring out my 1 small item purchase (no bag). The employee comes out, he stands there telling us to open the door. I hesitate for a brief moment and put on my mask first. And your employee finishes off the wonderful experience by saying, “Took an hour just for you to open the door. ” Yeah, you have a good day too.

Pro tip for all future customers doing curbside pickup up: keep your car doors opened. Oh and 1 minute = 1 hour for them, so don’t waste their time.

NOT RESPONSIVE. NOT ORGANIZED, for a 7 feet cable, I have waited more than an hour. Their service was not based on a first-come-first-served policy.

Staff are fantastic at Homedepot but the ordering system is atrocious.system will not validate my email so no end of trouble for pickup.
Still can not change my email address so I have no way of being notified when my order is to be picked up unless I go through the phone call que.
I truly feel for the staff.

Don’t be fooled by their pick up in store service.items are typically not in stock.you would have to wait for days before you will get your item than anticipated. This is silly why claim an item is in stock when they are not. This is a false advertisement if you are looking to get your items on time don’t bother using their pick up in store because you would be waiting in vain

My favourite home hardware store. Everything you need under one roof.
Sometimes you need to price check some items between Lowes vs Rona, but overall, best selection, well organized, and when you can find the help, it's good help.

I went today to get some outdoor plants. I was disappointed with the fact that no one seemed to be monitoring physical distancing and the cashier was not wearing a mask. The plant selection was much smaller than in previous years but I assume that is because of supply chain interruptions cause by Covid19

Excellent curbside pickup. As soon as you drive in you're forced into one lane that brings you to an employee. That employee then asks for your order number and tells you which spot to park in. Then another employee brings out your items and you drive out using their one exit. In and out in 9 minutes. Best curbside set up so far.

Takes 3 days to get your order ready for pickup even though it's a small one. Tried to cancel it online but that features not even available. Then I called and had to wait on the phone for 30 minutes just to cancel my order that they couldn't get ready in time. What a joke.

A young man named David helped me tonight with finding the perfect palm tree for my home, as well as the right soil needed for all my plants. These are my first plants so I really dont know what I'm doing, but I'm really excited to get them home. He was very helpful getting a cart for me and loading my items. He was also super patient and so kind. Extremely happy with the service I received today:) thank you!
