Never going to buy a washer from home Depot again. They should have the option to buy new hoses at checkout when buying one online if they don't install the washer with old outdated hoses. Having to go to the store but hoses in time for the delivery defeats the purpose of buying online.

The person at the cash was either distracted, didn't care or was poorly trained, or some combination. After taking forever to ring my lumber through, the transaction didn't work. I was told to bring my lumber to another cash and start all over again. Unfortunately I was out of time by then, and had to leave without being able to complete my purchase.these things happen I suppose, but the attitude of the employee was disappointing. I was made to feel like I was somehow the bad guy.

Received great service from Gabe earlier today. He was both very helpful and kind! Excellent Christmas tree selection at this store also:)

We went to buy hose from Home Depot and we told that we can return it even if they sell it pair liner foot and we repeat asking if we can return it as it sold by liner foot and they said yes we buy it but we have problem with it as keeps leaking
Then when we go back to return it we have been told that this item not returnable and they refuse to take the responsibility for their mistake

I went to home depot to get some light bulbs and a toilet seat. They have a large selection of bulbs to shed light on anything you have. Then in the toilet section seat section they keep a lid on things. Found everything I was looking for. Friendly staff to point me in the right direction to boot.

Went to get few things two out of stock, 10 inch crescent wrench, 1 and 1/4 chisel, although the 2×4 was in stock got it cut so I could bus home. Quick service.

I got great service from all the staff I dealt with. Great suggestions to solve my problem.
Another trip to the store with my friend who was buying a chest freezer. Great help from the clerk & help loading it in the truck

Tried returning a call from Home Depot several times. On hold for several minutes before hanging up. Tried to talk to store manager, each time I was told he was on vacation, didn't talk to customers or in meetings. He never attempted to talk with me. Very poor customer service.

The return line took forever but once, I got to the service representative, my issue was resolved promptly.

Extremely wonderful store. As we arrived 5 minutes berfore store close and rushed to find our urgent needed stuff, we were delighted to be helped and assissted by professionals to fine all what we need immediately. Wonderfull store well organized and so so good for DIY jobs. Highly prefered and recommended.

Helpful staff, knowledgeable about their products. Helped me find what I was looking for and was greeted with a pleasant smile!

We rented carpet cleaning and reserved time for pickup. They have dedicated entrance for tools rentals. Store is sure big with huge selections, friends stall and and Amazing customer service.

Good morning to all. I am rating a five on the excellent service I received from a lively older woman by the name Heather who works at Home Depot on Bank Street before Walklwy Rd. I tried to get some help and when I tried to wave for someone to help me, they would turn right or left which ever way was faster to avoid me. I then went walking around in hopes to find help and found a man in the kitchen section asked him for help, his answer was "its not my department" and he called someone else and in 3 minutes I was attended by this lovely woman who's name is Heather. I explain I needed a certain product to unclog my kitchen sink, she called plumbing dept gave them details and she actually took me to isle 40 and we looked until we found what I was looking for and I thanked her. She is an older woman and actually bent down to reach out for the product I needed. She's an amazing example to excellent customer service and puts the others to shame. Thank you Heather for your excellent service and taking the time to help me find what I was looking for. FYI. This rating is not for Home Depot or for the men I asked for help and dogged me or told me that was not their area, this 5 rating is only for HEATHER for the her great service and kindness. Thank you again Heather.

Trying to get the guy to cut something for us was like pulling teeth. We were spoken to like we were idiots by someone who is supposed to be there to help people.

American, and still charging stupid prices for wood and materials, Canada honestly needs to open our own factories and put our people to work. It may cost a bit to begin, but putting the $ and work into our own resources and country will pay off ten fold in no time. Not to mention making Canada more independent.
Home Depot now has a monopoly on the convenience of their service, even tho Rona etc is mimicking close behind.
It's become the go-to place for most renovators, and killed smaller stores we enjoyed for generations. Unfortunately we will all pay eventually for the bad choices we are forcing society to live with. Fast food, oceans of plastic, and Canada selling out are first signs of our extinction event. Very sad.
PS. Home Depot because there's no other choice. Rona and Lowe's would be great alternatives if they didn't try so hard to be American.

I love all of your guys but if you're Asian people don't try to go baseline Rd home Depot because I try than, look like they look down Asian alittle bets so up to you, bank street home Depot is much more better, believe me because I already did,

We got what we wanted after Talking with a couple of sales staff. Life isn't what it use to be.

Horrible experience.
Order items online, paid for them. Got email, next day, that items are not in stock. No attempts to provide provide support has been made.
In the meantime I have to delay the job and look for alternative stores.
I am glad Lowes is around the corner.

The manager Sylvie is absolutely one of the best managers I have ever met in my life. Home Depot you are very lucky to have her leading your store. My mom has copd and now we'll, she went above and beyond to help us get her the right a/c. From the bottom if my heart ty Sylvie for everything. You were the breath of fresh air I needed today.

Update May 2021: made a curbside pickup Tuesday night at 7: 30 (they close at 8pm). It took them 35 minutes to come out (I considered abandoning my order), and they forgot an item in my order which had me waiting another 10 minutes while they went back in to find it. Perhaps a few more staff on that job would be good!

Dropping my rating to 3 stars until in-store shopping returns.

A smaller Home Depot. Some less popular things may not be stocked here. But they do have a garden centre. I love the return policy. If you use a credit card to buy things they will allow you to return something months after you buy it. Even without, you can get a store credit. We have ordered doors, specialty blinds, carpets, and appliances here. They are reliable and straightforward. Highly recommended.

Busy and not overly contractor friendly. If working in the area and I needed something quick would use.

I like this branch and frequently shop here. I like the home appliances and gardening sections.

I waited an hour and 20 minutes after checking in “im here” for curbside pickup, finally had to flag an employee down after seeing countless vehicles that arrived after me get their order before me. They looked into my order and somehow someone forgot to bring it out to me. After receiving the order and going home after an hour and a half I opened the bag to find out I had been giving the incorrect lightbulbs even though the correct one was on the order. Overall a terrible experience to end up with the incorrect product. Have to contact the store tomorrow to find out how to exchange it

This is the third time in a month that I have ordered nuts and bolts from the HD on Bank St and every time part of the order was wrong. On this occasion, I ordered six 9/16-20 nuts, and I was given five 9/16-14 nuts, and one 3/8-14 nut! HD associates have to take the time to ensure they are getting the right size hardware when filling orders.

While service is generally good, their curbside pickup is an absolute disaster. If your item is ready for pickup, it shouldn't take an hour for you to wait in the car to get it. I appreciate that every precaution is taken to keep people safe, and I fully support that but I'd rather have waiter a little longer and have my item ready to be picked up timely then wait a long time. That is why giving it a 2 star

Staff are rude, customers appear to be a nuisance. There are lots of other store to get what you need. This is not one of them.

Came and checked in for an item. Came at 7: 49pm. It wasn’t until 8: 50 that they told me that their computers are closed. If you place an order for pick up make sure you flag one of the employees down or be prepared to wait for a long time. Second time waiting for an hour at this location.

Never stops amazing me how the people working there know where everything is. They had what I needed after 3 stops.

Friendly staff and super affordable. I love shopping for plants there. I got my flowering star gazer (double petals) and orchids last week and it's cheaper than any store I want to.

Great service on the paint department. No tellers on so had to use self-service payment. Needed help with the confusing system. A young worker was most pleasant.

Always able to get some advice. Very helpful staff. Lots of ideas to make home improvements or fix a problem.

Was told by staff member that they were smallest store and don't have the same stock as other stores.no one to be found in aisles to help me

The lady who served me took me all over the garden area, and part of the store helping me to find the best kind of edging for my project. She even checked on the computer. I left with my wares confident I had the right items to start my garden project

I can highly appreciate their working team. Some prices are good, some prices are going through the roof.

Panel saw was broken which was the one thing I was there for. I guess the sales guy was nice about it at least.

I was at the bank st location in South keys and I am so so please with the overall customer service, especially Al, who helped me find the right kitchen to hose adapter!

Brad and Dan are the best! I bought a 70lb air conditioner that proved very difficult to take home because it was so heavy and because I live up three flights of stairs (no elevator). When it was finally in my apartment, I found that the unit was faulty. I contacted Brad, who was the manager on duty, told him about the fault, asked for a replacement and also asked for help with bringing it to the apartment. Within the day, Brad and Dan had delivered the new air conditioner and taken away the defective one, and they were even able to crack jokes as they laboured up all those stairs! They are true heroes and the Home Depot should be proud to have such amazing employees.

Staff are super nice and helpful. On a number of occasions they have gone out of their way to provide helpful information to some complicated questions. The customer service team is always friendly and kind. Thank you guys for making what can be very stressful home renovation fun and easier.

Went there to look for some painting for garage and they have. Usually my favourite place to buy is Home Depot however it is good to do a research before buy

Today one of the workers helped me calculate which storage boxes were cheaper with the most space. He even offered to bring it to the cash for me! Would definitively recommend this Home Depot!

Very good location, also stuff are very helpful, I made payment by credit card no problems very advanced payment options, also you can find everything you need for your home actually you can build new home from Home Depot, I will definitely recommend any one to the Home Depot sometimes it is expensive but worth it for the quality and service as well.
I bought LG air conditioning and I also bought new flooring the quality is perfect I am happy that I have warranty for the product.

I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering a $1300 BBQ from HD. I was surprised when I was told it arrived 4 days later.

After wresting the bbq in then out of my truck I noticed a special HD note on the side.it said missing pieces. Great, they’ve fallen short again. Who sends a broken down box with a hand written note telling themselves it’s missing prices. How disappointed could I get? The story’s not over.

I unpacked the box to find it wasn’t even the right bbq. So back to HD I go. They couldn’t give me any information outside of “we don’t know were your bbq is.but we’ll find out.

So I left the store defeated. They had my hard earned money, I had nothing and no idea what next.

I waited a few days and heard nothing (of course why would they bother). After several calls the best answer I got back was that now the part is back ordered, so there’s no idea when I might get one.

I canceled the order as it’s now been 2 weeks of trying to get answers.

Hopefully i’ll Get my money back. HD: shame on you

I can usually find everything I need here for a reasonable price, so I can impoverish myself improving my house.

Home Depot always has very helpful staff. Everyone I dealt with today was friendly and knowledgeable.

Great place to shop. Only complaint is I wish they stocked more 'popular' items related to woodworking. Kreg products etc.

Customer service sucks. I had to fight big plastic containers to just buy 1. Some of the storage containers were broken or had missing lids and no one seemed to know if I could get a lid to the one container I wanted.

Came here on saturday 8 PM.according to the website is open until 10 PM but actually closes at 8 PM. I was not happy with approach from night staff.not very professional, at all! I guess I was not the only one making trip for nothing.wonder what will take so they will correct wrong hours on the website.

I bought 3 herb plants recently, basil, parsaly and thyme. 2 days later the basil starts to die? Another 2 days and the parsaly starts to die also. Finally 4-5 days later, the thyme starts to droop and to start drying out.
I looked everywhere but could not find my receipt. Recently I have been spending hundreds of dollars there getting ready for spring. Imagine how disappointed I am, I went into the store and they refused to give me a refund on the dead plants.
Now, I still have hundreds of dollars to spend to get everything I need for my gardens for spring.
Can you imagine which store will get my money!
Certainly not Home Depot. From now on will ship elsewhere! Lowe's most likely!

Early on the morning was directed to the department right away. Staff very well educated. Also honest the girl help me to what I was looking for and got someone who knew that department right away. Cashier was funny and friendly very positive visit.

Excellent service. Staff know what their selling, can answer questions easily, give you advice and tips for better options, walk with you until you find everything you need, and sometimes give you special prices.
