The Home Depot

Is a great Home Depot with very helpful staff, and a very good supply. I need help getting some lumber cut and associate was more than helpful in accomplishing the job.

Extremely poor customer service. Spoke to someone at customer service desk regardimg an online order. Had to wait one hour to receive the product, no lineups either!

Never have an issue finding what I've come in for at this store.

Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Clean and tidy.

Bought a firepit on sale yesterday, picked it up today. Yesterday dealt with Rob in The Garden Center and he was so helpful.even went above and beyond to find a tape measure and measure my vehicle to see if it would fit in my trunk (it wouldn't, which is why I came back today). Appreciated the entire interaction. Today when I went back to pick up the firepit, had Melissa, Tino and Mary help load it into my pick up and again, very kind, helpful, did all the heavy lifting and even disposed of the huge cardboard box for me. Thanks guys!

Angie worked relentlessly to help my family. She has gone out of her way to make sure that we were fully satisfied with our product purchase. Angie’s customer service skills are exceptional!

Very bad service I was waiting over 30 minutes at the plumbing department just to ask one question and as usual no one shows up

0 in customers service as they dont care about customers saftey. Odered 20 bags of white marbel 18kg bags. The bags were on the upper level and asked customer service to bring it down. After half an hour wait time still no one available to help. Have to take the saftey risk and offloaded the bags myself with a ladder. Not a recommended store as they do care about their customers who give them the business.

Worse customer service experience ever today at Bolton location. Manager Tino was rude and smirked. Refused to research my complaint or to put me in contact with regional manager.

Minus 1 star on the service- hard to find people to help but overall good for all your home improvement needs

Josh and Frank from the appliance section were great. Helped me find the best appliances within my budget.

I was given assistance by a woman named Ant (paint department) and she really went out of her way to make my life as easy and stress free as possible. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me the different paints that would be suitable for my project. She was super friendly and easy to approach. Thank you to whoever hired her! If it were up to me I would promote her and give her a raise!

This is the laziest most unorganized home depot i have ever been to. And i’ve experienced this almost every time I’ve been here. Employees just standing around talking. They never know where anything is when I ask for help. Every time I order something online it has always been forgotten about or “misplaced”. Years of this bs. Work on your employees and efficiency.

Looks like they are ready for summer good selections of outdoor furniture and plants.

Went in looking for something that showed 2 in stock, employee there spent about 20 minutes looking for it and eventually found it. Thanks!

Waiting for 20 minutes for someone to help me get wire cut. Everyone else in my aisle got helped but it seems staff likes to avoid the wire cutting station.

Thats okay though. I went across the street to Home Hardware and got everything I needed much cheaper.
