Horrible experience, recently went through Home Depot to purchase 11 custom windows, once shipping packaging was removed Window frames looked Used with scratches and black marks on majority. Look worse then the ones removed (last pic shows the window they replaced) some windows don’t open/closed correctly.

I wanted to take a moment to give a big shoutout to Bharti at Home Depot! North bay. Her incredible help, cooperation, and politeness made my recent shopping experience truly enjoyable. Bharti's jolly nature and willingness to assist with a smile made a significant diffrence. It's wonderful to encounter such amazing customer service, and Bharti & the mangment of Home Depot truly deserve all the appreciation! Thank you for making my trip to Home Depot memorable.

Bought brand new oven, asked guy if it heats up quick, they said it's probably fastest on the market, that's the only reason I bought it! Takes 22 min to reach 400 degrees, my old one took 12 min, almost half the time. Won't take oven back.

The staff are very helpful, I haven't had anyone yet who doesn't understand how to help someone. Always friendly and the prices aren't bad.

We are having a total kitchen renovation with 3 new appliances purchased at home ðepot which had a delivery date of November 9th. This is so we could take out our chair lift so the appliances could be brought up today. Guess who delivered the appliances today and we are still waiting for the chair removal. The appliances are sitting in our driveway with a major snowstorm happening tonight. To say I am unhappy is an understatement.

I would never use the North Bay store, to build a kitchen, this has been the worst experience I have ever had! We started the project in July it's now October 20th and we still don't have all the pieces we went with Thomasville the the quality is horrible home Depot they don't care about their customers

Did not have what I wanted which is fine. It would also have been nice if one older employee considered that customers do not want to get into debates about the economy of retail with a random stranger in an orange vest.

Yesterday (Oct 6) my wife and puchased a couple of small items. When we went to pay, there were no cashiers available but the self serve was open. A young female employee helped us pay for the items. My complaint is that you could have had at least one cashier open since we don't use self serve since we don't work there.

So big and I have a lot of fun fantasizing about going there to purchase all brand new appliances for our newly built 5bdrn house. Then I snap back to reality but it's always fun while it lasts!

Went to get a breaker and they gave me the wrong one. When I went to exchange it they said they couldn't exchange it. 40$ to waste because of an employee's mistake. Never returning to Home Depot. I will shop only at Rona.

I was in store yesterday I was told I can't use my dad's home depot card by a member of staff my dad gave me card to use in store I was not sure the lady had the use of power to stop me as my dad sent me I didn't want to make a deal out of this so I used different card I think that if she thought I am use it with out my dad's permission she was wrong I like the store manager to read this as I was feeling uncomfortable with her why she spoke to me 30 August 2023

I always like shopping at Home Depot and find most everyone quite helpful. The only negative comment I have is some of the newer staff do not seem to know where to locate items. I have also felt a slight language barrier with a few staff, but I always manage to come out with what I want.

I absolutely hate a store where the employees pass the buck repeatedly to someone else. I needed a box of tiles that were in stock but not on the shelf (empty inventory was not restocked) I spoke to multiple people who would not help me because it “wasn’t their department” that’s not an excuse to leave your customer standing around trying to flag someone else down who may or may not be able to help. I did get helped after 30+ mins of waiting by a gentleman who I believe was named Chris. Great guy, very helpful! The other two employees should be taught the fundamentals of customer service. There is no excuse for this type of behaviour other than sheer LAZINESS!

We go to this place a fair bit and usually have no problem finding what we want.
I did find, however, that if you're getting something a little bit obscure, you may wait a while for them to locate it. I went in 3 times for crushed stone dust & the 1st 2 times, it took a long time for them to figure out where it was.

Not the best waited over half an hour for help no one came so my husband and myself got a buggy to purchase shingles we picked 3 needed the fourth my husband pulled it let go and he fell backwards hurt his hip cut his hand was so upset

Wood is twisty and the tool you want is always sold out but one of the few places in town to buy stuff for home renovations so it will do. Oh also…. Don’t ask the staff for help they usually have no idea what the are talking about.

Excellent customer service but don't leave your hot girlfriend unattended or the workers will swarm her and you'll come back to see three guys helping her that aren't even in that section.

I have no issues with equal opportunity employment but Home Depot needs to put in place a hygiene policy. The brown girl at the check out had such a strong odour of body odour it made my eyes water.

It's July.and the place was packed.but got through the cashier fast enough.and friendly service

I have learned that if I go here with time and money I can walk out of the store a very broke man. Although the pricing is high, the staff are great support and contractors shopping are a stream of knowledge. Thank you Home Depot for being my go to lumber, tools, plumbing, and anything else renovation store.

This is the most disorganized home depot I have ever been to. Came here twice over the course of two days (I had problems on both days) and on the second day I placed an online order trying to avoid dealing with their staff but was met with my order getting canceled and I was told "they can't find it" meanwhile, online showed 17 available in stock. I don't know how disorganized you have to be as a store to not be able to find $2000+ worth of Milwaukee batteries.

If you need anything important for your work or jobs needs, Avoid this place at all costs as it will take employees hours to find a simple item.

The only positive note I can make is that the employees were actually really nice and caring but clearly ownership and management has no idea how to run and organize a store.

I will also be leaving a complaint with corporate, I'm sure they would love to hear that $2000 worth of batteries is mysteriously missing and I had to drive elsewhere to purchase such an expensive product.

Today we went to home Depot on Seymore and it was the first time that we actually had help. Was purchasing flooring and a young mane, name was Mike, went above and beyond to help us. Some of you need lessons from this very nice person. Thank you Mike. You made our visit a happy one.
