Look out for Dustin Young in the Lumber section. He is very smart energetic and helpful. I was able to complete a DIY project with his help.

This review is for the store manager. Kudos to him for making the correct call on our returns. That's how it's done folks. Instead of just saying no refund/store credit. He made the correct call and kept our business. So excellent job sir, well done and thanks once again. Hopefully Home Depot values you as a employee.

If online stock says there are 1 or 2 of an item left, save yourself a trip and assume the inventory is incorrect, ie, not in stock.

Fortunately a larger size of what we wanted was in stock and the same price with the capability to be cut down to size.

A huge THANK YOU to the staff members who assisted me today (especially to the young lady who assisted my son, you know yourself, thank you very much) feels good to know that good and caring people still exist.

It's the Home Depot, so they pretty much have anything you'd need for DYI projects. The garden centre is well-stocked too. I gave it four stars because the lumber is often frustratingly warped and twisted, so you really have to go through it for straight pieces. For appliances I don't like that they have to deliver it and you pay for it. I also get that they can't keep a warehouse full of appliances in the back, but if you aren't going to stock it, you shouldn't be letting the customer know at the register that there is an added fee. Finally, I've noticed the prices have skyrocketed, especially paint, post-pandemic. Has it happened elsewhere? Of course, but in some instances the prices have doubled.
