The Home Depot

My mother (who is disabled) ordered a gazebo from home depo and the delivery driver dropped the item in the middle of the alley (public property). He stated he would be right back to move it and never returned. Leaving my mother with a cane standing in the alley waiting. Absolutely shameful! When we called the driver back to ask if he was coming back 30 mins later he hung up on us.

I visit this place weekly. I find a lot of Neat stuff. Only one concern some of the products they sell. They don't sell like, for instance, grinder. They don't sell the buffing pads. That is kinda stupid to have the product. And not the buffing pads? What's that test to me is making go to another place.

This place has been nothing but a disappointing experience since I moved to Windsor. Today was the final one for me. Shopping goods in hand one more thing to find. Asked to leave the isle as the fork lift was coming in.so I set my items down and left. Went to customer service and ask for management. Of course none available. I will not step foot in a home Depot again. Home hardware building centers and Lowe's have my business from now on. With the standard response from home Depot on here as well. Customer service is not their strong point.

Staff is nice and willing to help. This location isn't as hectic as Walker Road if you like to browse around.

Awesome staff. Frank and Noah are very knowledgeable about products in the store. Check them out and they love a great laugh as it makes the day go by faster.

The usual experience here, as they all look the same. Staff are on -hand throughout and will help you directly, or if they are unsure, will make sure another staff member assists you in locating items.

How can a Home Depot not have sand? And yes, I asked a couple of staff who were stumped and then wandered off. The website was similarly confused trelling me they had stock and then none when I added it to the cart. Wasted my time. One star because I did find one of the four items that I came there for.
