A big place to walk around and shop. The place is kept clean. Staff knowledge is just ok but not great.

Not great service by Glennice not sure why made me feel like I was trying to steal just came to buy a ram set gun I ask is she could check whit that manager if they could do better on a used item she dint bother just said that was the price and took it away

Great customer service. Joey and Adam were especially helpful while assisting me as they loaded 20,24x30 stones into my truck. Both very polite and professional. Will be going to this location from now on.

Nik in seasonal is a fantastic young man! He helped me carry 10 bags of garden soil with no complaints! With my lower back pain I was having a hard time lifting those heavy bags! He was very helpful and kind and made sure I got everything I needed. Thank you Nik!

Awesome customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have been going to store for a while and have always been impressed with the helpfulness of the staff.

All of the staff at this store that I've ever spoken to are super polite and informative. I visited today and a plant vendor even took the time to answer my questions.

Nik in seasonal is amazing! I came in after a flood happened in my basement in a total panic! I was crying, a huge mess. Nik comforted me and assured me everything was going to be okay. He guided me through my plumbing needs, and showed me numerous different solutions. It was absolutely outstanding. Thank you to Nik for helping me out dearly. I appreciate it so much! I don’t know what needs to be done to get him recognized for his customer service. I hope this helps!

On May 11, I started on adventure.
I wanted to update all sixteen of the electrical switches in our townhouse with new more modern ones. So, I went to The Home Depot - my "go to" store for home improvement shopping.
I changed switches before, but I wouldn't call myself an expert. So, I walked through the Electrical aisle and started to look. The number of choices had me confused pretty quickly.
Then I met Scott. Scott's a great guy and an employee in the Electrical Department.
He asked a few questions about what I wanted - and within a minute he had me stocked up on what I needed - standard ON/OFF switches, dimmer switches, single, double and triple switch plates. I was out of the store in less than 15 minutes. And by suggesting "contractor packs" - Scott helped me save a few dollars.
Shout out to Scott! And, to The Home Depot! With great employees like this - you'll come out a winner.
