By far THE WORST appliance delivery I have ever experienced in my life. I paid Home Depot to both install a new dryer and haul away my old one—and they did neither. They just left the new dryer and didn't do what I paid them to do. On top of it, when I called customer service, they said that they would get the delivery guys back that night to finish the job. Once about 8: 30 PM rolled around, I realized that they weren't showing up. Called customer service back. Said that they wouldn't be able to get people out there to install and haul away the old dryer for another seven days. So I just did the installation and haul away myself (which I should have done in the first place, I belatedly realize). But wait, there's more! When I was talking to the customer service person over the phone about my horrible experience (admittedly very agitated after wasting money on a service that was not completed), the guy hung up on me. Seriously. He flippin’ hung up on me. What a shoddy, fly-by-night operation. Home Depot will never get my business again. And let's see them hang up on me when I show up to the store in person to demand a refund and go full Karen on them. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Found what I was looking for quickly with help from staff but wish they had regular check outs I don't like self serve they didn't invite me to the staff Xmas party well maybe this year

I don't go to home Depot at all but when I do. It's usually for utility or Garden items. I got what I came for, service was good in directing to the items. So, I got a little cut when I was picking up the slabs. Wound started to bleed and I can take the pain but when asking for a bandaid. They can't find one or no effort taken to find a bandaid or anything to help with a little cut. Now this tells u one thing and that is when an emergency happens what exactly are they gonna do because first aid kits should be available at all times.

Made a reservation online for a carpet cleaner and then decided to cancel but had to call store in order to do so. Tried calling multiple times and no one ever picked up, called main store line as well and no one answered either. Will take my business elsewhere.

I wanted to rent a carpet cleaner, and Adrian, who was at rental department was very helpful and attentive to my issue. I was at another Home Depot just before coming there, and I was kept in line for more than 10 mins, and in here I didn't even spend 5 minutes. Overall great experience!

I had such a great customer experience yesterday, that I felt I must right a review. Andrew helped me our in the contractor section and (without getting into details) he went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I shop here regularly, and always have a good experience with products and staff. I find the staff are very knowledgeable and very willing to answer questions, find items and give suggestions. Yesterday's customer service was exceptional.

Doing repairs and Reno then can't live without HD. Wide selection of power tools and surprisingly prices are cheaper than USA. Materials are getting expensive.

Purchased a Weber q1400 e-grill for a family bbq that night, from the north London Home Depot. Opened up the box and found no manual, warranty form or assembly instructions, there was 1 grill card in an opened package. At that point we were suspicious but weren’t totally floored until I opened the bbq and found that the bbq had scrub marks on the top and bottom lids, like a Brillo pad had been taken to it to clean them (swirl marks). There was also a coating of grease on the plug. So essentially we purchased a product that was used and not identified as used, which i believe is illegal. Unfortunately we were committed to using it due to our situation but very disappointed that this could happen with such a corporation. We scrubbed the BBQ to pieces and ensured it heated up properly and it ended up working great but this should not have been required.

This is our closest Home Depot so we go there every so often for something or the other. Huge parking lot, easy to get into and out of, no bottle necks, so very accessible.
Only complaint I have with the store exit is that there’s only one exit close to the south end of the store, so if you parked close to north entrance, there’s a bit of annoying walk, especially if there’s a lot of snow or heavy stuff to push, another exit on the other side would be awesome.

Absolutely love this Home Depot! The staff is always great. The woman who assists at self check out is so friendly! Love chatting with her about house plants and gardening!

October 2021: Andres provided me with excellent customer-oriented support in the lumber department. We discussed the challenge I was facing on a backyard project, found a solution and I purchased the lumber right away. Because of Andres' customer service, I cancelled my plans to shop around for solutions. Thank you Andres!

June 2018: I have been getting outstanding service and excellent suggestions from Mike S in the Electrical Department. Mike has very good product knowledge and can suggest multiple solutions to some out-of-the-ordinary challenges. With several suggestions, I was able to choose the right solution for my application. I really appreciate Mike's friendly and "can-do" attitude to helping customers like myself on home renovation projects.

Ordered on line for next day pickup- waited for email- called store in late morning - was told to come into the city (we live 1 1/2 hr.away) got there still not picked - customer service rep very snotty and finally told me to go pick my own- it was 2 blinds - shouldn't have been a big deal beings both times I was at her counter her colleague was waiting on the only customer in sight! I work in retail and know this is NOT how we treat customers. All other colleagues were helpful and pleasant.

I was here today for buying appliances for my new house. Jess and Kat were helpful and really nice. BUT for ordering process they had to call the manager of time (Pam), I found her so rude and she had attitude. I will never go this branch however it's so close to my home.

I’m not much of a handyman though I can accomplish most small tasks in the home. When I’m at a Home Depot I feel like I’m out of my element but when I do need something I can usually find anything I need. This location like any other I’ve experienced has everything and the staff is great!

Went in to buy a door lock and received amazing customer service from Bill! He was very knowledgeable about all the products and made us feel very confident in our purchase! We recommend talking to Bill for all your needs.

If the lack of parking for store customers, or the overall mess in this store doesn't tell you to find somewhere else, Wanda will. After looking for a specific light bulb, in the light bulb aisle, I looked for help. Wanda was only a few aisles down, and told me it would be in the lightbulb aisle, duh. After informing her that's where I came from, and still required help, she told me they would be halfway down, instead of actually helping. Moments after returning for my search, Wanda did come down the aisle, this time with an attitude. After she had suggested multiple prong style bulbs, each time I reminded her I was looking for a medium Base thread in, she suggested I look somewhere else because I "clearly didn't know what I needed"
Great suggestion Wanda, Lowe's had exactly what I needed, without the poor customer service.

Curbside takes a little longer than expected. I did receive all the products I've purchased. Make sure you know which home depot you placed your order with.

Very challenging when returning items. Store has an entrance designated for returns only and you must get out the store and back to the entrance door to shop.

Fast and well coordinated curbside pick up. Just park at any designated number for pick up. Follow the instruction sent to you on email to indicate where you are parked.

Helpful and assisting staff. Except for when it comes to refund/customer service desk.be prepared to wait and watch the workers gossip with each other, instead of say, opening up another till to sort the 12 person lineup.

I ordered from the east store and it was perfect, they had the order ready within 45 minutes of placing the order. Next item i needed though had to come from the south store so I bought it and about an hour later they called and said they were out of stock on the item and sent me a refund that took days to get back. I just ordered again today from the east store and its been about an hour so still hoping to hear back soon that it is ready. In general, am not minding the curbside and I felt the east store did take some care for my health and respected the safety guidelines most people are looking for in these trying times.

If you are a contractor like myself, do yourself a favour and go to Rona or Lowe’s.

This location seems to operate under a “Help the oldest person first and ignore the younger people for 30-40 minutes while you stand around talking to peers, drinking coffee. It’s no surprise that some of these people are in their 40’s and still working entry level retail positions.

I’m not sure who’s in charge of this location, but they should be embarrassed by the terrible service at the store they’re supposed to be keeping in line. If they worked for my home improvement company (at a real job, where you actually have to work), I’d have fired them a long time ago.

We worked with an associate named Allan on the flooring section. He was very helpful and friendly. We really like his attitude. He knows the products well and able to answer our questions. He walks around and checks on his customers in that section. I didn't have to hunt him down when I have questions.

I always like to go to this Home Depot location. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and helpful.

This location is the worst with management and delivering orders with curb side pick up. 'Warn' the manager was not at all helpful, rude and told me that he doesn't care about our company giving business to them. As an architect, I have requested my contractors to only get materials from south west location if possible. I personally give all my business to the south west location. Even during the lock down they are fairly fast with the orders. Its really impressive to see the effort the team is putting towards getting their order delivered to the cx's on time. This location needs to get its management issues resolved.

They need to replace the mouthy lady in the bathroom/kitchen dept. Not only did she push my cart away from my hand and make me loose my balance, she didn't even bother to notice she did it. Before I came into the dept. I could hear her chatting to other employees from 3 aisle away. Then she walked right past me again and didn't bother to ask if I needed any help, which I did! She should not be working there!

This review is not specific to any store. Never order furniture from Home Depot online. They dumped the sofa in a box at the roadside on a skid. When I called to have them pickup their garbage (skid) they couldn't understand and I received 2 emails stating they were picking up the product I ordered. To make matters worse, I could not reply to the email. I receive shipments daily from various stores, some with furniture and all are respectfully delivered to my doorstep. Never ordering HD again.

Just horrid service. I stood today for 20 minutes at the paint centre and the 4 staff milled around in circles (not working). Every time they looked up and noticed a customer they all looked at the floor and ignored each of us in line. After 10 minutes of waiting they began to go down the aisles one by one to stand at the back end of the store. When anyone followed them to ask a question they would quickly say that they were busy and scuttle off - only to reappear a few minutes later doing.nothing. This store needs to actually have staff that want to work and answer questions. Bad service.
