We went to this Home depot at Sportsworld today (Oct 14) and our kid joined the HD kids workshop. We met Jeremy (store manager) and his wonderful team because we had a question. Jeremy's strong leadership is so evident. His team members are friendly and provided excellent customer service.

We also noticed that Jeremy and his team have great harmony and positive energy.

When we left the store, one of the more experienced staff even came over to make sure we've got everything we came for and offered her support in case we need something else.

Great leader, great team, great culture. They deserve to be recognized. Thanks again for making our kids and our experience good when we visit your store. We appreciate it.

Nice clean store, not busy at all. But when you are looking for assistance, the staff in seasonal are like David Copperfield. They are no where to be found. Not impressed. So I loaded the heavy BBQ by myself onto a cart.

WORST curb side pick up today! I called the store 17 times and did the 'I'm here link'. No response. After waiting for nearly 35 minutes I saw an employee disinfecting the carts, I asked him what was going on. 10 minutes later someone came out, no apologies and left the cart by my car leaving me to unload the items alone. The only reason I gave the 1 star is to post a review! Will not be shopping here ever again!

Needed packing tape. Had to ask someone where it was and they told me precisely where it was. As it was about 9am, I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I am so upset to Home depot subcontractors to renovate my kitchen.
I did contract with Home Depot however, Home depot sent my kitchen renovation to subcontractors. They were horrible. They canceled 3times appointment and always came to late. Even some of drawers of cabinets were not finished properly. According to the contract, my kitchen would be done within 8weeks. Now it has already passed that time and even I do not have the countertop. Another subcontractor who installs countertop will come 3weeks later. To be better environment, i spent more than $10,000, however my life is getting horrible. I trust a big Home depot company, however thier working style is wors than a small company. I regret to choose Hom Depot. I have to use my dish and cook using the washroom.

No one went above & beyond to serve anyone in my sights today. I went to this location as it was the only one nearby with the stock of the item I needed. I passed at least 10 employees near the front of the store & not a single "hello" was heard - just crossed arms and lack of attentiveness. I purchased a large, bulky item which slid out of my cart since the parking lot was slanted. Moreover, it appeared that there were no staff in the Garden Center which means that people can easily walk out with hundreds of dollars of merchandise. I have much better experiences at the other HD locations.

An almost 5 star review to one thanks to your kitchen and bathroom team, who are rude. Except Scott. Next time you say "o boy" as a customer walks by, remeber karma is instantaneous in this day and age.

Disappointed with customer service. Every time I have been to this location, the people at the customer service desk have been rude. The last time I went there, the two ladies at the desk were rude and seemed irritated that I needed help. They were not welcoming and I had to ask for help several times before they acknowledged me. Not everyone at this location has been rude, but I have asked for help from these two ladies a few times and they never fail to disappoint with their attitudes.

This is a review while only being able to pick up outside.

While picking up the order, the employee brought out the order, checked ID and left when it was at the back of the vehicle.

The order consisted of a wire brush, trowel, parge mix (66lbs) and cement (90lbs) all delivered in a grocery cart. Both bags of mix were under the cart and impossible to remove from there by myself.

With no assistance or help from any employees the only reason I was able to load the cement was with the help from another customer.

I do not recommend going to this Home Depot and in the future and will opt for Lowes.

As long as you don't have questions can figure out the store layout and don't mind going to 3 different locations home depot is a great place to shop

I have been a shopper at this location for almost 18 years. Customer service was always great. Ludwick in plumbing always gave me solutions to my queries. Basdeo, John always ready to help attitude. However, lately the service is poor, not accommodating, items never stocked. The department tech’s only answer is if it not on the shelf we do not have them. No effort to try and solve or present a solution. Before they even, bundled loose items as pro pack value. Now take it or leave it. Another incident I brought a Bosch spade bit set, missing a set screw in the extension due to which I lost a bit in the void of a space. On calling the CSR answer was too bad. I wrote to Bosch and no response. I have move to shopping at Lowe’s a distance away, still awesome service. Will always miss Ludwick, Basdeo and John.

I have always been choosing and shopping at Home depot because of their better customer service compared to other hardware stores such as Lowes. However, my visit yesterday was the most awful experience at homedepot and perhaps my VERY LAST visit to that store. Staff acted completely unreasonable when I asked them about their policy of price match guarantee. On their website it says that they match and beat the in store and online prices of their competitors. BUT, when I asked them to price match, what I was told was 1) we do not price match on deals! 2) it has to be the same day purchase (my purchase was from 4 days ago with no price change at the store I had bought the items from), and 3) we price match your in store purchased item to on-line price which was higher (although on their website it says they price match on both in store and online prices)! NONE of these conditions are said on their website.

Had a great experience with the young lady who works in the lighting department here. I was looking to purchase a fixture for a bedroom and was confused about translating LED to watts. She took the time to explain and was very kind. Typically have great experiences at this location.

They damaged 3/4 of my laminate order, having me go to 3 more stores to fill my order. When they brought out the 2 pcs, they had it taped with painters tape just on the edge and it had popped open. I asked the guy to go back and tape it properly with packing tape completely around the roll, he said "I guess I could do that". 45 min wait.

That really took a lot of time for him to look the entire shelves and check the inventory and going on to top of the shelves at the end found those four-in-one pack of great deal priced air filters climbing up to pick. Thanks that was really nice of you. You're the best sales guy I've ever seen.

Place and order by phone, asked the guy how long would it take, he answered by the time you get there is going to be ready for curbside pick up. After Waiting for a while and everyone ignoring me, I was helped by a very professional and courteous lady "Ray" and I would like to express my gratitude for her great service and diligence to help during this cov-19 situation.

I use this home depot a lot but their are sometimes some weird employees you came across.

Purchased 1000 of dollars of tools and never had such experience.

Some employees are very helpul. They look like they worked here since few years. They will guide you to the right Location. Normally I try to find my way across the Asile on my own using the homedepot online website unless and untill somene came across and want to help.

As a recent incident, i am in one of the Sections looking for shelfs. A employee came across me and starting answering me questions, " are u doing ok and blaa bla bla". They want to do some loading/unloading in that aisle and just wanna get rid of me by diverting me to wrong aisles, but just don't want to say me on face.

I just left from that asile and Felt embarrassed. I was their to get stuff to work on laundary and Closet area. But i think it was it.

The worst home depot branch, people there are untrained, totally non professional, not communications between all departments and even inside the same department, basically they do not care about customers as long as they get paid for wasting people's money and time.

I Ordered a Custom made 64'' French door at the Kitchener branch on Sep 10 and was told that the order should be delivered to my home on Oct 2. So I made arrangement with the contractor to come and work on the first week of October.
One week after the order an email was sent to me rescheduling the the delivery date to Oct 13.
I went to the Store and met the manager and confirmed that the date is final so I rescheduled my appt with the contractor.
On Oct 13, no one contacted me so I called the customer service and spent over 2 Hours over phone speaking to at least 5 representative and no one was willing to do any thing and they mentioned we changed the delivery date to Oct 20 and there is nothing we can do, it is what it is.

I had to pay the contractor for coming and doing nothing and rescheduled again his appt.

On October 20 the shipment arrived and I was shocked that they only delivered one door 32'' instead of double door with wrong size frame as well.

I went to the store and spent about another hour with the useless employees and manager over there and they say only what we can do is to refund your money when we receive the door,
They did not care about the 6 weeks I have waited and the money I spent on the contractor and the other 4 weeks I have to wait to get the same custom made door from Lowes.

I have documents and images of every single word in this review if anyone from the store managers care, which I doubt!
