Management please train your staff on customer service. They all sit or stand around doing nothing. When ask for help to find something they just point or tell you a random aisle rather than physically help you look for it. I prefer to shop at Rona way better service

Sohail (plumbing/electrical) was amazing. We had an odd shower situation and he was able to help us come up with a strategy to allow my aging parents to have a proper adaptive shower. Thank you Sohail!

Rock solid support from Bazlur. I needed help finding a particular product. Bazlur took me right to the section, knew exactly what I was looking for, and bam. Simply loved the customer support and direction.

I always get what I need at Home Depot. The service staff are knowledgable and always eager to please.

The Home Depot staff at this branch are simply the best! We had to buy a bunch of stuff and didn't really know where to start. We asked 3 staff members for help along our shopping journey and every single person was equally polite, helpful and even suggested their best sellers.

Coming to the products, they have a lot of choices in every department. We ended up getting everything that we needed. I very highly recommend this store!

Purchased a washer and dryer from Home Depot with warranty. When the product had a fault no one bothered to come fix it or help in anyway. Don’t buy LG products, absolute waste of money and time.

Julie at the customer service desk/return items desk, I understand your shift is about to end, if your are behind that desk you are expected to serve customers not look busy and tell customers to hold on until your shift ends. You have displayed very poor customer service. For your own selfish reason you have wasted your employers’ customers time to benefit your own. Unfortunately zero star are not an option in this case.

Bought 3 appliances. Naser khan the associate from appliances section. Naser was kind and very informative towards making my purchase extremely easy. NASER IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES AND TAKES PASSION ON IT. HE SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED AT WHAT HE DOES.

Youngman did not know what a Plate was for regular wall plug. (Example a Lamp). Followed to another Service rep. Young man took off still not knowing what a simple device I wanted is. Second gentleman looked puzzled with my request. Luckily a Female Associate heard my request and said 5 isle. Yikes! Having said that. Love this store and Associates and service. Have had a few episodes. Another about a carpet I was interested in, told was not for sale. Not entered in data stock. Never saw carpet or anything like it again. Overall good shopping experience. Thank you

Clean, Great staff and friendly workers. I enjoy shopping here for house hold equipement and other parts that i need for everyday. Great specials too. If you want to rent a car, Home depot also provides that option. Definitely recommend coming here if you live close by and need any equipment for buidling.

Came here today to exchange car remote battery I purchased 10days ago. The lady in the cashier was very very helpful and kind. Thank you so much.

I needed to buy vinyl blinds. I need assistance but so far, after 4 staffs called in somebody and said would come, I'm still waiting for that somebody to come. It's more than 10 minutes now.

The worst experience in flooring the guy their doesn’t even know what he’s talking about the website clearly shows free carpet installation and this guy started yelling and screaming ontop his lungs as if I asked for his paycheque and telling me I got an attitude

Went to this store hoping to find a nice aloe vera plant buy unfortunately the plants they had did not look as healthy as I hoped. You pretty much have to find stuff on your own which can be a bit difficult if you don't know the store.

One stop for all home needs. Always loved homedepot. They keep only quality products. Not to confuse with too many brands of similar prices. Clearly price difference is only for different feature. I bought paint, toilet accessories, garden tools, home tools, DIY project kits, anything for home, i drive to homedepot.they are best in business.

This specific location was showing item availability and later once ordered it said sorry the item is not available. Seems dis link of the inventory information

I've always found that few department staff personnel are qualified to know their stuff.

That's very frustrating when you have a question and you can tell they know nothing of what the are talking about.

Great shop for home and garden, and a good alternative to Canadian Tire. Prime example: propane canisters for BBQing were plenty in stock while CT had no stock in the entire Scarborough area #IKR?

Never been treated so poorly at home depot before. Very bad customer service and rude some employees at this location seems and management is no help either so I'll be taking my business elsewhere where the appreciate their customers for all my future renovations and purchases.

I bought items via online, when went to return, CSR couldn’t find orders using my phone number and offered me 40% less from what I paid for.
I had to find order numbers by searching my emails, spent an extra 30 minutes on the line just because of CSR either did not know how to find order number using phone number or or did not look properly.

When informed her manager Baso, she wasn’t agree with me that CSR did not do her job good enough to find the orders and not even apologized for the inconvenience!

I am a regular customer of this store for many many years.
Last week I needed to buy some stair railing materials, and Tobin helped me to find out my needs and list them in writing. Thanks to him.
Also Gregory who is a real hardworking, caring and experienced employee helped me a lot to find the items which were all around the aisles and bring them down from overhead by lift truck.
I would like to congratulate the management of having these two wonderful employees.
I think Gregory deserves a good raise.

Adi, this gentleman is probably the most usless home depot associate. He is terrible at customer service. They put this guy to answer the phone and he is rude and goess zero to go the extra mile to help.not sure how this guy can actually keep a job! Wont return to this location as i spend thousands every month and will be taking my buisness else where!

I went to this store to purchase four window well covers. The homedepot website says this store has 26 of the one that I wanted. There were three on the self. I went to the customer service desk to complain and ask why there were only three, not 26. Instead of a staff member who was determined to help me, I met a staff member who wanted to argue. She told me that they must have sold them all since the last time that the website was updated. She did not take the approach of finding the items that I needed. So now, I will purchase elsewhere. It does beg the question, how often is the website updated? It does not seem that it can be trusted.

Amazing customer service! I attended with my husband who has an injury and we had to ask for help, this is not something we have ever done before. They were amazing with lifting patio stones into the cart and then into the car. We were so appreciative of the support and pleasant response. Thank you!

I am ordering different items since the beginning of the lockdown but until now I couldn’t find where’s my sliding door. I kept calling the customer service but they are throwing me to different numbers all the time until I spoke to Andrea? She said the one who’s doing my order has no definite time and couldn’t give me the exact date when its going to arrive. IT BEEN 6 WEEKS NOW. Can I still cancel it?
Another one.ordered 3 items. They send me email that my order was ready to pick up but when I reached there they only give me one item and told me the rest are not ready yet I have to come back again. So I came back and they only give me one item again and was told to come back again for the last one. Sigh! I ordered the item since May 10, now its already May 19.

However the way they have setup for pick ups it's a bit confusing.
There are multiple ways to access the parking lot but not enough signage, nor instructions for vehicles to drive in and out.

Have used Home Depot for many years, and many renovations and projects. I do find the curbside pickup to be quite lethargic at times however; 20+ min await seems excessive.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff (particularly the gentleman in the plumbing section.he is a plumbing god!). Good stock as well!

Home Depot is the great business company in Canada. Their business policies, rules and regulations are very fair. Sometimes if you have a bad luck you may get a power tips by a little manager. Most of the employees are very nice and helpful.

The curbside pick up is horrendous. You'll wait an hour for an order that is deemed "ready" for pick up. You'll have to cram into a small designated area right beside other cars, with barely enough space to open the door, let alone practise social distancing.

Employees are always willing to help and some go out of their way to assist customers. Good clean environment.

I went to pay for my chosen items. There were four self-serve workstations. I asked the lady on duty where the cashiers were. She offered to help me do it myself. I declined and was leaving without making a purchase. She indicated that there was a cashier down at the end of the hallway. That cashier had the light over her workstation turned off, basically she was hidden. If Home Depot is going to push self-serve that hard, then my next purchase will be made elsewhere.

I find that lots of people give Home Depot Employees a hard time because they take ad vantage of the fact that the employees cannot defend themselves by engaging in argument like other companies. But I find when you are polite and patience there are many employees that would go out of there way to help you. I find this location to be one of the best I 've ever been to. I find it organized and most of the time there is stock. People sometimes need to understand that the stock is the manufactures problem most of the time but they tend to take it out on the employees and I think that is totally unfair. Keep up the good work Eglinton East!

Every time I’ve gone to this Home Depot, I’ve looked online to make sure they have what I’m going for, and every single time, it says they have it online, but I go all the way there and NOPE! Not in stalk! Went tonight to get spray foam insulation for some drafty spots in my bedroom and website says they have 45 in store available. I get there, go to the isle and bay it says they’re in, and would you believe the shelf is empty! Ask someone, and she passes me off to someone else, he finally comes over, and says they’ve been sold out for a while, but to check the paint section of the store. I walked up and down every isle and STILL nothing. Website says they have 45 in stalk though. It’s okay, I ended up going to Lowe’s, and better yet, got it even cheaper! Home Depot has officially lost any business my family would have given them seeing as we have a lot f renovations to do in our very old townhouse. Lowe’s from now on it is!

To dark inside need to be bright like Lowes and I find it a little pricey. They let way to many people in the store. They don't count how many people are going in. They also don't sanitize their carts. This would be a CVID centre fot sure.
