Took our horse to a show recently with our personal trailer.had A LOT of trouble getting him loaded to go back home. A very friendly bystander was able to get him one step away from being in the trailer using positive reinforcement. That was when the horse limo folk came over guns a blazin, unwanted, and yanked the lead rope out of our hands and told us to back off. From OUR horse and OUR trailer. They then proceeded to beat him AWAY from the trailer, had him falling on the fenders of the trailer and rearing up and flipping over on himself. Rudest people I've ever met, and quite frankly abusive. These people have no business being within 100 feet of ANY animal. Would highly recomend staying far far away from this business if you have any respect for your horse whatsoever

Dealt various times with Mitch over the years. She has been courteous, very accomodating and responsive.

I can also attest to the horse Limo people being very rude and abrasive about the whole situation when I showed up a little later to help.

The lunge line is a very common practice. The difference between the lunge line being used by another shipper later in the day to try to help and the one the horse limo used, is when the horse resisted and started getting tangled up, the other shippers would release some pressure. The folks at horse limo multiple times let the horse get spun around and have the lunge line tighten around his neck.as they refused to release any pressure. The horse had never had a problem with rearing until they got their hands on him. As for wanyother methods, anyone with any relationship to the horse had since stopped having any say as people were taking upon themselves to think they're magic touch would be the ones to get the horse on the trailer. A lot of very helpful and supportive people helping as well though! Thanking all those who were patient and supportive!

Had my horse shipped to a vet clinic with Mitch. I can't recommend her enough! On time, pleasant to deal with and my fluff-ster made it there and back without a hint of an issue. The Horse Limo is definitely my go-to! Thanks Mitch!

I was at the show.mentioned above and if a flag stick (didn't touch the horse) or a lunge line around the horse is abuse then what happened after was awful

They even offered the use of THEIR trailer in the hope of loading.g. O.n to o theirs and the transfers to the original al.trailer

I am appalled that any reviewer would say that Mitch was abusive, not a chance, she is an excellent horse handler and has years of experience. She is always our first choice for shipping and I have never seen her be anything but kind with the horses. I have witnessed people who know nothing about horses or trailering try and load a horse and it is brutal which is why it should be left to professionals like Mitch. Recently we had a sick horse that immediately needed to be brought to OVC in Guelph and Mitch gave up plans with friends to come running, got to us in record time, loaded our guy into her box stall in case he collapsed on trailer and even at OVC she led him in and held him until they were ready to take over to spare us as we were frantic. Her generosity and kindness is unmatched and to see her slammed online is disgusting. But this is the equine industry so not surprising as there are a lot of dark souls that will blatantly lie out of jealousy, revenge etc.

Mitch is wonderful! I used the Horse Limo over the years and Mitch has always been so professional, kind and cares about the charges she transports. Always a pleasure doing business with one of the best in the industry!

If I could give 100 star rating I would! My horse is not the best to trailer and The Horse Limo was kind and patient while he decided, on his own, to get into the trailer. The trailer was beautifully kept and a bonus that they have box stalls. They were also EARLY! Can you believe that a horse trailer (or horse person) was early? They communicated with me the entire trip and kept my horse safe. If you can’t tell, I would highly recommend their services
