The HVAC Service

It was extremely hot in summer and AC stopped working. It was long weekend and no one was available. Nikhil visited and did assessment and fixed the AC. Apart from fixing the AC, he also fixed the leakage (Vent was leaking and I was unaware of it). Also, he adjusted the fan flow which was noisy.

Installed AC and Humidifier at my new build. Thorough professionals - from the sales person who came to sign the contract, the installation team and the company’s call centre staff. The installation team took extra care to keep the house clean. Some essential wiring was missing (builder’s mistake) but they took it in their stride and fixed it without extra charge. They are pricy but reliability was my priority which is why I went through Costco to appoint them. Costco offers a great rebate that makes up the difference in price from run-of-the-mill services. Thank you guys- you are awesome!

Great customer service! I was very impressed with the initial phone call I recieved and they had someone there within 24 hours to fix my HVAC. The technician was very friendly and did a great job. I feel as though my system is working much better now that it has been cleaned and well maintained.

The HVAC Service Solutions, you've got a good crew! When you call to make an appointment, they are friendly and will call you 30 minutes before the technician arrives. Chris fixed our furnace so that it wouldn't keep turning on and off. He stayed with us for a while to put our minds at ease by telling us that if we take care of the unit, his repairs will last a long time and we won't have to call him back.

We called the install manager, Andrey, to have the Goodman furnace installed. He did the job the way we wanted. As the job went on, we could see that Andrey had a lot of practice and experience. I would tell anyone to use the HVAC Service.

We called a Derek technician because the Trane boiler was no longer heating water as it should. He found out that the thermostat needed to be replaced, and he did an excellent job of it. Now I know why three people told me to use the HVAC Service. I also recommend it.

I wish there was zero stars. Stay away from them. They are not a company who cares about your issues and fix them, but a sales company who is eager to sell the products from its fancy websites.

The only thing they can do is to arrive at the time of your request and inspect your AC without any tools and then get the inspection fee from you. The so-called technician came to inspect our AC with his eyes only and told us the AC need to be replaced and quoted $4500 CAD for a replacement. I even asked him to check if this problem was caused by the capacitor. The technician refused and said he know how AC works. This was how their technician repair or inspect your AC. Had a second opinion and replaced the capacitor for $200CAD. The AC works perfectly again.

We contact the company for our concerns and get no response. From our whole experience, we feel that if you can skip this company, please do so.

It was our first time to have HVAC service solutions, so far so good. Technicians was prompt, polite, knowledgable, and has explained the job to be done before starting and after it was completed. Hope to have a continued excellent service and business with them. Both Loc and other personnel are great worker.

I am satisfied with the result of cleaning the air conditioner. The technician cleaned the filter, cleaned the air conditioner, treated it with special antibacterial fluid, etc. It was the first time I've seen an air conditioner cleaned. Thanks, The HVAC Service!

The installation of our new water heater went very well. Leonard was extremely professional. He presented our options and cost estimate for it. The work was excellent, we will use this company again if needed.

The company was extremely accommodating. Nicholas worked diligently and methodically to identify the problem with our furnace. He was thorough and explained the problem well. The fresh-air intake was blocked and needed to be cleared. Also, he taught me valuable tips while he worked. Highly recommend him. And would definitely use The HVAC Service again.

Leonard came earlier which worked well for us. He discovered that the blower motor was running all the time because relays in the control board were stuck in the closed position, so the blower was getting a constant supply of electricity. He replaced the control board. Great customer service overall and would use again.

Our gas furnace was constantly running, but the thermostat was not set to “continuous fan”. Tech checked it, and found out that the blower did not turn off which indicated a problem with a faulty limit control switch. He took care of it immediately. A big thank you for the prompt response and the professional work.

Dominic was great to work with. He quickly identified our issue and made suggestions for fixing it. He said that odd noises aren’t normal. In our case, the actual furnace system was making noises and the blower motor lubrication ports needed oiling. Dominic is very polite and professional. The service was great and we are very happy with the work done.

Nicholas was great. On time, professional and knew his stuff. My furnace was blowing cold air. He said that the gas control valve wasn’t opening and must be replaced. So pleased with the service and friendliness. Thanks and I will call again.

Our furnace stopped producing heat and we contacted The HVAC Service. We checked to see if it is getting power by moving the fan switch from “auto” to “on” position. Fan was on, meaning the furnace was getting power. Many thanks for setting up our appointment so quickly and for sending Robert who was on time, professional and friendly. He checked the system and discovered that the ignitor was failing. He replaced it and answered all our questions. Appreciate the extra effort so much. Very happy with the experience.

Robert was friendly and informative and got the job done promptly. My furnace was not operating. Robert checked the safety switch on the furnace door and said that there was a problem. He explained that a safety switch pops out when the door is removed. The door must be in place for the switch to be activated and for the furnace to operate. He discovered that he needed to install a new safety switch. A big thank you to Robert and The HVAC Service.
