The HVAC Service is a company I would gladly use again. The technicians were very polite and friendly and they completed the job in a timely manner while maintaining the comfort of my family.

The technicians came to my house on time, explained what they were going to do, and answered all my questions before they started working. They took care of everything very efficiently and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. My HVAC unit is running great again!

HVAC Service Solutions team members are always very nice and helpful! Last year, our old furance didn't work suddenly. HVAC Service Solutions sales department & installation department worked closely & immediately. We got a new furnace that same day! Stayed warm! -15°C outside! Recently, our furnace was not working, when I called HVAC in the morning, their technician came within 2 hours and found the problem, reported to the office, ordered the part, then replaced it. Our furnace back to normal and functioned well again. THANKS to HVAC all professional members, you all did great! Keep it up:)

Our furnace broke down recently, and I was worried at first that our super cold winter would be unbearable without it. Our family of four is familiar with the service team at HVAC because we have used them for years to take care of our heating and cooling needs. We immediately called them for help, and within a couple hours they had a repair technician at our house! The team at HVAC service was great to deal with, our unit was waaaaaay past it's prime (23 years) and they were honest that it might still give us a year or two, but the compressor was dying and wasn't pumping the right amount of coolant. We knew we had to pull the trigger eventually and they made it easy.we had a new unit within 24hrs. Solid team all around

Had a strange leak and asked hvac technician to inspect the house to spot and fix the problem. Daniel was attentive, worked fast, figured out the leak problem, suggested three options, and explained the processes' pros and cons. It was pricy, but only because our heating has never been serviced and we had to replace some stuff.

I'm happy with how things went. Chris puts in a lot of effort and keeps his work space clean. Chris figured out that our Goodman water heater wouldn't turn on because it was missing a piece. He fixed it and told me what to do so that it wouldn't happen again. I like it!

Our Carrier water heater has started to leak a lot lately. We contacted The HVAC service on the recommendation of my friend. The technician came to us in a fairly short time and fixed the breakdown. He is a nice man. Gave further recommendations on how to use it. Thank you for such a good job.

Derek is a professional with a lot of knowledge. Over the phone, he figured out what was wrong and came with all the right tools. Derek found the fastest and easiest way to fix the problem. I'm very happy about this person and professional. As a furnace is a very important appliance, it is hard to find a good technician to fix it, but I did it. I'd suggest it!

This company told me there was a $5,000 problem that never existed, and charged my credit card more than double of what my invoice said. Please beware. Not only are they not doing the job you hired them for, but they are frauding your credit card.

Do NOT use this company. Would choose 0 stars if possible. This company is the reason that people go with reliance and enercare which I wish I had. They charged me a fortune to install a new boiler which never worked properly and had constant issues and are unresponsive and useless in sending technicians to come repair the work they did wrong. Do not use this company!
