They arrived on time, repaired my boiler which I thought was completely dead and saved my money. Highly recommend.

We had to replace our boiler's thermostat. The HVAC Service Solutions called Loc to help. He told me a few things I didn't know about taking care of my appliances. Loc would be a good tech for me to hire because I know I can count on him.

Chris can make things work again. He found the problem quickly and calmly explained what caused it and what happened because of it. He also told us how we should use the boiler and how we should replace it in the future.

Everything is great. We called the HVAC Service Solutions for help, and a nice technician came to us. He did a good job of fixing the leak in the water heater, although he didn’t give a detailed explanation

The service I received from HVAC Service Solutions was just okay. The technician was friendly, but the repair took longer than I was told it would.

Do not use. They are scammers. Employees have No knowledge of what they are doing. "Dispatch" were horrible and wouldn't schedule service (they said only supervisor could schedule repairs, and after 3 days still waiting for supervisor). Charged my credit card without authorization. Sam Irons, the manager, said it would not be charged. But it was. Disputing this with VISA now.

The plumber worked hard, and was friendly, polite and professional. The work was completed within the timescales and everything was left neat and tidy when they had finished.
