I got tiffin service from them nd had the worst nightmare. They serve stale curries in the tiffin. If I talk about the roti… thts half done.even if uh put it again on the tawa.ut starts getting cooked.their salad is stale too nd their so called raita.dammmnnn bitter.
Nd its not for a day or two.litterly I got services for 30 days out of which i need to throw their tiffin for 20 days…
dont waste ur money.

We ordered the food they gave us wrong order after they were refusing to pay refund and then we have to wait for 30 mins more to get our order again and we also didn’t like that they garbaged the first order in attitude in-front of us we went there for first time

Tasteless food I ordered through skip. I ordered butter naan but they delivers half cooked naan without butter.veg feel like had spoil … don’t oder from here

We came to Indian Sweet House from Toronto. We are a Bengali couple - extremely foodie and both good chefs. And WE NEVER EVER TASTED SUCH INCREDIBLE GOAT CURRY.

In fact all their dishes were great. We ordered their Non-veg Thali with Goat curry and we were so delighted by it that we ordered another portion of goat curry. It was brilliant.
Such great flavors with freshness of the meat. This restaurant can easily give competition to any Indian restaurant in the region.

A big SHOUTOUT to CHEF ARSH! He was brilliant. This place take their job seriously.

Ordered food on 17 th November night from SkipTheDishes. After 30 minutes the order was still not confirmed by the restaurant so called the restaurant to make sure everything is okay. The lady answered that the skip tab was down they are gonna confirm the order in 2 minutes. Again called after 15 mins still no response…. She said the same that the skip tab is down.when a situation like this happens you guys need to make sure how to handle customers and let them know that they have to or not to cancel the order so that they plan to order from some other restaurant rather than starve the night they order from you.really bad experience k.

Food here is ok and can be given 3 star but staff is unprofessional and rude. Specially, Raman who doesn’t even pay attention to what you are saying and then argue about what you said. She even tried to insult me in front of other customers. Not worth visiting. Horrible experience.

Asked them to make it spicy and they literally added handful of red chilly powder on top, and when i mixed it turned out red even the sides of packing is covered with chilly powder, seriously guys that’s how you make it spicy?

Tried their stuffed Chana Bhatura, this Sunday. Literally was close to the ones we get in india

Its not first time. Every single time i call them for order and they tell me to be there in 25 mins but i have to stay in line for about ten mins. That i understand. Its procedure. The worst experience is when they tell you to wait for ten mins more. And most of the time they get me late for the shift. I am never coming back to this restaurant.

I ordered stuff chole bhature. My experience was owful. Waiting was a lot and taste was nothing.

I went in here for an Uber Eats order. The lady was so rude she didn’t even look at me not once. It was obvious she didn’t wanna serve me. A guy came in right after me and she looked at him but still never looked my way. I just cancelled the order. Won’t be accepting orders here again because I felt so unwelcome.

Got expired soya chaap that smelled like toxic garbage and channa tikki with NO tikki.would NEVER order from them again.

Not a good experience at this restaurant. The staff doesn't care if you have placed an order. The girl threw the order on the counter without shouting out my name. I kept waiting for another 10 minutes, when she saw me waiting, there were no apologies. All she did was Here's your Order! Felt upset and would never go back to this restaurant.: (

I don’t know why this place even has 3.8 stars. They lie about their pricing, they charge you for doordash and Uber prices when you call for a pickup order. And when you order 1lbs of sweets, trust me it’s not even a 1bs. What a rip off. Even if you call 1 hour ahead for a pickup order when you go it’s still a 10 minute wait. Don’t bother, go to the Indian Sweets Masters or Sabzi Mandi.

Fairly priced. Food is great because of turn over rate
But JeesseZus the customer service is dodgy. They would rather have convos then hand over the food to WAITING PATRONS. I swear some people Hardly Work when at work! Lol anyway. Enjoy.

Honestly the staff at this restaurant needs to learn how to talk with the customer. The girls have no sense how to talk. I ordered a tandoori champ requesting them to make it mild, she just ignored my request and infact made it super spicy. I never felt like going back and talking to them again, since I know what kind of behavior they give back. I have to throw away my food. You really need to do something about your staff. Do not recommend this place at all.

I have visited this place many times and every time I get disappointed with the customer service and quality of food. Once I spent more than $100 and got disappointed again. Employees are rude and do not know how to treat a customer.

Must try their fried noodles and schezwan noodles. I went there so many time before but never tried it but when i did its the only place for me to order noodles and in indian style.

I ordered photo cake two times, cake was late by hours first time and second time they never picked up the call. Then they promised me to give a free cake for next order, but when I ordered this time they made me pay for the order and their manager was not present every time I visited the store. S/he never talked to us about this whole scenario. It is all about staying on a statement, if you commit something then stay on it. I would never ever recommend someone! Very bad customer service, poor communication. I am unable to give a zero star rating, I would have done that.

We ordered veg and mutton biryani, it hardly tasted like a biriyani. It was full of turmeric powder. They should better name it as turmeric rice

I have availed the tiffin service for my family from this restaurant, the food quality and quantity is very good. The kids also don't fuss and like the taste of food. Everyday we get a different sabji and soft rotis with rice raita and dessert. And the best part is if there is any concerns, they are available to communicate and make things even better. I have been using thier service since a few months now and I am very happy with thier service.

Employees don't know how to wear masks or "where" to wear masks.

Kitchen jobs aren't easiest but there's no excuse to wear your masks under your nose and on chin.

If your mask is loose, find one that fits. You're messing with everyone's safety and their food.

I bought burger from here and it was so bad.burger buns were so cold as if just took out of fridge. Nd was unable to eat it and hav to throw all of them.really worst experience having food from this place

These Guys are so ridiculous. Front lady don't know how to talk to customer we order food at 3: 15 and it's 4: 00 they didn't give us order. On call they said it's gonna take 20 minute's. We are on work just wasted our time there. Never gonna visit them again and recommend you to also never go there. Worst place.

I started my tiffin service like 20 days ago and faced many issues. First of all the customer service is worse, secondly the place is not hygienic as you can see food flies around the shop.i have had a recent experience which happend on Saturday the 2nd January 2021, i ordered shahi paneer for my tiffin service and they put it in as they normally do, when i came home and about to eat i noticed a piece of chicken in it, which is not acceptable. When i called they said by mistaken the staff refilled shahi paneer with butter chicken and said sorry. They offered me a complimentary curry for that and the day after i found a hair in the curry. I dont know how many other vegetarians have had that curry on that day just because of their silly mistake. So overall i would say just to avoid this place. Worst experience ever.

Always open 24 hours a day every time I'm hungry I always drop by and they are ready to serve me they don't just serve East Indian people they serve people of all Races and are ready to translate whatever I'm trying to order they are super polite

Got biryani from this place today, absolute garbage, had couple of bites and threw it away, its simply rice mixed with massala, no flavor no taste nothing
