Please pay attention: if you are black, do not waste your time doing training or applying to this company; I have never encountered such a crazed and racist mentality. I was hired and then fired because I couldn't make it to work the next day due to illness. I contacted the manager, who said okay, only to receive a termination notice the next day. I wasn't paid for my training or orientation. The manager was KELVIN

Was verbally assaulted by an IGI security guard last night in a downtown Toronto grocery store that I have shopped in regularly for nearly 10 years. He swore at me, called me names, ridiculed me for wearing a facemask (I was sick at the time and trying not to spread germs). He was so out of control that the store staff had to ask him to back off. So why am I giving them 5 stars? Bad staff can happen. It's what you do about it that counts. I called IGI. Was transferred to the person who handles their guards (Zane). I explained what happened and he immediately committed to removing this guard from that store. He also handled it very professionally. The whole call was about 3 minutes including transfers. Less than the amount of time I spent being accosted by this guard!

Sloppy, unprofessional and unethical conduct by one green rookie -guard doing store undercover poorly. Equally shoddy follow up investigation, if any was actually conducted, by the Head Office. Complaints about guard conduct was not even checked on cctv footage. Makes one wonder about stores and clients who contract 3rd party services engaged in this kind of thing.

IGI is a great company to work for, they took me in even though I had zero experience, and treated me as if I was family. IGI has always treated me with the utmost respect and always accommodated for my needs when I needed it. The company is very well managed and all of the team are great people. They always take the time to acknowledge you and give you praise when you’ve done a good job, they always make you feel appreciated aswell. In IGI there is alot of room to grow with the company and when you work with IGI the only place to go is up. Overall they are a great company to work with and nothing but good comes from IGI!

I had the pleasure of meeting one this company's security guard recently in Sault Ste Marie. He was doing some consulting in loss prevention. The guard in question Darren did the most kindest thing for my 83 year old mother. Needless to say he made her day and I was without words. If this company employs such wonderful people I would hire them in an instant for my security needs.

Wrost company, i was hired, miss my shift because of car accidents, doesn’t pick the call and what they terminated me and even didnt get my 16 hrs training pay from them, if you guys wanna work work work for another company where u will get your training pay
