Sebastian repaired a leak in the main stack of my parents very old house. He was thorough and systematic in his approach at locating the problem and implementing a solution. Sebastian is very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly as he worked. Having had Michael (the original Irish Plumber) work on our house in the past, we can confirm that these high standards are consistent throughout the company. My parents and I will always recommend the Irish Plumber.

We had Sebastian come over and take a look at how to winterize our pipes, and he came up with a simple solution that he completed efficiently. Professional and courteous. Not bad at all.

Had a great experience with The Irish Plumber this week. Called on Tuesday afternoon for a problem with our main drainage stack, Sebastien arrived Wednesday morning and the problem was fixed before lunch. He identified the problem, laid out our options and the costs for each and left the work site cleaner than it was to begin with. I'll be using The Irish Plumber again in the future.

The work was certainly well done but I found them horribly expensive. Called another plumber after to check what would have been their price for the same work, and it was less than half the price (even estimating a two hours work, when in reality it took 45 minutes).

I had the main sewer pipe blocked with tree roots over 50 feet from he house. They found the problem and fixed it within couple of hours. Hard working and on time, with the equipment to do the job.

I called the Irish Plummer after my pipes burst due to a furnace that died. The answered right away and had Sebastian at my house the next morning. He did an incredible job fixing a plumbing mess. Pipes were replaced, valves and two toilets replaced all within two days. They were very clear on the cost in their estimate which was accurate. Sebastian left the place clean each day. A very easy company to deal with that does great work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Having used The Irish Plumber before, we knew exactly who to call when our kitchen sink started leaking Christmas day. While not extremely urgent, Michael scheduled the repair right away. Thomas, who had previously installed out dishwasher, showed up on time and did an amazing job. He changed the faucet set and got everything up and running, leak free! Courteous and very efficient.

I swear by the Irish Plumber. I own a triplex which has 3 kitchens, 4 bathrooms and a leaky basement with incredibly disorganized pipe routing. I've called them back 5 times and they've basically re-plumbed my entire building. They re-did all the sinks, fixed toilets, got an old shower working again, installed an outdoor anti-frost pipe, a sump pump, found the source of all my leaks, undid 100 years of Home Depot hackjob repairs and they taught me about what they were doing and why they were doing it. As a DIYer, I appreciate the lessons and actually feel like a better plumber from what they've shown/taught me. They even come that day if you really need them. As a man of Irish descent, they make my ancestors proud.

As part of a project to finish a basement, the scope of plumbing work to be contracted out included: digging around roughed in drain for bathtub and toilet, connecting the bath tub drain, installing tub and shower valve, providing water supply lines for bath, toilet, vanity, and a kitchenette sink.

During the estimate process, Michael from The Irish Plumber provided a good explanation of the work required, and the company was responsive to all follow-on queries and requests for adjustments to the estimate. After due consideration of other quotes, The Irish Plumber was selected for the job and we were able to book them for about 2 weeks out.

During the actual job: they showed up on time, there were two plumbers working on site for most of the day with Michael staying behind to complete the work. They were very courteous and professional in their approach, and the care that they took with the work was to a very high standard. The end result looks very professional, and sets up the finishing tasks for a successful and smoother completion.

Overall, the experience of working with this company was very positive. While this may not have been the lowest cost option, it pays in my case to be able to work with a team that has integrity, solid work ethic, treats you professionally/respectfully, and to have the peace of mind that your critical junctures in water and drainage are done right during your project.

Mike was recommended by a friend for a tricky job on our very old water main/meter (which had been ridiculously encased in concrete), and did a great job. Melissa was easy to deal with to make all the arrangements. Mike arrived promptly, worked quickly and neatly, and squeezed in another small job on our kitchen sink while he was here. He is obviously very experienced/knowledgeable, which was apparent in him going above and beyond in arranging water cut off with the city and then sub-contractor to immediately replace the water meter. We are very satisfied with the job and happy to pass along the recommendation!

Thomas came to do the actual job and was extremely knowledgable and what impressed me was how thorough and conscientious he was completing the renovation. He conducted numerous tests and would not conclude the job until he was confident it was perfect which it was!
