Went there for lunch with a small group. Had a barely acceptable Reuben sandwich and beer which was soggy with cold fries and flavourless. The service was slow and surly. Felt that he proice for the quality and service was high. To add insult to injury they added a 25% tip without even asking.

Visited Dec 21 and again Dec 28. Was welcomed by Server and she was quick to respond to our table. Had the Ruben with fries and a couple of Guinness. The Guinness was one of the better Guinness that I have had and the server put the shamrock on the top. Restaurant and washrooms were clean. Have visited a couple of times over the past 6 years, have always been satisfied with drinks, food and service. Would recommend

Excellent Irish pub. Solid selection of draught, good pub grub and the staff were fantastic - personable, fun and on top of it. At least that was my experience with Joan and Joanne.

Awesome bar! The band was fantastic, great music selection and talent! Food was so tasty, we had calamari, Reuben fritters and spinach dip. Yummy appetizers. Staff were friendly. Definitely recommend!

My friend and I visited and were amazed at not only the quality of food, but also the service. We had the fish and chips, Irish stew and apple crumble for dessert. This is easily one of, if not the best desserts we’ve ever eaten. Such a warm and welcoming environment too!

Decided to try this place while in the areas and it was and enjoyable experience. Wings were delicious and beer was cold. Entertaining karaoke on a Wednesday night. They make you feel welcome and the service was A1

Stopped by on my way to Centennial arena. It was a slow night but the food was good and the bartender Jay made me feel at home and spent some time talking. Great atmosphere, great staff. I will be back

Had a great time, listened to a live. I tried the nachos with beer. The waitress was very nice. Place has a nice atmosphere to come relax after work.

This place has really turned around over the past year or so. You can feel it. Foods better, service is better and even the ambiance is better. Kudos to the new management and their team!

Looking out for a go to place with friends on a Saturday to enjoy ur drinks and the live band then this is the place, the band "misunderstood" can really get you going and the guitarist was simply amazing.

The nite we went they had a live band (not that great) but the service was very slow.

This bar hosted an after party for a football event August 27th 2022. The food was great, atmosphere was light and fun. Given the size of our party I can forgive the staff for being a little slow. All in all good food, great value. Would definitely recommend this place.

First day in Toronto and The Irish Shebeen was just down the road from where we were staying. Great friendly staff, great food, nice atmosphere.

The jerked chicken sandwich was decent, but they didn't have any of the drinks we wanted available. Customer service was decent though

Went on a Friday afternoon. Very friendly and welcoming. Very authentic Irish feel to the place and a nice little patio too.

Nothing but great vibes every time i step in, im always treated with the most respect and always made to feel at home by the manger joe, you can tell he really cares about the place which makes it even better.food wise it’s the best bar food i’ve ever had never disappointed (try the jerk burger) the drinks are always done well they never taste watered done like how they do at some bars and the beer is great. All the workers are kind and patient from what i’ve experienced if you ever have problems with the food or even people they’re always quick to step in to help (especially joe) the music on Saturdays is great and feels authentic.if your in the area i definitely recommend as in my opinion it’s the best bar you’ll find in Etobicoke/Mississauga.

We had a nightmare layover flying out of Pearson when my friend and I discovered The Irish Shebeen. It was the most accommodating place I have ever been. I always hate to overstay my welcome but before I could even express that thought the owner, Dom, knew it was going to be a while before our next flight and said we were welcome to stay. He told us about the amenities in the pub (which were fantastic even though I’m terrible at Golden Tee). He even offered to take our luggage and put them in their office.

The atmosphere was great, you can sit inside but with the setup they have you can basically be outside at the same time. The food was amazing and the service was too. We stayed about 5 hours until we had to go to our next flight. Fantastic.

It was a real port in storm for us. Thanks, Dom, and the staff at the Irish Shebeen.

Absolutely gorgeous in the evening. It's like stepping into a dream, and we all get to live it. Returning soon.

We are not from the area and decided that night that an irish pub would be perfect to have dinner. This was a great decision. The moment we entered, the person that greeted us went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. I later learned that this person is the GM and even if he was crazy busy, he took the time to come check on us and make sure we had everything we needed and were having a good time. The place is super inclusive. Literally everyone is welcome there. Whether you are wearing a suit and tie or just casual clothes, this place is for you. They have a very nice selection of beer, wine and cocktails. As for the food, I tried the pizza. It is thin crust pizza, which means you can take the pointy end and roll it to the edge and eat it as a roll and it is TO DIE FOR! Seriously, the food is incredible, the place looks amazing, the staff could not be nicer, friendlier and knowleadgeable. On top of that, theres games to play! Darts, babyfoot, boardgames and all! In total honesty, you should do yourself a favor and go spend an evening there!

Great atmosphere, very friendly and helpful! I ordered the fish n chips and it was great. Nice big pieces of fish, not to heavily battered, hot pub style fries perfectly seasoned. One piece of constructive criticism I would give is homemade tarter sauce goes a long way and you always wanna give a hearty amount of coleslaw, I only got a mouthful with mine. I would still highly recommend the fish n chips.

In the area on a business trip and I have to say, the BEST food and atmosphere I have had all week. My first night in I stopped here, it was quiet you know for a Monday it's to be expected but that did not stop the bartender from adding a little excitement to the evening. He was incredibly friendly, personable and genuinely interested in our conversation. I had the Lamb shank which I unfortunately did not get a picture of due to the fact that I was so eager to enjoy it, oh did I enjoy it. I visited a couple of other spots in the area, they did not compare. Which is why I came back for more! This evening a different bar tender with the same exact amount of welcoming charismatic attitude as the first. Again, personable, friendly, conversationalist. A real hometown pub you frequent feel. The Reuben fritter's were amazing. I was so anxious to try them I only got a photo shot of two, I had to save room for my shepherd's pie which was equally as AMAZING! Felt like I was eating some of my own cooking for a moment. I highly recommend The Irish Shebeen if you are in the area, I hear they also have live music on Friday and Saturday night, I am truly disappointed I won't be able to stop in for it! If you are looking for a warm, cozy, friendly pub to duck into for the evening this is the place.

Very empty at the time I went and service was super slow and terrible food to be honest. Not worth it for a social gathering. But there is a bowling area 2 mins walking

Our first indoor meal since the pandemic began couldn't have been better. Monday seemed a good day for kids and fam. I brought just the boy.

Staff was extremely helpful! Great atmosphere. The spinach dip was so good I prefer the toasted pita over the tortilla chips! Definitely recommend sitting on the patio.

They offer a fantastic range of delicious food. I enjoy dining here. Staff members are always helpful, prices are fair and the spot is always well organised.

This restaurant is unquestionably one of the coolest restaurants in the region. Whenever I go there I am profoundly satisfied. They maintain their very high level service and the topmost level of meals they offer. You always win with this place. Very recommended.

Came here this weekend to celebrate a friends birthday. Looks like it would be a nice fun pub pre-covid. They have a large patio but with the weather drastically changing to autumn we opted to eat indoors.
The staff were very friendly and helped whenever we needed anything. New drinks, wet wipes, etc.
I had jumbo wings with fries. The chicken skin was crispy and insides were juicy. Even the fries crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. YuM!
Enjoyed their many drinks too.
Will definitely head back next time I'm in the area.

This spot is the one I like best. I go to a lot of restaurants but to this one I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very affectionate and the cooking they cook is so fresh and tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent dinner in this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Delicious food and great service! The place wasn't far from our stay at the Hampton, and was worth the five minute walk!

I've visited both for personal and company events and have been happy with both. Host 2 to 3 company events with 50ppl on average.they are extremely easy to work with, menu caters to all food preferences, and wait staff is amazing.never a complaint! On a personal note, hubby and I drop in on occasion for drinks and appies.again, never a complaint!

Just stopped here for a quick lunch one day during the week. The service really needs improvement as I sat there with my son for about 10 mins before someone came over. We were the only table there. Food was ok.

Was there last night Jan 15th. First of all the sever too a while to see me there seemed to be an invoice problem with 3 other customers.

Then I ordered a gin tonic with NO FRUIT ON THE GLASS I am allergic to the skin. My drink arrived with a lime.sigh!

Then.supper = After viewing website and seeing they had Guinness Steak pie with fluffy pastry, I was sold. Got there = Oh sorry sir, its no longer on the menu!

Ordered simple hamburger which was perfectly cooked and savoury but it took 30+ minutes to get it with limited people in the pub

My lone good comment was the bartender. He was truly sympathetic and did superior friendly conversation.

For the rest. I am never coming back here!

PS to management = Irish music is great but when you have to yell o your server.dunno.

Although the menu is typical of a pub restaurant, the food is very good. Service is excellent. Plenty of parking.

I was there one evening Dec. 2019. The bartender was fantastic to our group, very welcoming, he warmly greeted us the minute we walked through the door. Top notch service, like above and beyond what you would expect. His name was Tourist sp?

The decor is very Irish pub like which I liked. If you get the $7 burger, ask to pay extra to double the thin patty, and to add cheese and bacon, and ask the night cook not to over toast yr burger bun pretty pls, too crispy bun is hard to eat.

The fries that came with the burger were some of the best fries I ever had in my life. Piping hot freaking super delishious.

I def.loved all their free parking.the best. There is a nice bowling alley next door.

When I arrived I waited 3 minutes before being greeted and then was told to seat myself. I chose the bar and the bartender took my order like someone who had been working a long day would. The waiter then didn't completely listen to my order and therefore gave me a drink that was watered down before I finished even though I asked for light ice. The waiter then forgot to punch in my order So I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes to get my food after ordering on a Sunday night. I found the menu small and lacking the items that would classify it as an Irish pub, as well as their good menu being rather small for the amount of starters they had.

Where to begin. The food was HORRIBLE. Burgers were charred and tasted of freezer burn. We ordered one regular burger and added cheese (they added a tiny piece and charged us $1.50) and it was more expensive than the Bacon/Cheese burger.makes no sense. Either way, they were both mediocre. Even the fries tasted freezer burnt. Save your money and go elsewhere. The server was great at least.but c'mon. So disappointing! Dear Shebeen - you can't cut costs at the expense of food quality. Shame on you.

This place is my favored. I go to many restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very attentive and the food they cook is so yummy. I never miss an opportunity to have a good meal in this restaurant. I recommend this place with pleasure.

We came from out of town to stay at a local hotel who recommended some restaurants nearby. The soup was delicious which is why 2 stars but the nachos were dry with hardly any cheese on them. The service was totally lacking.we were basically ignored the whole time we dined there. We had to ask several times for a water.never offered a 2nd alcoholic beverage. This is not the typical irish pub friendly atmosphere one would expect. I will not be returning when I return to the local area for business again! I will also share with the hotel this experience since they recommended it!

Was staying in the area on business at a nearby hotel and this was on a list of places they recommended. Had the jalapeno mash appetizer and the chicken corn chowder. Both were very good. Split nachos with my dinner companion and they were not very good at all. Glad we only added the $3.50 for the little bit of beef.if we would have paid $6 extra for the chicken we really wouldn't have been impressed. The biggest issue was the service. Only 2 servers for the whole place, and our server was more interested in chatting to a patron at the bar than taking care us at least. I wasn't asked if I would like another beverage from the bar (which I would have.but didn't want to wait for it anyhow). Sorry, but wouldn't recommend this place.least friendly Irish pub I've been in.

I like to go with friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the cooking is flavorable and the stuff is generous and cooperative.always when we visit this place we have a gorgeous time.highly recommended.

Absolutely horrible! Ordered calamari.it was overcooked and tasteless. My husband ordered the beef brisket and I ordered the pork tenderloin. Was told they were sold out of the pork so I went with the brisket. Brisket was tasteless.everything on the plate needed seasoning. Ladies bathroom looks like it needs desperate renovations.half the stalls won't lock and very run down. On a good note, they served ice cold beer! Wouldn't recommend as a place to eat.

Service: good, friendly. Prompt. We came with a table of 11, we all ordered at the same time, 6 of our meals came, and the remaining people had to wait ~15 mins for their food to come.

Food: we ordered nachos, wings, and a burger. Nachos had the nacho cheese sauce on them which was disappointing, I expect a restaurant to use real cheese and melt it. The burger patty is shown in the photo, it was really small, I don’t think that’s a brioche bun as the menu describes. Fries were good, they’re the thick kind, fried well so they weren’t soggy. Wings were good, battered nicely and deep fried, we ordered the medium and it tasted good. I ordered the kale Caesar as my side on the burger for $2.50 extra, it was really good, however it probably has the calories of a Big Mac, the croutons were deep fried which was a nice touch.

Decor: we sat on the patio, the patio was missing fence where someone had driven through it and into the building, so ignoring that aspect, 60% of the patio looks neglected and sad, it doesn’t seem this place is maintained.

Went in to kill some time, there was only 1 staff person and it took a while to get anything, order nachos and they are ok, the bad thing is that the place was super dirty all the tables sticky, I don't usually go to pubs so I don't know if this is normal.

Most of the menu items were not available on a Monday night. We made a reservation.they could have mentioned that they are running out of menu items due to busy weekend. We had to have our drinks that we ordered and go somewhere to eat.

I was there twice in one day due to a friend who was late. Round 1, had a couple beers by the bar while reading a book. A dude was singing behind me, made for a good atmosphere. Round 2, dinner on the patio, I had chicken fingers and they were pretty good. Chicken was not overdone and fries were eaten. Best restaurant on that side of Centennial Park for sure

Weak selection of on tap choices, Irish or English pubs do not feature Coors and Blue as their standard beer choice. I wanted to order from the menu but they did not have the first 2 choices, I finished my beverage and went elsewhere for lunch.

Like the atmosphere, is quite and nice. The severs were super nice too.

Small dark and loud with a band. Not big enough to bring in a good band. To small to talk while the horrible band plays. Food is decent, beer selection is limited. For a quick pubish meal it good. Definately not a place to stay all night

The service was quite slow, and it appeared that there was only one man serving the tables. But the food was excellent, especially the Lamb Shank. It just melts in your mouth.
