Wow! Their pizza is so delicious. I'm not even kidding. I don't have enough words to describe it. I'll recommend this restaurant. You will thank me later

Food is decent enough, but don’t bother calling ahead to order food. Twice now we’ve called and placed an order for pickup, only for them to look at me like I had five heads when I came to pick it up and then just start making the food after I arrived. Major waste of time.

We ordered 14 various pizzas for a work function. Everyone loved the pizza, coming up and asking where it was from. So good, very generous with toppings, loved the crust and sauce. Will defnitely return. I removed one star as it was 1/2 hour later than what I asked for, but that's a delivery issue. Did not reflect on the pizza at all. So good.

Couldn’t even order This place is a joke wow everything is out of stock really what kinda place is this Mabey you should just close your doors save your money and go some place else

Order a couple pizza and mozzarella sticks it was absolutely terrible the pizza was mediocre mozzarella sticks were way overdone I might as well have been chewing on Jesus's flip flop

I eat here every weekend and absolutely love it. It's always fresh and tasty! Their calzones are the BEST you can find.

I was hopeful it would be as good as it used to be even though there are new owners. But sadly, the Pizza was nothing like it used to be, wings weren’t good at all and were reheated not fresh cooked.and the Greek salad dressing tasted stale. So sad

Their food is outstanding and very reasonably priced. Dine in is quite small, but I think it just adds to the atmosphere. If you are looking for great pizza or amazing Italian foods, then this place needs to be on your list. Thanks guys

Tried this place a few days ago and Italian House Pizzeria is a hidden gem in London. The food is delicious and it's made quickly. When you get delivery it's fast and the driver is very nice too. The prices are fairly great aswell. Their Ricotta Balls and Garlic Fingers are definitely a must try.

We have been going to the Italian House frequently after trying it for the first time. Their pastas will always be my favourite with just the right amount of flavour. The staff is lovely and patient. Something I would consider giving a try

The Italian House has been our go to pizza place for the last few years. We really liked the fresh ingredients and home made crust.
That changed last night. We order a large with our standard toppings, my wife picked it up on her way home. When we opened the box it looked like a 12" store bought crust. You've seen them, perfectly round, exactly the same thickness all the way across (it was a comletely flat crust with no edge crust) and the consistency that screams Costco 12 pack.
The other issue was the toppings. A space of 1 1/2" from the edge before you see a topping all the way around so the was a store bought crust with the toppings for a much smaller pizza.
This isn't one of the 2 for 1 places where you don't expect high quality, they advertise home made goodness, which it has been for the last 4 years that we have been going there.
I can't see eating there again if this is the new way they make a pie.

While visiting Canada I came to this pizza store every evening for a pizza.pasta or salad. Every time, I was served by the new owners of this store.
They were always pleasant, and had excellent customer service skills. They always went above and beyond for making these dishes delicious

Highly recommended this place. Now this place is under new management and Customer service is great they always pays attention to customer’s needs and they do their best to make them happy. The wait time is very less, you won’t have to wait for too long to pick your order which proves that they values customer’s time as well. Place is very neat and hygienic. Everything organized very well. They always use fresh and high quality ingredients which makes their food taste homemade. Food is delicious no doubt. Once you try their food you won’t regret at all. So overall, i will give 5 out of 5 for everything.

Food is great. People work their are so nice. Their bbq chicken pizza is best in london i have ever tried. I dont know what they have changed in Alfredo but its taste soo good now i have ordered chicken Alfredo and i loved it and other Their pastas are great too. Am so lucky to find them. New owners are best now their food quality is so good. Keep it up guys you goona rock.

Was the Calzone that I ate a work of art or Calzone of beauty! It was all of the above! The incredible staff guided me through the ordering process as it was my first time (definitely not my last! Next time I'm in town they are my first stop!) and we created one of the tastiest and largest Calzone's that I have ever experienced! Yes.it was an experience! The toppings were fresh and the sauce was dynamite! I couldn't finish the Calzone in one sitting, but even when reheated in the oven, it tasted like the first day! You and your staff brought me back to my vacation in Napoli Italy when I was eating the Calzone and I thank you for it! I can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

Very tasty pizzas and risotto. Really enjoyed sharing a few different flavors of pizzas with family. A big step up from the standard pizzas available in the city. Had a wonderful experience!

I personally like anchovies on my pizza and italian house is one of the very few places that still serves it. My order is always ready on time from what is indicated when I ordered online for pick-up.

Excellent flavor, crust had the right thickness and the ingredients were abundant. I highly recommend this place

AMAZING staff and the manager is amazing,
Every time I order the food is hot and ready, had a few problems their but the staff and manager always made it up to us, and fixed the issue right away, the stuff and manager at Italian house make u feel like family and that’s one thing I love about this place, I have become to get to know them the past few months and I will never order from another pizza place, they will always have my business and I would 100% recommend if you haven’t tried their stuff I recommend you do:)

Pizza is alright could use some work.the House garlic sauce is awesome and the best in town. Greek salad on point best i ever had, panzorotti delicious, very good customer service.

I used to love Italian House and I ordered more times than I can count. Unfortunately the quality has gone down substantially and what I got today I'm severely disappointed by. The pizza is so salty (and I like my ingredients salty) and I swear what's on it is definitely not mozzarella to me it looks like cheddar. Crust is so hard it's barely chewable. I was really looking forward to this pizza and now I'm sad.

Delicious authentic thin crust pizzas, great value and accountable service. Pizzas for pick up ready on time, even during busy hours, and offered 10% pickup discount. Favorites are the Meat lover and Alfredo chicken.

Ordered a large pizza with roasted mushrooms, garlic and spinach, and Italian ham. The sauce was pretty much non existent and tasteless. The cheese was so tough and chewy. Terrible pizza. Was my first time here and won't be returning.

I love this place. My favourite pizza is the Roasted Mushroom and goat cheese. They really pay attention to quality - the dough is light and chewy, and the tomato sauce is super flavourful. The service here is excellent as well - they always go above and beyond to help you out!

The sandwich I ordered was amazing unfortunately the lasagna my girlfriend ordered was not we aren't sure if the cheese had went bad or what Happened but not only did it taste bad when she bit into it but it smelt like bad cheese that would have been a minor inconvenience if they had of took the complaint seriously but when she called to let them know that the lasagna didn't taste good and that she thought the cheese may have went bad or something was not quite right she was told that it was fine they had been using the same stuff all-day and they don't know why hers tasted bad they then offered a new one but when she asked if they were going to make it with the exact same set of ingredients they said yes so she declined as it didn't taste good the first time and that was how it was left

Got Pizza and wings, It was absolutely tasty and well baked. Wings tasted perfect too. Most importantly owners were super polite and nice. Should definitely visit the place and have their pizza hot and well done.

DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. Because it'll ruin other pizza places for you.

For real though, the pizza here is incredible. I'm not a professional on authentic pizza but I am hefty feller and I do eat tons of pizza and this is the best I've had in a hot minute, or a cold minute. The pizza was hot and I devoured it inside of a minute, so make what you will of all that bs I just said, it's good pizza.

Jaye C - my favourite place for Italian in London. Pastas are amazing, big portions, well presented and packed for delivery with consideration. No spills and messes trying to get to the food. Highly recommend. Also.the marinara that comes with their mozzarella sticks is amazing.

Great pizza slices for a good price. When I'm on the road working and in the area I love to stop by and grab a few slices. I'd like to try some other menu items in the near future.

Surely a place worth stopping by, the food is excellent and fresh, the cost is convenient and it is regularly neat in here. Best place for italian food.

This is our favourite pizza in the city.
They give us the right amount of options to get a pizza exactly the way we like it. The deal we always get comes with drinks and some really great sauces too, and is usually enough for the two of us to get two meals out of.
Friendly staff, easy delivery. You should try it.

I will admit I had about 5 bad experiances with these guys in a row, the worst one was getting a container of frozen chicken wings delivered to my door instead of a salad. They did rectify it. Few times in a row id go in, no slices avail. Or getting a 15 min pick up time and getting there and having to wait 25. Made my luch break non existent. Latley, they have been good. I call ahead about slices, if the don't have any they get some in for you. So they have goten better, upping to 3 stars, will review again in 3 months

Going 4star instead of 5. Maybe get 5 next time:). Going 4 star because the BBQ chicken pizza had virtually no sauce. The chicken was great the onions more of a caramelized onion very good but not what what my taste buds were expecting. This was my first time going here. Was impressed with variety of toppings, sauces and crust choices (do the marinara super good!). Was very fast for a Friday night! Reheats good too. Sufficient amount of tasty cheese. Cesar salad was o.k. Lacked sauce and croutons were just very generic and big. Overall 4 stars but will happily try it again.
