The Jump City

It was a very bad experience. We were told that we could bring our own cake to celebrate in the lobby, but we were told that we couldn't on the that day. The staff were very unprofessional.

It was a fun birthday celebration of my son at the jump city. We’re small group of 13 people. I approached of one of the staff and requested a table as it was a busy weekend and can’t find any table for us. The staff member told the sv/manager Jamal & right away provided me a table that made us enjoyed the visits plus the pizzas are taste good especial the all meat & super cheese flavour. All the staffs are nice and helpful. Great place to celebrate a birthday with the small group. I like that they give %20 discount in a group of 5 kids.

Has everything you need in one place for a kid to enjoy, laser tag, indoor playground, trampoline park, arcades and the washrooms were clean that’s so important to me at any establishment.

Terrible service. They even charge for babies, very disrespectful and don't know anything about customer service

Witnessed one of the front entrance managers being rude to one of the young staff there. Then changing to a polite nice person when I spoke to her. I’ve heard they don’t treat their staff there kindly from a few different sources. I hate hearing of young people being mistreated by their employers. Just sad! Jamar was really nice!

Came here for my little sisters birthday, and had an amazing time. The staff was amazing and well trained. There is large variety of games and entertainment for kids, plus amazing admission prices. Playground socks were given to everyone for safety. Very clean and safe space for kids and family’s as the food was also absolutely fantastic since everything was being made fresh. I highly recommend this place! Would definitely go back 10/10.

Laser tag was really small and the employees threw away our drinks when we weren’t even done with it I paid almost 120$ just for the entrance and food. It was also nothing to play with in the toddler zone. These people they are over charging us, they also forced me to buy their socks why can’t we just use any griped socks.

This is one of the more organized and we'll run indoor playgrounds I've been to in Toronto. We went to the Richmond Hill location, it was spacious, clean and staff was friendly. You get to do a lot for the entrance fee: bouncy castles, play areas, Lazer tag, rock climbing. Though I think they can expand the ball pit and Lazer tag area, would make it less crowded and more fun. They're pretty strict about bringing outside food so I'd go after lunch to maximize play time and avoid food expenses. Overall, much more worth it than Funland!

This indoor playground opened recently, we don’t have this much close to neighborhood. The combination of the physical activity and electronic activity is good. The verity of the electronic game are good but the physical activity facilities can be better. The staff are nice and helpful. My only concern is the tiles on the floor are not enough comfortable and safe for kids.

Nice place for kids to play different games and arcade games while you enjoy a cup of coffee. The only thing that I didn’t like much is the prices of food and drinks is a bit too much.

Good place to stay with family and friends. All of the staff are really nice and attentive! Very clean place too

Honestly a fantastic place went today for a birthday party. The food was great and the staff were really nice. I’ve been to many of these places and this was by far the cleanest. I observed workers vacuuming, cleaning the arcade machines and common areas the whole time I was there.

There was an incident with another visitor bulling a small child unknown to them and physically trying to remove the child from a ride. Staff reacted quickly and they were swiftly escorted off the premises.

This place is amazing, very clean and so much fun for the kids. Took my granddaughter there we both had a great time. Everyone should take your kids there.

Good for kids birthday parties. They come with food. And some arcade. Adult can also enjoy the jump.

They forced me to buy a pair of socks from them although my son had a pair of grip socks but just from another playground. I already purchased the socks from jump city last time but my son wanted to wear the other one. Even the manager Dina didn't let us in. She told me we can not be responsible for other socks. I told her you are not responsible anyway because we sign a waiver. This is money making policy rather than a safety policy.

I would have left if I didn't have promised my son. But this is the last time I am here.
