The Kathi Roll Express TKRE

This place used to be amazing, and now it’s absolute garbage. We ordered multiple things and only one item was edible. We used to be regulars and we have tried a lot of location. Not sure what happened, but the taste is gone from this location, especially in the rolls, burritos and Bombay Frankie. They didn’t even bother to put the extra sauces we paid for. Very disappointed.

We were two people ordered food for dine in and waited for 20-25 minutes. Food was not looks fresh and was cold. Service was good but happy at all with the food service. First time I visited there probably not going to recomend anyone.

Ordered the paneer tikka on the rocks, was a fan before but it lacked flavour, taste and texture was not woryh the $14.69

If you're looking for some delicious fusion Indian street food, T. O. Kathi Roll Eatery is the place to go! We had the Butter Chicken Mac n Cheese and it was so good! The fish tacos and masala fries are also amazing. The service was also fast and friendly, which is always a plus!

We ordered mixed veg Bombay chilli Frankie and chicken Tikka kathi roll. We asked for it, but it wasn't as spicy as expected. Customer service was quick and courteous. Harsha was polite. Kinda expensive but it tasted good.
Only con was that food took a long time. It was good but took a very long time to come to the table.

Great experience, clean restaurant, good portions for individuals, they have options for small groups and families as well. Food was hot, made quickly. Staff very friendly.

Just the worst place to go eat in Brampton. The food just had uncooked red chilly along with the wrong order.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Harsha is extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

Respect culture. I am vegetarian and you serve me non veg. Is this your service. I am advising don’t trust them. You order something and they will send you something. Plz see before you eat. This is very ridiculous. I will never order from this place. And also recommend to avoid this place for eatery.

Paneer sashlik Kathi roll is really a waste of money. I have eaten first time today and there is no taste in it, no salt. I will never visit again. 0 rating although fries were nice.

The lamb Kathi roll was very bland and underwhelming. The paratha was cold, the lamb was overdone and soggy with some sauce. No flavors.

The food was great but the service was so bad it really made the experience not worth it. I would suggest ordering ahead of time and getting takeout to avoid a bad experience, definitely recommend the food!

Spent some money on staff that actually smiles and give you a fast service else you will loose customer base eventually.

Must try food and shakes.it was my birthday and we decided to have meals at this place as they have food and shakes in same building. We Ordered the butter chicken poutine, fishTacos and crunch munch burger along with mashup eatery. Loved thair super freakshkes (cheesecake ones). The dining area is too charming. Spent almost two hours there. The staff was friendly and nice.

Taste is decent but the service is horrible. If you want to wait for 45 mins to get a decent roll then go for it.
Moreover the ladies at the counter are expressionless. They will make you feel like they are doing you favour by taking your order.

Food Is Delicious and maybe the best in the city. The owner is really nice but if he's not around then the girls working inside got an attitude like they serving you Diamonds on the platter. Watch out for those lazy servers. Three stars only for food and owner.

Katho rolls are so tiny, hardly no cheese on poutine, waited 35 minutes for 2 orders and it wasn't even busy.

Fantastic taste.but service is not as good as food. Staff working as per online order timeline, not on the basis of walkin customer requirements. We entered the store at 07: 50 but delivery was done 20 minutes later after none of the employees failed to show up and were busy at the back of the store

The wait time here is sometimes a bit long however it’s always worth wait. The food is great. Love the roadside burger! Definitely recommend.

Usally i love their shakes and frequently go and buy. But yesterday when i went to buy some kathi rolls and my favt shake, i got really disappointed buy the service and how they treat their customers. This is what i was not expecting from the owner of the store The Old Man. You should be respectful to those who help you and earn your bread and butter by purchasing your food and drinks. Really a very bad experiance even happend to me.

The KATHI roll express is the only place where you can find the unique taste of real Indian masala food. Butter chicken Mac’n’cheese is so amazing. MUST VISIT WITH YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Kathi roll is thick and soggy, burger is also soggy as it kept for long time in a box and with nachos and sauce.waiting is too long, cashier behaviour is also rude, marketing is good but taste is poor

I have been there quite a few times now and everytime i visit their store the quality is consistent. Their malai soya chaaps truly remind you of the delhi style chaals that we used to have in india. Keep up with the good work guys. The place is serving the bestest indian fusions i have ever had. Cant wait to visit again and eat more of their food items.

I 100% recommend you try them out. So many different food items to choose from too, they will have you coming back for more and more.

Worst experience, Ordered kathi rolls and everything was packaged with masala and saucy hands. We ordered veg roll and specifically mentioned without egg and it had egg in it. 2 of them were mentioned and others were like eat and find out which it is. Never gonna order from this location again. If you ever order buy yourself a bag of napkins as everything was coming out.

This is the best place for Indian food in Brampton. My favorite's are there Kathi rolls, Champs and momos.

Food is good but employees need to be replaced. Called a few times and no response (assuming they are busy no problem). Got there and there was one customer waiting outside. No customer inside the shop. Girl was standing there on her cellphone. Called twice while I’m at the shop to see and the girl at the front counter cuts the phone twice. Asked her why they are not picking up said they are busy. Then as I ordered told me there’s no wait times food will be ready in 10 minutes. Seems like a lazy employee who doesn’t want to pick up phone orders to me. Management should look into how their employees are working.

Ordered via uber and they canceled our order after 50 mins of ordering and never picked the call or anything.
We were waiting for a while and was expecting for food to be delivered in next 10 mins. If they were considerate and cared about their customers they should have canceled the order before accepting it. Really inconvenient and inconsiderate about their customers. Will never order for them again.

Tried chaaps here (Tandoori, malai and achaari). Really delicious.only takeouts. Service was also good. Do try here.

I tried soya champs yesterday will not recommend anyone it’s very soggy and also wait time is too much I understand if restaurant is busy but it also doesn’t mean they will make us wait 30 minutes for one simple order. If it’s busy have proper management so that uh can serve the customer on time

Went for the first time and was amazed how busy they were at midnight. After 40 mins of wait the food and shake were ready. We were blown away how tasty the momo was and milk shake with cake on side was amzingly delicious. The guy at the counter was quick and staff seem courteous. Great late nignt place to find amazing food.

I did an online order for the Brampton location and I was very impressed. The shakes were unbelievably delicious – especially the mango lychee flavour! Also, the butter chicken mac n cheese was mouthwatering. Can’t wait to go back to try the other flavours!

Quite Frustrating to drive there and found out that it will take 45 minutes for your to be ready.

I ordered online, went past 15 minutes of pickup time and I still being told that there is no order. Please wait 15 minutes. Poor customer service. Food is good though.

Very disappointed. I can’t believe I wasted 60$ on such bland kathi rolls. I got 5 kathi rolls that were soggy within 5 mins of getting them. The rolls has so much sauce but the sauces are so bland, no tangy flavour no spice, no taste at all. I got kebab on the rocks and the rice is not even cooked properly. Never going back to this place. I was so excited to try the rolls after I saw them on the Instagram but I never thought it would be so disappointing.

Not what I expected.
Disappointed and in wonders. I saw this location in Brampton and at my first visit I tried one of their shakes and really enjoyed it. I also was looking at their food menu and thought all of it sounds so tasty and couldn't wait to come back and try it out.
Tonight I tried it. As I waited for my order I kid you not all I heard was things getting microwaved!
Constantly the microwave door being opened and closed and time being pressed for food to get heated.
I asked the lady a question about spice level and happened to noticed her microwaving my food.
Horrible. Did I just spent money on microwave food?
My burger was soggy. Vegetables in it were hot. My butter chicken mac and cheese was no better.
I could have spent my money at the food court and know it wasnt heated and served through the microwave.

If you are from North India, Delhi in particular then we love Kathi rolls and Keventers. Pleasently surprised we have a Kathi Roll place and very close to Delhi kind of Milkshakes (HolyShakes). Recommended Chicken Tikka Roll, mention the spice levels for sure to the cashier and for MilkShakes Ras Malai or Kaju Badam. Thier Achari Chaaps are also very flavourful. This is a takeout joint, don't expect a sitting here.

The best place to have the fusion food with lots of varieties. Perfect taste and perfect customer service is their high points. Guy making the food was serving with his best. Five star to spiciest butter chicken burrito

I have tried their food truck in Toronto and the burrito was amazing. Happy that they are near my house now. The food is amazing here.freshly prepared Indian wraps, the chicken is so tender with full of flavor and spice. Different kind of Indian Food for sure.

I have visited this place twice. First time tried butter chicken on rocks and it was nice. I thought this was a promising place but on my second visit today the food is disappointing. The chicken in chicken kebab roll is so chewy, the chutney in the roll is so runny that it just bleeds out. I hoped the bun kebab would be better but again the chicken patty was so bad. Dry, chewy and completely tasteless. Never ever going here. Paid $24 for complete disappointing meal.

Had chicken tikka with mint - bad choice the liquid made a pretty bad mess and the roll was sticky. Chicken kebab was just okay, paneer tikka roll had pretty big paneer pieces and tasted okay. The burger was pretty bad and tasted weird. The best part was just the Ferrero milkshake which was awesome.
