We really enjoyed our food for a special birthday occasion! Great service thank you so much! Love this location!

Went to this location of the Keg last night (our usual location is Burlington but it’s closed for renovations) for my birthday dinner with my husband. Unfortunately (but not the end of the world) my steak did not come as I had ordered, however, the customer service is outstanding. The manager offered to replace it (I declined because I didn’t want to waste it), but he did everything possible to make it better and to make sure I was happy. Our server Kyle was probably one of the best servers we’ve ever come across. He suggested some amazing food and was very honest.very attentive and went above and beyond. The bar manager brought out our bottle of wine and she was very sweet and helpful also. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and our experience and will definitely return to this location.

Food is always great. The steak tends to be a little under done so I just order lightly more than I want.

Had an exceptional experience at this location. We were a party of 4 celebrating my MiL's 85th Birthday. Our server JORDAN was amazing and truly made our dining experience fantastic. She treated our party with kindness and professionalism and made my MiL feel like a queen. She was engaged with all of her patrons and you could feel the positive vibe in her section. Jordan is a true gem and a real asset to this restaurant.
As always the consistency of the meal was why you go to the Keg. Our appetizers arrived hot and fresh. We were not rushed with our mains which were all delicious (ribs, salmon, prime rib and NY strip). Dessert was a special treat. I'm a fan of the Billy Miner pie but tried the chocolate cake this time- it was amazing! Overall I would say the only small thing I could criticize is the noise level. But honestly it was Saturday night, the restaurant was busy, so of course it's going to be loud. It was manageable and didn't detract from a great evening.

Came for our anniversary and our server Angelina was great! She was attentive and made our experience very pleasant. She was even kind enough to take a photo of us with our dessert. The food was also very good and brought out quickly. Thank you Angelina and The Keg for a wonderful night!

I've been going to The Keg, and this location in particular, for over a decade. It's safe to say that it's not what it used to be. The Prime Rib has gone flavorless, as has other dishes according to those I have dined with. The prices have increased to a ridiculous level now and it's totally not worth it. It wouldn't hurt if you turned up the lighting a bit. Many have complained about it being hard to read your menus given the lighting and the unnecessarily small font you chose on the new menus.

It will be awhile before I return to see if anything has changed.

Came, sat in the bar and no service, got up and left. Guess waiters in the bar had better things to do!

Our server Dylan was absolutely fantastic. Have to say it was one of the more enjoyable service experiences I have had at any restaurant lately. 10/10 for him.

The food was the issue. A couple of my friends have been saying that the Keg overall has seen the quality of steak fallen off. I tend to agree.

While being well seasoned, the steaks were chewy. Too much fat on the steaks. Very disappointing. The sides were cooked well and dessert was amazing. Just the steaks were a let down

We celebrated our 36th wedding anniversary with our 3 boys. It wasn't our first time, but This time it wasn't a good experience. Our waitress kept disappearing for long periods of time. We ordered appetizers and they arrived at the same time of our food. We got out steak with beats, it was nit a great combination with our stake. We where whiling to pay for a different vegetable to pair our stake with but the waitress said not it was not possible. We got a piece of cake as a courtesy of the house and we asked for the dessert menu for our boys and it never came. After a long wait she brought the bill. This was the worst experience at the Keg.

It's rare to have a bad experience at the Keg and this was no exception! Service was excellent, our food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and intimate. The perfect location to celebrate a special occasion. It's nice that this location is slightly less busy than Heartland so you're more likely to find a reservation here, which I highly recommend. 10/10!

Ray really made my birthday dinner special. We ate like royalty and even got a surprise dessert. Loved it!

We enjoyed our meal at the Keg. The server Dylan was incredible. Made our 5th anniversary dinner amazing. They were prompt with our food and drinks even when it was very busy. They cooked our steaks perfect to our liking and whatever type of bread they serve was so delicious.

The keg location have the best bartender in town, Stephanie know how to make you feel good and also she definitely have high standards in term of customer service + she knows the right way to pour beer! Cheers for Steph!

Always excellent food and great customer service here. I don't recall even one bad experience here, despite going here over a dozen times.

My experience at another KEG location really made me have low expectations. But this KEG location knocked it out of the park with their customer service.

The ambience is really good too.

We started with our appetizer: Escargot, Mushroom Neptune, Baked Garlic Shrimp and Garlic Cheese Toast.

I don’t know if I have anything bad to say. It was just that good! It was made to perfection. You guys have to try the Garlic toast. This is not your regular Garlic Cheese Toast, but a must try from my side.

It was my first time trying Escargot and it was pretty yummy. A little warning: it’s snail.but I loved it!

For our Entrees we got Prime Rib, New York Striplion, Lobster Tail dinner and Mediterranean Cauliflower.

Let me start with the New York Striplion because it has a story. I asked for medium rare since I like my steak not chewy but I got mine well done. I was pretty bummed about it. I asked my server and he agreed that it’s well done. He went right away and got me another one within 10mins. Even the Chef Manager came to apologize for the mistake. I got a fresh HOT steak perfectly cooked to medium rare.

I didn’t make a fuss but they took care of it right away not charging me for it. I will definitely give them an extra star if I had the option.

Overall our experience, food, ambience and customer was above expectation.

If you guys want to visit a keg then this location has to be on your list.

Third visit and this one was the best so far. Jake was absolutely amazing tonight! Amazing service and very friendly.

Came back for my second time tonight, food was great but the highlight of the visit was the amazing service from Emily!

I had a fantastic solo dinner and drinks here tonight. The service was amazing and so was the food. Veronica, Tara, Desiree were exceptional. It was my first time here and I’ll def be back.

I ordered a a bunch of the seafood apps and options. My wife did the same for the veggie items and we had a few drinks as well.

Garlic Mushrooms, Shrimp Cocktail, Calamari, Deep Fried Cauliflower, Loaded Nachos, and Baked Brie. All delicious.

We had the ice cream (w cherry topping) and the creme brulee for dessert. Chef's kiss!

Our server Kyle was great, too. He definitely helped to make a great and memorable experience. Even took some great photos for us.

Great atmosphere, excellent service. Very solid portion sizes, and when our steak was over cooked for our order the manager took care of it very quickly. The baseball sirloin was very tasty, and the calamari appetiser was a generous portion. If I had to be super critical the salads were a little overdressed, and the brownie was a little dry, but very minor elements that didbt take away from a great evening

My husband and I went here, and we had a lovely server named August! Great, efficient, and kind service. Made us feel so welcome and appreciated! Will definitely be back.

Went to the Keg to celebrate a birthday.
We ordered the lobster bisque, full lobster dinner with a salad and a rib eye steak with garlic mashed potatoes. The lobster bisque was such a treat to have and tasted great. The lobster was a nice size and also was great tasting. The rib eye steak was the best tasting rib eye that I've ever had. Every bite of the rib eye was excellent. The side of garlic mashed potatoes had the perfect amount of garlic and went well with the rib eye. For dessert we shared the creme brulee. Perfect dessert to end a perfect meal.
I've been to different Keg restaurants. This location was the best Keg that I've eaten at.

Had a lovely date night dinner here. Haven’t been to The Keg in over 3 years and we were so excited to return. Server was lovely! Cocktails were good as was the wine! Menu has excellent choices as always. We ordered a bone in ribeyes, garlic mashed with a lobster tail. Delicious! Very pleased as always.

Ordered steak and half lobster. Steak and lobster were both over cooked. The manager actually came to me and suggested that the lobster was ok and I should not expect to have much meat on it because it is a half lobster. Then said he would re-steam it and bring it back. I’m sure my face said it all, and he reluctantly offered a new lobster. The new lobster was much better (so I was eighth after all) but the new steak was very tough. And they charge $65 for it? Disappointing to have a manager try so hard to NOT have to bring out good food when you are paying that much for it. Your prices go up and and MY expectations go up. Get used to it. Whatever happened to the customer being right?

Hubby and I celebrated our anniversary on a lovely July evening on the patio. Our server, August, was absolutely fantastic. We will be back soon

Amazing experience with Nigel as our server! The rib steak was so good.probably the best i’ve tried yet! And the mocha frozen dessert (billy minor pie) was amazing! So worth it.would recommend this location.

Food was good, and service was excellent. It is on the pricier end, but you are getting what you pay for. Good quality food, and a pretty good portion too. I got the Baseball Top Sirloin and even though it was tastey and the way I wanted it (I always take my steaks Medium Rare), it was not the best steak I have ever had. Still, I would say it is exactly worth the price that I paid. Also, if it is your birthday, you get a free ice cream cake slice for dessert, so that was nice as well! Overall, great experience!

Our server, Claudia, was attentive, from the start.
Nearing the end of our meal, Claudia came and asked "how was everything? ". Everyone's response was: " great. Food was great". Me, I tell Claudia, my mash was cold on the bottom. In less then two minutes, Claudia returned, to tell me "dont worry about your meal. We are taking care of it. " I was impressed. Not that the meal was "free". But, I was impressed, because this individual cared how I was impacted by my experience, and wanted to make me feel I had a great experience. Needless to say, the service, was EXCELLENT! Keep up the great care and concern!

The keg experience is a semi-formal lounge at an affordable price, the service was pretty good depending on the locations and the food is always great. The washrooms were super clean all in all I’d give them a 5/5

I’ve been to many Keg locations in the gta area from Mississauga to Peterborough locations. Last night was my first time at this northwest Missisauga location. Largest Keg I’ve been too. Our service at the bar was just “okay’ Nothing special. Food service was pretty good. I ordered the new Seafood Sirloin from the Summer Lobster menu. The entree didn’t cone with a side salad, 1 shrimp, a few pieces of lobster, and don’t even remembered ot had any scallops. Not impressed with the portion size for a 45.00 entree! This is a miss for me! Disappointed for sure!

Always a great meal with great serving staff. Been here so many times over the years and never disappointed.

Awesome restaurant with delicious foods and great staff that provides good services. They even notify you when they a special and you have an option to order them. A server named Marie is very nice and helpful. She gets my food on time and makes sure everything is there and no order is missing. I would definitely come back to this place again.

The food has gotten worse in the last 5 years
unfortunately. I understand that the price of food has increased but now, I noticed frozen green beans and peppers or at least they were way overcooked on my husband's cajum shrimp and steak. My ribs were tasty but lost some of it's nice crust once half a rack was stacked on top of the other half. Lastly, my side of coleslaw was dry and tasteless. The server said it is a sour cream based dressing.that's odd. Good fresh bread and butter. Our server was nice although she admittedly put in the wrong order for my husband. It was taken off the bill automatically. We won't be back though. We could get better steak and sides elsewhere. Oh well, we gave it one last try. The franchise isn't the same.

Our server was great, but the food was not. My fish was beyond dry and son's steak was really salty and his veg was cold. Not impressed with the food at all.

Waited 10 mins for my drinks, another 15 for a small ceaser salad, and 18 mins for my steak and shrimp. Took almost an hour to receive my main course. Unacceptable service. My server, Bianca seemed hardly apologetic for the inconveniences. Quality of food was good overall.

Nice looking dining room. Service was great. Food was good. A bit pricy but overall it is a decent dining experience.

Excellent food. Prime rib is always a favourite with our family as well as the steak. Servers are welcoming and very friendly. Our recent server Steven was fantastic and was extremely helpful with a few substitutions we requested to our meals. Couldn’t have asked for better service! Would definitely recommend.

We went to the KEG to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We were treated like Royalty. From entering the restaurant to leaving the restaurant. We were served by Emily G, the lovely brunette. She made us feel like a family with a great sense of humour. She's fabulous. I highly recommend Emily and I will always ask for her.
