We had amazing service from Katie our waitress. She was so kind and sweet.
The hostess needs to learn to smile and greet guests kindly! But thankfully Katie made our dinner and our night amazing. It was a fun. Thanks Katie.:)

We came from out of town and this was on Sunday Oct 22/23 at around 3: 30pm and they were not that busy, the service was slow on ordering, we sat waiting several minutes before even getting drink order, appetizers came just after drinks arrived, waitress was slow at returning to table for top up of drinks, when I received my steak it was not cooked correct so they took it back, my girlfriend ate her meal before I got it back so I ate alone and she watched, no Manager came to us and asked about anything on what went wrong.
After spending over $200 we are very disappointed and would not recommend this particular Keg very poor customer relations.

Steak was tasty, I had the New York. We were a party of four and they brought out one tiny bread roll.we almost had to fight over this. It was my fathers birthday and they gave him a complimentary birthday cake which was really nice. All in all 7 out of 10. Ambience was nice but I didn't feel like we got our 300$ worth.

I haven't been to the Keg in a long time. It was an amazing experience. Food, service, atmosphere, everything was wonderful. Nice time to catch up with my friend and enjoy heavenly food. I had the classic strip loin with salad, loaded baked potato, and winter vegetables. Delicious!

Dinner was great, the steaks perfectly cooked. Scott was our server, and his service was friendly, skilled, and impeccably timed. We had a relaxed, unhurried meal of delicious food with perfect service. Six stars! Why we choose to drive 30 miles and dine at The Keg

Was all good, always is. Delicious food, great server, quiet and calm atmosphere.what more can you want?

First, we go to the Keg about once or twice a year. But we are on holidays and had a night off from thanksgiving relatives so thought we'd go to a place we knew was usually consistent. This location was not that place.
Waiter was distracted and thus got our order wrong. I ordered a steak oscar, partner a sirloin. The sirloin was overly peppery and waiter did not describe the veg side accurately otherwise partner wouldn't have ordered. My oscar came out with only a pepper steak - no seafood. Then instead of taking it back the waiter said he would add a side. So by the time the side oscar came, steak was cold.
And in between he came by for the obligatory "how is your meal" to which I pointed out I was still waiting for the rest of it.
The seafood and bernaise arrived and I was confused, because the menu said the bernaise and oscar would be on top. Waiter said to just do it myself and walked away.
And because we had "obviously" taken so long waiting for the order, I felt we were really being rushed to get out.
So the bill arrived. And instead of being charged for the Steak Oscar, we were charged for the stead and an add on making the bill $6 more. But when I pointed that out the waiter said he wasn't changing it. And thus, his 20% tip went to 15% and then we subtracted the difference. And this location will not see us again, even though when we come to town we stay in this area. I know we are small potatoes, but when we travel we rely on the chains to give us consistency so we aren't surprised. Too bad The Keg under performed this time.

A 40 oz Rib Steak to die for! What can I say, I am a Keg Man. Been coming here since 2003 and never a bad meal. Service is impeccable. Can be a bit noisy at weekends, so go early.

Truly, The Keg on Wellington serves a mighty burger! From the fresh beef patty to perfectly-toasted bun, there was nothing to critique or criticize.
Matthew was our superb server, friendly, attentive and professional.
Unfortunately, like all Kegs I've been to, this one was poorly-lit – reminiscent of a dark room used to develop film, or a mausoleum.

The best steaks in London! Love the ambient of the Keg. Great servers, friendly and knowledgeable.

Date night with the wife,
Started with appetizer bacon wrapped scallops.
They were delicious but for the price I think two skewers should be the standard.
Luckily the main entree did inçlude with a side salad ceasar which made up for the small appetizer.

For my entree ordered the Oscar plate which I believe is an 8 oz Sirloin top with shrimp and scallops and a bernaise sauce. My side dishes were steamed mushrooms and a twice baked potato. My wife ordered steak as well with a side or wild rice and vegetables

Our food was prepared to perfection and the steak cooked exactly how we ordered it, our server was polite, friendly and extremely professional.
Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures but I give The Keg 9/10 for presentation.
Keg is always a little pricey but it is definitely worth the money and evening out.

Lovely atmosphere with very nice and accommodating staff. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. We went here after a wedding for my daughter with the new family members and I was very happy as I'd never been to a Keg Steakhouse before.

Holy. What an amazing dinner. Food was hot, full of flavour.
Our waiter Fragiskos was amazing. Very friendly, fun to chat with and full of humour.
It was a blast to have him as our waiter.
Patience he had going over what gluten free options was great.

He kept saying it would take 77sec him to get back and he was under the time everytime.

In London for business. Went to this keg for dinner as it was seconds from my hotel. One of the most beautiful keg establishment i have ever seen. Absolutely gorgeous inside and great atmosphere. Our waiter provided exemplary service. We had a fantastic night. 5 stars all the way across!

There are good Keg’s and there are great Keg’s. This one is definitely the best one I have been to. The prime rib was amazing. Our server Lindsey was awesome at her job. She was personable and gave us a few really good laughs. She could easily do stand up comedy. It was all such an amazing experience.

Just had the most wonderful dinner tonight. We came in without a reservation and the staff pleasantly greeted us! Our waitress Lindsay was an absolute delight. Extremely attentive, engaging and funny! Prime rib never fails to deliver. Roasted chicken was delightful.

The Keg is always a solid restaurant for a steak and I would recommend this location. Ask for the 3 cheese garlic butter with your bread, you won't regret it.

Impeccable service & always top notch meals. This location was hopping on labour day weekend's Sunday evening. Plus learned the largest lication of all Kegs in Ontario.

What an excellent meal we had this evening. Celebrating our Anniversary and we couldn't have made a better choice. Our waitress went over & above to make sure we were well looked after. Incredible service, incredible meal

Nice new facility, lots of staff to ensure you have a great dining experience. Steak is always consistently excellent. Bathrooms are very clean. Lots of parking. No fuss

My fiancé and I came here for her birthday. They took very good care of us. The keg ice cream cake is probably the best I’ve had. Definitely a great place to come and celebrate an occasion.

Sorry, I've had some great meals here, but not this one. Ordered 3 Sirloin Classic and Prime Rib Classic dinners. Sides were underwhelming with the button mushrooms being the highlight. Steaks were flavourful but not the quality of cut and tenderness we are used to.
The Prime Rib was a uniform grey and near flavourless with being tender it's only redeeming quality. Looked and tasted like an unseasoned cut that had been immersion or pressure cooked rather than roasted. I had to season and grill it as a steak to be edible.
Any return visit will be once things return to normal at this point as pressures from the pandemic measures have forced quality sacrifices I can't accept in a $200 meal.

We had a wonderful time here! Our waitress was super friendly and considerate. We couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you!

This is the better of the two locations IMHO. Service was excellent. Steaks were cooked perfectly. I had the peppercorn NY Steak medium-rare. Twice baked potato and that was plenty. Bo room for dessert.

A little bit more attention to detail than the location at Masonville. Much easier to park to boot.

We were at the Keg to celebrate my birthday. The rib steak, double baked potatoes and of course spicy ceasor were excellent.

My preferred location in London. Easy to park in the large lot. Can't wait for the patio to open.

Four of us were seated at a nice round table. Server was excellent. We all had a different steak dish. I had the Bleu Cheese Filet with a side of mushrooms and the garlic mashed potato. I ordered medium rare and that's exactly how it was done. Everyone was quite happy. They gave us a slice of Billy Miner pie for dessert and it was my mother's birthday.

Everything was excellent. We'll be back again.

I chose The Keg for my husband's birthday as we couldn't go out last year. One of our favorite places in London for a great experience and they did not disappoint. Prime rib was perfectly cooked and was even good the next day. Server was attentive but not in your face.
Definitely we will return.

We ordered takeout and our prime rib and halibut were tasty. However our $10 ceasar salad was definitely not worth the $10. It was a very small handful of romain with about 5 croutons and a sprinkle of parmesan. More like a $2 salad. Will not order salad as a takeout again.

Usually a 5 Star experience at the Masonville location. The food was not as good at this location.

Ordered takeout for NYE and was blown away with the quality of the meal. I work in the restaurant industry so I was nervous that the parking lot was going to be packed upon arriving as takeout is the only option to make nye feel like New Years. The system was super organized as I pre ordered my meal online and it was out within seconds of calling. The packaging was amazing. It came in reheat able containers with a thermal wrap around it. We live 15 mins away and by the time we got home all the food was still super hot! I was skeptic about ordering a steak to go wondering what the doneness would be like upon cutting into it but it was a perfect medium rare. The quality of everything exceeded my expectations and I’m so glad we choose the keg for our at home celebration. We will forsure be ordering again for take out in the near future! Thanks for making our night special considering the circumstances!

Amazing place! The food is incredible as always, both our steaks were cooked medium rare properly which for some reason seems to be impossible to find at restaurants nowadays. The service was absolutely fantastic, the server was always there when we needed him, It is a very well decorated establishment the entire restaurant has a nice flow to it. I'll definitely be returning to this keg. I noticed no declination of service or quality because of covid either!

The service was excellent, the meal was delicious and all of this while observing Covid restrictions. This was our second visit and the experience was amazing both times.

I really enjoy this new location. Very modern looking. Service was fantastic. The food is what you would expect from The Keg. Very clean and nice washrooms. Nit picking just a bit but this location would benefit from improved lighting by the washroom area. Anyway they won't be seeing me at Masonville. This location is easily the best of the two in London.

We were 2 couples celebrating wedding anniversaries (52yrs and 47 yrs) and we were expecting good food and a relaxing time.
Well this did not happen.starting with my escargot, which had very small pieces of escargot hidden under the mushrooms with no cheese and no garlic or bread to accompany it.
Next was my lobster which was dry because it was old and over cooked. The butter which normally comes with a stand and a candle to keep it warm did not happen. Score so far “O”

My wife had seafood sirloin; the steak was tough and the seafood (1 shrimp, 3 small scallops, 2 very small pieces of lobster) the only good thing on the plate was a baked potato and 2 pieces asparagus. ($45)

This was our anniversary so we did not care what the prices were.but we did expect value for our money.which we did not get!
This is supposedly an upscale restaurant where the food and service do not match its reputation
Needless to say we will not return to the “Keg” or recommend it to our friends and acquaintances.

Sat to eat in the bar area due to the 45 minute restaurant wait for our party of 6. Had to request plates then cutlery then salt & pepper. Bar staff didn't seem to know what to do about patrons who were eating in the bar but they were friendly and attentive. My steak appeared to be done perfectly except it was very tough. So far, not impressed with the new location.

It's a beautiful modern place staff is fantastic as well a bit slow bt it was Father's Day so maybe that's why the slow service, will definitely visit again

Three words: Pretentious, slow and tepid. The food is way overpriced for the quality you get. It is bland, dry and lacks any type of personality. The atmosphere was much too dark and lacked any kind of artistic identity.
Our food took over an hour and a half to get to us and they had messed up a few of our orders which delayed us even more.

The staff were nice enough to heavily discount our entire order, however we will not be coming to this location ever again.

Several restaurants in the area have much tastier food and larger serving sizes for nearly half the price.

Service was good. Steak, potatoes, and mashed cauliflower were good. The kids' vegetable was asparagus, which seemed random for a kid side. Desserts were good. The halibut's parmesan crust was extremely salty. Overall, a decent experience.

We had a wonderful server, the food was so perfect and the environment set a romantic tone to our evening. I'm excited to try the new location when it opens.

The absolutely BEST service we have ever received at any restaurant - it was terrific. The mashed potatoes could have been hotter and the portion of tuna larger, but other than that - it was great.

Wow was my steak amazing. I just had to leave a review after our outing here. The steak I had was the 7oz fillet mignon with twice baked potatoe. Probably my best dinner out in many years.
Our server Michelle was really good too, she fit right in with our group like a friend and spoke very "friend like". I'm glad I went there today. Thanks for a good memory!

While everyone was wonderfully kind, my husband's baseball steak was ordered med rare. We were advised that is the most they could get it and have had it at other Keg Restaurants properly cooked. It came back blue rare. They offered to have it cooked some more but when it came back it was still barely even rare. They expressed apologies and comped his steak which was nice. But extremely disappointed. We rarely get out and my husband was so very exited for a good steak. The mood of dinner was also somewhat ruined as I ate my food while he waited for his.

This was the worst meal I've had in some time. We started with a lobster app that had cheese on top. It was melted and bubbly but the lobster bites under the cheese were not cooked completely. The salads were fantastic and the warm bread and butter were delish. The prime rib we ordered had not been trimmed and was full of grisle on the outside and was actually tough. The meat itself was rare not med rare and flavorless. My husband ordered fries with his and there were only a few put on the plate and they were barely warm and looked like they had been sitting around for some time. We have been to the keg at both locations in london and never been disappointed. This meal cost over 100 dollars and I left feeling very disappointed. Would not recommend the wellington Rd location.
