Always a great meal, always great quality and atmosphere! Thank you to the great staff on New Years Eve that worked they're butts off and gave us a great time!

I had a great experience dining in here with my friends. We had steak and lobsters, calamari, onion rings, crab cakes, blackened chicken, wine and cocktails. The highlight would always be Billy Miners pie. First to have it and will definitely go back to The Keg for this one. Medium rare Steak tastes great and melts in your mouth. I also love the mac and cheese. Order the calamari and you wont get disappointed. The crab cake was a little bit on the dry side. The onion rings was so big that you can make a handcuff out of it. The cocktails had more ice than the actual liquids. Lol.

The service was superb. Our server that i forgot to get his name but I dubbed him Mr. Chris Pratt. He was very accomodating and had a lot of stories about The Keg menu. He always checks up on us and asks how the food was etc.

Came at 10: 15 and I called earlier to ask if they were open, they said yes, arrived and the doors were locked, very disappointed.

Last week was the first time we went to this fine restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the good service, with the great dishes and booze and with the decent charge. We will surely go back there soon.

Last time I went food was over cooked. Staff was rude about it. Won’t go to this location again if this is how they act.

This is our usual go to restaurant when we decide we are feeling like steak and ribs for dinner. However our last experience was pretty disappointing. I ordered steak with lobster and my fiancé ordered ribs with lobster as well. The steak, which i was very much looking forward too, was not cooked at all how I ordered. I ordered medium rare, it was made well done. Not even a tiny bit red, completely cooked. For the price we paid I wasn’t even able to eat my steak.

Me and my wife love coming to this restaurant. The food is always so amazing no complaints. Their mashed potatoes have to be my favourite for sure & their variety of food is also great you have a great selection to choose from. Highly recommend

What a disappointment with takeout.

We usually enjoy going pre-plague. But the takeout needs some work. Twice now, they've missed item (s) from our order.

I didn't even bother to call them re: the missing item this time because it's such a hassle. I expect that I receive all the items I rightfully paid for. It's quite a disappointment.

My family had dry steaks and were let down immensely.

We also had to wait an extra 20 minutes past our designated time.

We will no longer be doing takeout here, unfortunately. It's not cheap either.

Avoid.

Customer service was excellent.
But food.umm could have been better, felt it wasn't freshly made

First time ordering from this Keg location and I was disappointed with the food quality. I ordered a medium 10oz filet mignon with the twice baked potato for Christmas. You can see form the picture that both the potato and the steak probably spent more than that they should have on their grill. The filet was at best light pink in the middle, and the bottom was significantly burnt. The vegetables lacked any flavor and where underwhelming. I might give this location another try next year, but for now I'll stick to the Sherway Gardens location.

We ordered the "3 course new years dinner". We paid about $80 and we got a large piece of bread with butter, Cesar salad, steak, lobster tail, pick a side (we got the twice baked potato) and the "Billy Miner Pie", which is lovely coffee flavored ice cream with almonds and a cookie crust.
The steak was cooked well, tender and juicy. The lobster tail was a little tough from sitting in the take out container, but still tasted good with the butter & lemon juice it came with. The twice baked potato was really tasty and complimented the steak nicely. The Billy Miner Pie was amazing.
All in all, we were pleased with our meal. We were nervous because it was a lot of money to spend on take out, but we feel like our money was well spent and we would do it again. Looking forward to visiting when your doors open back up! Thanks for a great meal guys!

Food was very good but when it came time to pay my waitress was very rude about me asking for a dollar amount for the tip jnstead of the machine prompt percentages.

I have been to several steakhouses and the keg is still my favourite. Recently they have added two new sides gnocchi and a cauliflower mash. The cauiflower mash was delicious, i didnt miss the potatoe at all. It was nice to see a healthier option added to the menu. Its our go to place for celebrations and everytime we have family visiting from the USA they ask to go here.

A lot of reservations and the place was packed. Regardless he staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. We had 18 people in our party and it turned out wonderfully. Good show to the staff, they did a great job. I highly recommend this establishment!

I experienced exceptional customer service from Barb, she went above and beyond in every way to ensure us a great night. The only reason ill be back is to experience her timeless service once again.

Always have great food here. This most recent visit the service by our waitress was lacking. The rest of the staff were great. Manager was friendly, hostess was nice. The girl who brought our meals was great and she wasn't our waitress. Always a little disappointing when the food is good and the service doesn't match.

Warm and cozy atmosphere to dine! The food is exquisite and the service is excellent! Will certainly be visiting again real soon. My waitress was amazing!

Clean, welcoming and customer service was excellent. Our waitress was Roxanne and she was fabulous! Meals were delicious too!
