Excellent food and service! Seems someone was very sick in the ladies bathroom, it was almost unusable. Our waiter was amazing and we did not want to complain directly, as I could see staff were trying to rectify the situation. For such a high end restaurant I expect at least 10% discount offered up front on bill.

Quites expensive but worth it. The staff that attended to my family was great in her service.

Bacon wrapped Filet was delicious. Rice in the mushroom rice was undercooked but otherwise quite tasty. Music too loud. Lighting could be a bit brighter. Servers were excellent.

The food was ok but the servings are all very large. I'm sure a lot of food goes in the garbage. The apple crisp was probably canned apple and made me sick. The music is loud and makes it hardtop have a conversation. Our server, Alice, was excellent.

Fantastic food and service at this keg steak house! Definitely one of the better kegs I have been to across Canada!

My steak was pretty embarrassing. Ordered medium rare and got medium well. Had to order sauce on the side to give it some taste. Just not worth the price.

I would never normally go to an expensive chain restaurant, preferring local fare. The spicy Caesar drink was not very good. The French onion soup was mediocre. (There is too much fake cheese in restaurants these days.)
The prime rib was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Atmosphere was very nice.

Went for an early Valentine's supper with my friend last weekend and we had a wonderful meal at the Keg. We both had the teriyaki sirloin and it was so good! Accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and some hot bread, we were stuffed but still had room to share a Billy Miner Pie. Great service given by Christie, great food and great company.

Very courteous staff, I love the filet mignon with a nice Italian red. You guys never disappoint.

The manager Justin went above and beyond to make sure my birthday dinner was a 5 star experience.

I mean, the service was amazing, food was good, the waiters even left a note that my bf requested for.but my issue was the mouse that was running around.we noticed it at the end of our meal after we paid the bill and I mentioned it to a waiter that was passing by and the manager.they were NOT surprised at all.in my opinion, I'm not going back.

Server Brennan (hope I got that right) was fantastic. Attentive without being intrusive. Everything was great. The only two hiccups were a large obnoxious group seated behind us and while my dish was supposed to have pepper in it, it was served with tomato. I just ate around it and said nothing. Brennan, you were phenomenal. Thank you again for a great experience.

The Keg always provides us with a great consistent meal. The service is impeccable. The steaks are the best quality. Well done

Every time I eat here it’s fantastic and the one single time it was just a smidge less I was greeted with the utmost understanding and concern, it’s very clear the staff and definitely management cared for the quality of food and service they provided, going to the keg is an experience and this among the rest were all great. Thank you to the manager of tonight and our wonderful server

Our service tonight at the cake was absolutely amazing And our food was excellent cooked exactly the way it should have been I take my hat off to the cooks to the cook's and waitresses and waiters that work hard every day to service thank you from Savard construction

The food was delicious and the service was great. Only 4-stars though because they didn't tell us until after we ordered that their debit/credit machine was down and we would have to pay cash. Resulted in me having to make a run to the ATM at the gas station next door and paying a service fee to take cash out. I was also overcharged for my meal. It was listed at $47 on the menu but my bill read $52.

Only concern I have is. I requested my side dish of asparagus to be grilled. When I received it, it was clearly not grilled! Our 'awesome waitress Karen' went and checked why. The response she got was they didnt have room on their grill when you are paying $220 for a meal and they just ignore such a simple request-this is far from acceptable!
Karen did go and tell the kitchen to make me up some grilled asparagus. Clearly they were not happy with this as the newest side dish was potentially dropped on the grill for a moment and then on a plate.
I appreciate the effort from our awesome waitress! However remain so disappointed for a restaurant that we have usually loved visiting

I love keg steakhouse cause of the quality they maintain and no surprise, but after few visits in the Sudbury we were very disappointed. Where to start the food, service, etc. I ordered calamari all the time every time at this location there sometime off about, one it was uncooked, other time of over cooked dry, lobster felt old for some reason. Second time I went I got my meals before my appetizers, I asked the server “ we get meal before appetizers “ he was like I guess so (I think was a kitchen person) we had a different server. But this kinda felt like not keg for sure. The billy miner pie was the star of the show. But the overall experience was very disappointing

Went to have dinner last night. Fully vaxxed with paperwork and ID. Would not let us in because we didn’t have a QR code. Even though passports end March 1. Apparent owner was at the entrance and was completely ignorant. Will never go back to this restaurant again. Plus I was at a different keg a week prior with no issues.

Hubby and I did a date night this past weekend. The food was amazing, especially the steak? ! Our waitress was wonderful and the service was quick!

We went with our kids for an anniversary dinner. Usually they ask if it's a special occasion and I was hoping to get a free desert.but maybe becuase we were with our kids ‍️ I had to send my steak back as it was just a little bit over what I asked for, but I got a replacement within a few minutes and it was perfect. The waitress was very attentive. Veggies were okay.ish, but everything else was really good.

The restaurant was clean, the server was fantastic, and they were abiding by COVID-19 protocols. However, these are just the basic expectations anyone should experience at a restaurant like The Keg.

The rest of this review (and my rating) is related to the food options at The Keg, or really the lack of them for someone with a soy allergy. After my server checked with the kitchen, the only protein I could eat was the lobster. I have more options at most fast food chains. Why is there soy in the steaks? ! I know soy tends to be used to enhance meats, but I can't understand why a restaurant who prides itself on its steaks would need to use it. I've eaten steak at 3 other restaurants in Sudbury who specialize in them, none of them use soy in their steak.

We thought we would try The Keg since we hadn't been there in years and we were all craving steak. This will unfortunately be my last time.

Don't waste your time and money here, was turned down brining in a large group of clients. Went to Mr Prime Rib and it was great! From now on I will take our business there, it's substantially better anyways.

What a great dining experience. Due to my wife's immune compromised system, the staff put us in a very low traffic isolated area of the restaurant. Karen (not an _Internet_ Karen) was very prompt and attentive to our needs as was all the staff. Very high plexi glass barriers and an isolated booth made us feel very safe. I know the lighting in Keg restaurants is usually low, but everything seemed very shiny and clean. The food was excellent as was the atmosphere. 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

This particular location was quite full and seems popular. I normally am able to get prime rib a bit more rare than the standard med-rare and I was told they no longer would do that. I will try the location again but not my favorite Keg.

This place used to be much better. The manager and owner both have a complex. I witnessed them both giving a quiet, polite couple a hard time. The juice just isn’t worth the squeeze here…. I recommend saving your time and heading over to p&ms where they treat their customers well.

I would have given four stars, except the last time we went there the lettuce was soggy, brown, and mostly all white ends; the actual dinner wasn't up to par either. It was kinda disappointing actually.

Best food and times, I've had in two years and Covid safety is number one upon entrance to dining room in this place.

Took 20 minutes to order my food for pick up due to long hold times. I finally order and they forget half my order. Maybe I should have checked my bag before I left? Regardless. I will never will visit this location again.

Came here for a nice Friday night dinner with my husband. Sat down, minding our own business. A woman said my husband was “vaping” she kept screaming at him and I. We switched tables and were approached by the manager and then the “owner” who were both extremely rude. Making a scene infront of everyone and telling us if we got caught with a vape we would never be allowed in. Dinner is ruined. They never asked about what happened or if we actually had a vape or not (because we didn't). Will never come back.
