Always a great experience at the keg. Food, service and atmosphere is perfect. The St Catharine’s location is a beautiful setting in an old mill. Outstanding!

Came to St. Catherine’s for a weekend getaway and had Jamie as our server while at The Keg. Jamie was absolutely fabulous. We asked about the buildings history and Jamie knew all about it. He even brought us over an album with photos and news articles for us to read… and a complimentary dessert. The food was fantastic and the building is beautiful, but Jamie’s service is truly what made the experience a great one.

You probably know by now that the quality of the food is paralleled by few - if any. But, it was the customer service from Brandi that truly made my fiance and my most recent visit so memorable.

Welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, and feeding off of our energy and playfulness. All while in a classy setting that you are guaranteed to enjoy at any The Keg location.

Words can not express our gratitude and how impressed we were. Everyone needs someone like Brandi.

We are already planning our next visit.

Took myself and my girlfriend out for our one year anniversary. This place is amazing. The staff and service is truly amazing. Very attentive to detail and everyone that worked here seemed to enjoy working in the establishment. Lots of laughs and fun times. The food is amazing cooked perfectly, I had zero complaints. They even gave us a free desert without asking, it was a very nice surprise to celebrate our one year anniversary. I would recommend and come back in a heart beat.

I love eating at this Keg location. It has amazing food and a great atmosphere. I definitely recommend this Keg anytime you are in Niagara.

Prime rib could have been thicker and juicier, for price paid. Otherwise food was good. The service however was stellar! We were placed at the bar due to overload Carly who was behind the bar waited on us, what a server, gave us was fantastic! She saw our needs were met. Best server bar none:) that I have experienced in a long time! She almost made the less than stellar prime rib worth it. Not only did she served us we'll. I observed every one at that bar got the same treatment!

Nice evening on the patio, great to get a reservation, the current 90 minute dinner limit is a little hard if they're not faster with your meal, we were longer as ours included dessert

My steak was overdone, my wife's potato had some rot in it, my wife's streak was a little underdone. Been to 7 Keg locations, this one was disappointing.

Amazing food. We needed 2 tables as close as possible but because of their error we were totally separated. My birthday and my granddaughter's grad. Was not impressed.

As always the food was delicious! We had the Classic Keg steaks - Teriyaki Sirloin and the Baseball steak. Excellent service by the tag team Dallas and Maddie. Definitely made dinner more entertaining to have some great banter with our servers!

We just left this location and can't say enough good things. Dallas was our server. He was AMAZING. He was very attentive. Brought whatever we needed before we had to ask. All the ladies working were wonderful with our little preschooler. He was flirting with all of them.especially Holly. Food was perfect.my husband, myself and our little guy really enjoyed the evening. Thank you

This place is a disappointment to me.
The staff are not so friendly. They don't have patience to explain what's going on.
I ordered a 12oz steak and some appetizers for pick up because there was no dine-in during that time. I was told to wait 30 minutes at the parking which is ok to me. At 30 minutes, I followed up, the girl on the phone did not sound friendly. She said drive up by the front and they will bring it outside. But another 15 minutes went by, I called again to follow up. I told her it's almost 45 minutes, she said they will bring it outside but she raised her voice - "We're busy and it's not that we're not doing nothing here". She could have explained in a nicer way.
I also asked for utensils because it's a take out order, the girl said yes it will be included. Alas, at the hotel room, there were no utensils! We have to eat the steak, salad and appetizer by hand. Good thing, the hotel front desk sent us utensils when I asked them if they have any.
In fairness, the steak was perfect, but the crunchy fried cauliflower was saggy. 2 orders of calamari, almost half of it was filters, jalapenos and Bell peppers.
I would say, find other The Keg locations if you could.

We had a lovely server. She was amazing. This is actually the first time I have eaten at the Keg. Our drinks and service was amazing. The problem I have is with ingredients and food preparation. We ordered 2 appetizers, tuna and calamari. When we order calamari at the keg, I would think it would be something more special than a Boston Pizza calamari, I was wrong. Regular old deep fried calamari with jalapenos. The tuna and avacado was ok, but there was no seasoning at all. Very bland, and the chips were just going stale.

My boyfriend ordered the rib steak, and garlic.mash which he loved, I also tasted it and it was delicious. My daughter ordered steak and lobster, which she loved, it was pretty good. I HAD THE PRIME RIB. I have had much better prime rib. It was over done, mid well, and I ordered med rare. But it wasn't very tender. I have had much better prime rib. At home, and the beacon. AND everywhere else. The au jus that accompanied the prime rib tasted of chemicals like it had been powered from a bag and mixed with water. The twice baked potato, I dont know how they are prepared but it was also over cooked and looked and tasted pre-manufactured, like the inside mash was from a box; the piping of the potatoes gave it a very 'institutionalized' feeling. The bottom and sides of the peel looked like it had been in a hot table since the day before (picture attached) My reservation was at 2 pm.so im sure it hadnt been cooking for too long that day, I'm sure it was from the day before.

The waitress overheard me say my prime rib wasn't medium rare, and she brought me a new prime rib, but i was already full. She was so sweet.

And what was with those dried out deep fried crunchy potato things. They did nothing to add to the meal! Yuk. Put a few beets or something on the plate.not cardboard.

I probably would not go there again, unless someone else was paying for it.maybe for that iceberg wedge blue cheese salad I saw everyone eating and desert and scotch.

AGAIN I MUST SAY MY SERVER HOLLY WAS AMAZING! I gave this 3 stars, because of Holly.

Also my boyfriend and daughter liked their meals.

Such a cool place. Located in an old cotton mill gives this Keg a unique atmosphere.
We went to this location the first day of restaurants opened for indoor dining during the Covid pandemic.

I was disappointed in the table we were sat at. I had made reservations in advance telling them it was our wedding anniversary so I expected a nice seat location. Instead we were practically in the hallway directly in front of the kitchen. Lots of traffic.
My wife ordered filet mignon and I had New York striplion, medium. Both of our steaks were over cooked and dry. We did let our server know, and they did adjust the bill accordingly, but it was a big let down when you expect a delicious melt in your mouth steak. They mushrooms Neptune were probably the best I've ever had at the Keg.
Our server Dino was good, not great but I know the staff are all under stress with the new pandemic precautions and trying to give us a good experience but with 90 minute time limits.
I did give my experience a 4-star rating which may seem a little high, but I'm being generous because it was the first day of re-opening. I plan on giving this location another chance once they have been open a little longer.

We had a wonderful dinner with Dino serving us. We had the Keg Classic dinner with the Filet Mignon
twice baked potatoes and the Caesar salad. Could not be happier! And it was my birthday…
