What an amazing place
Excellent service, we were treated very well.
We ate file mignon which was perfect, the meat was falling apart and it was very delicious.
Nice and very pleasant atmosphere.
We celebrated my birthday. We made the reservation in advance and as a courtesy for my birthday I received a dessert that was delicious and easily serves two people.
I recommend it and will come back more often.

Food is good but as it should be for how expensive it is, i was very disappointed that it was almost $20 for 6 shrimp as an appetizer. The server was very good, friendly and informative

We like to come here for little celebrations, and we received some gift cards to the keg that we put to use. The servers always provide great service and I like both the standard dining room seating and the bar area's atmosphere. I am usually happy with the quality of food we get. The only issue I had last time was I ordered a Ceasar salad without croutons (celiac) and I ended up finding a crouton in the salad when I was almost finished with it. I did mention being gluten free but not being celiac so maybe I should have been more clear.

Anika was an amazing server. Such great energy, greeted us with a big smile and made us feel so good. Not to mention the food was delicious as usual. But Anika made my wife’s birthday dinner one to remember.

My husband and I frequent the Ajax location, however they are under renovations so we decided to check out the Oshawa location to celebrate his birthday. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming - the bread wasn’t as warm as we’re used to (they’re usually steaming hot when we get them in Ajax) and my food came out a little on the cold side - it tasted like it had been out for quite some time. I ate some of it anyway because I was starving and didn’t want to wait for a new one - to be fair, they did offer to replace it and was nice enough to comp my meal. The manager did say that medium rare steaks typically don’t come out “hot”, however I get mine medium rare, Chicago style and have definitely gotten it hot where a server would literally warn me that the plate is hot. I get the same steak all the time so I had something to compare it to. Overall, the service was great, however the food was lacking quality. Will definitely need to go back to Ajax as soon as they’re open again.

Couldn’t pay me to relive the thumping of “music? ” throughout our entire dinner which was to celebrate my birthday. One of the managers arrived at our table after our complaint and she had the gall to smile when trying to blow us off. I told her we weren’t at a cheap burger joint and to please turn the thumping down. Eventually the volume seemed to be lowered. Was our special evening worth $178.00? …not a chance. Feeling stung by your snobbishness. Too bad the Ajax location was closed for renos.

My husband and I had dinner last weekend for our anniversary. It was just delicious. From the appetizer to the dessert and drinks, everything was so good! Our server was so nice unfortunately I forget his name. The pie at the end was to die for. I cant wait to go back and have that again. It was our first time here since the renovations and they’ve done such a wonderful job with the atmosphere. It’s so modern and clean. Everything was wonderful.

Great place to eat. Went on a Friday evening, and it got kind of loud and busy. Food was amazing.

Went to dine in and again was given a terrible table. Asked to change spots (not busy whatsoever) and they would not accommodate. My husband was sat in a chair and I on a bench seat that was too too low. Needless to say we left and went elsewhere (Avanti's was terrific). Sad but we will not be returning. Does not meet the Keg standards in my opinion whatsoever.

I took my girlfriend to the Keg to fulfill a pregnancy craving, and they hit every note! The waiter customized our order based on exactly what we wanted. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect.

Went there for the first time, had an anniversary with my girlfriend this weekend. While ordering food, Chase was the best waiter I've ever had. I will be back.

Visited for my wife's birthday. First restaurant visit in almost 2 year. Food was awesome. Waiter was good but took forever to get the bill.

We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We sat at the patio which was super nice for a summer evening. Our server Sam was very friendly. The food was great (I got the top sirloin and my husband got the new York steak) and we got bacon wrapped scallops as an appetizer. The whole experience was very nice, they even brought us a complimentary Billy Miner Pie for celebrating a special occasion.

I’ve been to this location many times, but we recently visited for date night, sat on the patio and felt compelled to leave a review after having a wonderful experience with one of your servers, Jessica. What a sweet soul! Thanks for your hospitality and positive energy.

The new building is very nice. The price was to be expected, yes, but the portion size was rather small. Come on people! A few more veggies on the plate would not put the place into bankruptcy!

Had a nice anniversary dinner here today, very friendly staff. Nice to dine out again, big shout out to Effie she was our server so friendly and she even brought us a free desert. Thank you so much you made our visit complete.

Went for dinner last night with my son and my husband and everything was absolutely superb! The patio is beautiful! So welcoming and inviting and my son loved the couches and the patio heaters.
Our experience was great all around; The greeter was super friendly, the food was incredible (as always) and our server Emily was simply fantastic. It was a great family night out!

Great service, not crowded, and the steak I had was amazing. The seating was spaced out on the patio and it was covered.

Had a wonderful dinner with my daughter at The Keg tonight. The manager Jason is truly amazing! We experienced a little bit of an issue but nothing to do with the food or service (Chelsea our server was amazing and also Jacob was a big help too). Jason jumped in to full 100% customer satisfaction and went over and above to make sure our experience was amazing and unforgettable which it was. I highly recommend the Oshawa Keg if you have a chance. You will not be disappointed!

Celebrated my sister's 60th here for dinner, as a party of 8, and the experience was second to none. Our server Erin made this special occasion a memorable one with her attention to every detail and her charming personality. The food was amazing and service superb. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to have a flavorful meal in a great atmosphere.

We haven’t dined out for over a year so this was our first experience dining inside a restaurant. The proper COVID measures were taken with space and sanitization. The waitress wore a mask. There were 4 of us. We shared the nacho and cheese app and we all ordered steak. It was excellent! The food was seasoned well and tasted amazing. We finished with a billy miner pie which was delicious. Definitely would recommend this location. Very pleasant friendly staff and the food was impressive.

You'd think that after all these lockdowns that staff here would really try to make sure the customers are happy and that you do your job right. Absolutely terrible wouldn't recommend to my enemy's mother

Fantastic food. Very well organized for covid protocols. The covered patio protects from all forms of weather. A great experience!

Our first visit since the major renovation and what a "GREAT" surprise! A huge improvement! Ordered Filets with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Lobster tail addons. Both were prepared exactly as ordered and service from our great server Kevin was spot on! No room for desserts maybe next time, and there will be a next time!

I love The Keg because every time I go there the stuff trip me like a KING also I love the steck. I hope one day I can get a free dinner for all this year's The I come to restaurant

Not satisfied at all! Had reservation set which was cancelled due to rain. But when I called and asked well are all reservations cancelled and they replied that no 25% are cancelled as the other 75% of the patio is under a enclosed top portion. Very unsatisfied as this is not mentioned anywhere online when you book and it’s hard to get reservations at the Keg currently and for them to cancel my reservation when others are not, is not fair and is not the right way to be running the reservations. Please make it aware that there is an enclosed portion and it would save myself from not reserving here if I was not able to guarantee a spot under that portion. Very disappointing….

If you like raw seafood and subpar steak for 45 dollars then this place is right for you. I placed on order for the two Mother's day meal specials along with the shellfish trio for Mothers Day. I was pleasantly shocked by the poor quality of the food. Why? Because The Keg stands by their great reputation for good food. However, was I surprised to find the food was horrible, nothing that I've ever experienced dining at The Keg. I know its a pandemic, but there is no excuse for a company who sells steak/ seafood especially after spending 250.00 to give this as a Mother's day gift. The steaks were supposed to be well done however, only one was well done the other was medium done with blood pouring out. The lobster tail was boiled with no seasoning or spices on the lobster, raw as if it was placed in boiling water and just taken out of the sea. Our 7 year old could have done better with some help from another sibling to cook this meal. Further, one of the seafood trio order had 4 shrimp skewers the other had 5 shrimp skewers they were ok. The only thing that was good was the veggies the steak and lobsters had to be thrown out because I was so turned off by the poor quality and rawness of the food. If The Keg continues allowing their food quality to continue in this manner, they will surely lose customers.
I would not suggest going to this location. I've had better experiences eating from the Airport location however its temporarily closed. However, this was a Mother's day surprise for our family in Oshawa.
I'm sorry but the pandemic is no excuse for poor quality food for 250.00, especially in a pandemic if you want clients to continue supporting your business the best you can do is to ensure the highest of quality.money down the garbage.
