I don’t usually leave reviews, but we had such phenomenal, professional yet friendly service tonight I wanted to send our sincere thanks to Alisha for looking after us so well. Thank you for making our evening such an enjoyable experience! We had a perfect dinner and will definitely be back

Went out on a Wed. Such a shame the staff were friendly but they got our orders wrong three times. Food was very disappointing. Mushroom Neptune had mushrooms so small the sauce overwhelmed them. I used to love going to The Keg because you got what you paid for. But now not so much. Won't be going again. Glad I had a giftcard I would not have paid for that meal. Now we've been sick all night

We celebrated my sister's 44th and my parents 50th wedding anniversary. My father passed of colon cancer 2022. We love the ajax keg and drive from Scarborough and Oshawa to get to it. We had Jevaughn tonight and will request him again next time.

I love the pistachio salmon with mashed and asparagus. They make the best pina coladas as well.
Mom gets the prime rib and others filet mignon with Caesar and wedge salad.
My sister loves her amaretto and we all love the bread! Delicious billy miner pie as well.

Ambience with fire place is a plus.

Had dinner today with my family celebrating my Dad’s birthday. The service was fabulous! Marques, our server attended to us and my elderly parents with care and respect. He was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. We spent well over $xxx and honestly, felt the value we received was double what we paid.

Can’t go wrong with this location. We probably go 2-3 times a year (mostly on special occasions). This time it was for Father’s Day. The service is outstanding and the food is never disappointing.

Great as always. Service was excellent, our waiter was engaging and funny, made good recommendations and checked in the right amount of times during the meal. Food was delicious and came out quickly. Love that prime rib!

Our meal was amazing and our service was phenomenal.
We even got a complimentary birthday dessert. Billy Miner Pie.there's a reason why this is their #1 dessert

Sashka our server was amazing! She was genuine and kind. It was our 23rd wedding anniversary and we spent it with my husbands brother and his wife. Sashka was the icing on the cake. She was exactly what we needed. The food was good, however the service was exceptional. Even the support staff around her was incredible. Everyone you had working last night was on their A Game, so whoever did the schedule fist bump yourself.
I’m the GM of a restaurant so I am overly critical, which is sometimes a terrible thing. However the team at The Keg in Ajax blew us out of the water.
Amazing job all around in a job where sometimes you do not meet great customers lol.
Keep up the good work and give Sashka a gift card or free steaks for a week or something.

Went there for my son's bday lunch. Had a great time. Excellent customer service. Our server was very friendly. Food was great. Keep up the good work!

My food was delicious
My husband's, not so much. Calamari wasn't done well enough and his steak was rare, not medium rare. They wanted to fix it but I had almost finished so he'd be eating alone, which wasn't the point of us going. It was for our July birthdays together.

We had a great anniversary meal here.

Normally we go to the Oshawa location but as of late we have found that the atmosphere is too loud and dark. The Ajax location seemed to have a much more pleasant atmosphere.

Our server was kind, friendly and attentive without being too present.

We will certainly make this our regular location now when the need for a nice meal strikes us.

Service was great, food has been better at other locations. Glad to see class azul behind the bar

Ajax The Keg NEVER disappoints. Service is good and food is good. Got the prime rib and enjoyed it to the fullest! Just always remember to book reservations as it is a busy place.

My family brought me to the Keg for my birthday on Saturday 8th July.
Had a great server, lots of laughs and good food.

This was honestly the WORSE experience I’ve had at The Keg. I get the same thing every time I go to The Keg. I order calamari to start with and then a surf & turf. The calamari came in a smaller portion as normal, cool, but overall the calamari was NOT fresh. It was super crispy on the outside but cold and chewy. When I order my surf & turf, I order medium well, with a twice baked potato & asparagus on the side. My steak came back well done, where they then replaced it with another well done steak, & when I told the manager it was still too well done, he said it’s supposed to look like that, supposed to have a trace of pink…. I could barely find that TRACE of pink he was talking about. But okay cool, not trying to waste anymore food. Other than that, our server Steve was amazing & the vibe on the patio was relaxing by the waterfall. Also, I highly recommend the Watermelon Margarita and the crème brûlée. Other than that I definitely will be avoiding this location.

Food and Staff are always great here. Staff are very personable and aim to build relationships with their customers.

Good service and atmosphere. Knocking them on the food as my primerib was disappointing. Tasted and was textured like it had been cut a long time before being served

All around amazing experience. The food was really good and the steak was cooked to how I liked it and was well seasoned and juicy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and managed to see to our table even when they were very busy.

I visit this location specifically because of the type of service that I receive.
This evening, I was met at the front counter by the bar manager Chris who actually remembered myself every time I arrive. AMAZING!
He has always been very.polite and professional.
We were served today this evening by an amazing waiter Joshua.
He repeatedly checked on us, and gave us recommendations and suburb service and was extremely polite.
Finally, when we were leaving I the pleasure of meeting this classy, beautiful lady named Emma who was the front desk hostess
Just like the rest of the staff at this location, she very polite, very well spoken and very classy.
I told her what a great job Joshua and the manager had done and she promised to pass on the message but I had to write a review on her specifically because she also did also an amazing job of taking the time to speak to me before I left.
Great job guys!

We took our daughter who has food allergies to the keg last night. Our waiter Tristan and restaurant manager Donavan were outstanding in taking extra precautions and communicating with us. Very professional, organized, and excellent food. Thank you!

Food was good only thing was ordered side of mushrooms were barely warm. Wife ordered lobster it was great but the candle that heats up the butter doesn’t get the butter warm as candle was almost gone so be flame even close. Little dark as can hardly see menu. Service was great. We went there as my wife and I birthday’s both in June they gave us a complement desert was a nice touch. Other then being seated besides a kid’s birthday party as we did make reservations day before.
