The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Burlington

Always delicious! My husband and I tried the shareable sides this time - the Caesar brussel sprouts, keg Mac n cheese, and onion rings. We ordered too much food but it was all amazing!

Have been here in the past and it was terrible, I decided to give it another go, glad that I did, not sure if it's new management but the food was fantastic!

This is one of the best kegs around. We visited last week and the food was great as usual. I was disappointed with the new casual dress code in the lounge however. On previous visits the ladies were in dresses and the men wore ties. It added an old world charm to the evening. Now most of the staff were in T-shirts. It took away from an otherwise nice experience

When I walked in, the atmosphere seemed amazing. I was greeted promptly and was seated. Max did an amazing job serving me the food. My overall experience was amazing. The hostess who sat me did an amazing job although I don't know her name.
Food was delicious and fresh. Drinks were amazing too.
I'm coming back to have another steak.

This is a regular place for us. The food is predictably excellent, as is the service. Great for a first date or an anniversary.

Great steakhouse. Made a very good rare steak. Other food was cooked well. Reasonable prices for a steakhouse.

Update:
Was advised that somebody from their ‘team” would touch base with me from the restaurant or the field. Never happened, even after I followed with the stock answer email, again! Oh boy…!

Once with the hostess booking the reservation (Jamie), again with hostess at the front desk, again with the hostess seating us AND again with the waiter… “It’s his birthday! ”…
Painful that not another word or mention of it, or even the famous piece of cake with a sparkler! … But, we got to watch the table in front of us have theirs okay! … Also, the food was waaaaaay rushed to the table; meaning, that we hadn’t even finished our beers yet and they’d rushed the appetizers, then the dinner (8 mins later) in our faces! We hadn’t even poured a glass of wine from the full bottle we ordered, yet! My goodness! What a disaster. Never again for this establishment with lessons learned, as there really is too much competition out there for birthday celebrations!

It's a personal no, not that it's bad or anything, but for a quick stop to meet friends at the bar during happy hour, the cost outway the value. Too expensive for what you're getting for finger food and a couple of beers.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at the keg! We were waiting for our friends and the waitress told us that if our friends didn’t arrive soon, she didn’t know how long she could hold the table for us, meanwhile there were 4 empty tables that no one sat at the entire time we were there. We asked for more bread, the waitress said “but you already had a loaf”. After asking mutuel times she brought us another loaf. She never offered us refills on our drinks, or asked how the food was. What an experience for a fine dining restaurant.

The server was fantastic and very friendly. We shared, laughs and conversation. The food was on point as usual. Atmosphere was lovely and it makes for the perfect date night.

We came for dinner at the Burlington location tonight and it was a great experience. Our server Matt gave impeccable service. Very attentive, personable, and efficient.

It was our first time in The Keg and we absolutely loved it. We ordered some wine and bread while waiting for starters and main course. The flavours were just melting in my mouth, I have never had better food before! For starters we ordered calmari, weren't a fan of it, but it was more of a personal dislike of calmari rather than something wrong with it. For main course we ordered a ceaser salad and a steak + lobster. The experience was amazing and we enjoyed the patio. Our waiter Max was absolutely amazing!

You always can count on an amazing dinner at the Keg. The atmosphere is exceptional and the quality of service is exquisite. Dosen't matter which Keg you go to, you are guaranteed an amazing night out.

Food was ok but not worth the price. Service was ok but the poor server was just overloaded with tables. My daughter had ordered prime rib, after 30 minutes was told they were out of prime rib and she would have to order something else. No compensation was offered. Nobody did a quality check after we got our food. Will not be going back there. This was at the burlington location.

All the Keg restaurants are great places to have good steaks also nice apmosphere and good service but can get expensive for a large family but then again what haven't gone up in price in the last few years.

Went for a family birthday dinner with a large party (20+) and the staff did a great job of accommodating everyone, very attentive and service overall was great. Food was good but Ceasar Salad was thrown together on a plate. Overall still a really good spot!

The service is always great and the food, as usual, is fantastic. I love the bacon wrapped scallops!

My SO and I went here last night and it was a fantastic night. Our waitress was so fun and kind, I loved her, thank you for making our night that much more special! (We forgot your name and I'm so sorry for that)
She suggested an end cut of the Prime rib for my boyfriend and wow what an amazing meal, I had the blackened chicken, absolutely delicious! All around a great night, beautiful restaurant and such kind and fun people!

One of the best filet minion meals I’ve ever had; superb service as well. Highly recommend.

My daughter and her family and I had Mother’s Day lunch at the keg in Burlington. Our wonderful server was Lindsey. She made it an extra special day for us. She is personable, knowledgeable about everything and attentive. We all just thought she was fantastic.

Just took my Mom here for Mother’s Day dinner and the food was outstanding. She had the lobster and I had the filet mignon. Superbly cooked and presented beautifully. While the chefs deserve massive kudos for the meal, it was the service staff this evening that were the absolute stars. Hannah looked after us and was personable and genuine. We happened to be seated next to a woman that was an absolute monster of a customer. I have never in my life heard someone speak to or about service staff at any restaurant so disgustingly. I was impressed by every single person on the FOH team tonight that was subjected to the abuse and degradation at the hands of this woman, and I would be remiss if I didn’t commend their professionalism and tact in handling a very difficult individual. I hope the entire team from front to back holds their head up high tonight because every single person working handled themselves with grace and poise. Don’t let those small-minded, sad people bring you down - you are ALL superstars!

First time at The Keg. We ordered the Fried Cauliflower and Gin Basil Lemonade from the Happy Hour menu, which, by the way, is excellent. Their bread with the 4 cheeses butter was delicious. My husband ordered the Sirloin with crab cake (a must) he also added the Blue Cheese crust, which it was ok. My plate wS The Sirloin/Oscar that I had to take more than half back to our hotel. Service was perfect. My suggestion is to take advantage of the happy hour menu.

A nice steakhouse, it’s the best steak house for me, the bread is free for start but hot and crispy, I enjoyed my supper in The Keg

Food at The Keg is always cooked to perfection and the service at this location is so wonderful to match!

Helen served us at the high top bar while we waited for our table and she was so quick despite all the customers she had to tend to.

We were very lucky to later be seated at Victoria's table because she recommended the Rib Steak cooked medium rare chicago and it was the most delicious steak I've ever had!

A big thank you to our hostess Kaylee for helping me remember everyone's names and for the outstanding service from start to finish.

I will definitely be back with friends and family.

As always the steaks are fantastic, they had a feature of crab cakes and they were the tasteless things I’ve had for $18 for 2 crab cakes smaller than a puck. But overall the meal was deleicious
