The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Niagara Falls Courtyard Marriott

Service is always wonderful, tasty food and if there is an issue Management always goes out of their way to make your time there enjoyable.

The food was delicious. The Onion rings is the best we ever tasted and the French onion soup was just as delicious. The waitress was very friendly and professional.

Used to go to The Keg often but no more after their ridiculous price increases. The prices are out of this world. Didn't feel like steak, had the blackened chicken >>>$39.00. Should be called the Platinum Chicken. Every other main food item on the menu is equally crazy priced. Even the Billy Miner Pie (a staple), barely has any almonds left on it. Server was amazing (Cindy), but this is the last we will visit The Keg. Emailed The Keg Corporate and got the scripted blah blah blah "we care about you and want to provide great food" response. We are out.

We both ordered the Sirloin steak, medium rare. My wife's steak was cooked perfect, mine was medium. Even though over cooked it was still quite good.

We had a issue with the food however the manager was amazing and helped us immediately. Will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I came here to celebrate our first valentine married and we definitely won’t be back our server Cindy had an attitude the whole time, I ordered a steak and she added bacon around it and she never asked if I wanted it with bacon (I don’t eat bacon) also we felt very rushed she brought the check when we didn’t even ask for it so we felt like we needed to pay and leave. We also made a mistake for tipping her she didn’t seem happy about the amount we gave her and she just walked away without saying anything overall I don’t recommend coming here we did not enjoy our dinner and will not be coming back.

I visited the falls with a 'coach trip of 4 guests, a guide and a driver in a Toyota SUV. We had been booked into a Ramadan hotel, but the hotel was overbooked so they moved us to a partner hotel, the Courtyard Marriot. The Keg Steakhouse was in the Courtyard Marriot, we had breakfast there. Wonderful staff and omelette.

Our meal and waitress were exceptional. Food was hot, full of flavor and exactly as requested. The only reason I deducted one start is that the initial experience of being seated was quite hectic and crowded. We waited about 15 minutes past our reservation time at a bar, and then were messaged that our table was ready; we proceeded up to the 9th floor to stand outside a very crowded elevator for another 15 minutes before being seated. It was very busy; just felt very disorganized. Keg is always worth the money spent. Don't think just go!

Many people say that the keg is fantastic. The best stakes ever.

Staff and management were so friendly and made our anniversary dinner quite enjoyable. The food was cooked perfectly, a definite recommend.

I came in with my family and was sent away cause they don't accommodate family more then 6 and they were not busy at all. Very unprofessional. I even suggested to have 2 separate tables and was denied. So families BEWARE.

No strangers to keg, but first time at this location. We really just went for a pre-dinner around 4ish pm.

Cons:
Compared to GTA's Kegs, this place's prices are insane jacked up. Tourism area I guess.

The main reason I wanted to write this review, is really to praise our server Jenna. Best attitude, always smiley and lovely, always trying her best. She is the kind of server I'd hunt for if I owned a restaurant.
This Keg is lucky to have found her. Services in the Niagara area is generally bad.

We went for our 12 year anniversary and it was THE BEST food and service we have EVER had! We arrived quite late and even at closing never felt rushed. Veronica T was so professional and sweet! We chatted and it was like we were talking to an old friend. Veronica T paid attention to the details and made us not only feel special but also feel at home. The chef and kitchen staff cooked our meal to PERFECTION! Gordon Ramsey would have been proud! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. For the price we felt we got great value with such a high quality fresh food.

The atmosphere was CLEAN, classy and elegant.

Everything was great except the bathroom you had to go through the hotel to go to it. There is a great place to wait until you're seated. Keg steak is always 10/10

We went for our 6 month Anniversary and ot was incredible! Our server was amazing and the food was soooo tasty! Beautiful romantic atmosphere as well! Thank you for making our evening so special!

Very nice evening out with views overlooking the falls. Service was 3.5/5. Food 4/5. Prices $$$ a little pricey for the size of the plate and the offerings (side dishes) The calamari was good and the escargot also good. We went on a Wednesday night and even though it was busy we still had our privacy. Not a window table but ok. The only thing that would be add tremendously to the dining experience would be if they added a live piano or some other soft playing entertainment. @travellingjeannie

When going to Niagara Falls on a weekend, I highly recommend going to this restaurant for excellent tasting top sirloin. We ordered the Top Sirloin with Lobster Tail. My daughters ordered the Blue Cheese Filet. We also tried their Lobster Bisque and their very famous Ceasar Salad. We like our steaks medium rare, and they also do it right! Super friendly service and very nice ambiance. It's always a good spot to go to when visiting Niagara Falls.

Would have loved to review but the fact they had zero options for a vegetarian I could not experience the keg. They should really consider the fact we are a very large percentage of the population

We enjoy The Keg several times a year, mostly in a couple of locations in Toronto. Always predictably reliable, which is why we keep going. But this evening’s meal and the service we enjoyed here was the nicest we’ve ever had. Erica served us and neighbouring tables with consummate professionalism and expertise. It’s truly an art to be able to interact with such a wide variety of people so effortlessly yet with such genuine warmth while also being spot-on with service. The food was as good as we’ve ever had at a Keg, so kudos to the kitchen manager and chefs, too.

Very enjoyable dining with superb entres and excellent service. All staff are pleasant and efficient, especially Rae (Anne) who is our requested waitress.

It was OK for food the atmosphere was nice the food took an hour plus and services is not fast but nice people

Great food and good service. The washrooms are not in the restaurant you have to go down the hallway of the hotel.

Best steak ever! Staff are always so accommodating and polite. Wish I could eat here more often, but would be difficult from England! Rudy was an excellent server!

Bad service，I ordered a medium-rare steak, and they gave me a medium-rare steak and didn't get it back for an hour. I asked them for some pre-dinner bread and they wouldn't give me any. Very bad experience.
