Food is consistently cooked to perfection. Went this past weekend, there was a bit of a wait. They got us in quicker than anticipated, however the manager still came out to personally apologize and gave us complimentary dessert. Highly recommend this location

Outstanding service!
Excellent lobster dinner. However, the rice may be better if it would be a mushroom risotto instead of basmati.
Comfortable facilities. I would strongly recommend to deep clean the floor carpet as it smells.

On January 5th 2024 our family of 14 went to have dinner at this location to send off one of our family members moving out of province. Since Fridays are very busy we could not make a reservation but were able to call half an hour ahead to advise that we were on our way and they would put a table
on some what on hold for us. When we got there we had to wait about 2hrs to get seated because we had added 3 extra people. When our table was finally ready the servers could not seat us until the manager ok'd it but he was too busy talking to other guests, that we had to interrupted him so we could be seated. This manager did not apologize at all for the aweful treatment we received all night long. (in my opinion he's in need of some serious crash course in how to treat his customers) this was very disappointing especially since we are loyal Keg customers.
Altogether we probably spent $900.00 plus. We are definitely not returning to this location for sure! Signed extremely upset customers

My family of six celebrated our birthdays at the keg, but it was the worst experience ever. We ordered the "Parmesan onion rings" and found a hair in them. Although our server and manager apologized, the manager's response was indifferent, offering a free item as compensation. Disappointingly, there was no follow-up at the end of the night regarding the bill or our overall experience. Avoid this location, but the Hyw 27 spot offers exceptional service!

We went there for Christmas Eve and we loved it! The staff was great, the food was delicious and the atmosphere with the music and dim lights just makes you feel super cozy. We’ll be back for sure!

Huge thank you tonight to Jermaine the Culinary Chef and Vanessa our Server who really made my husband’s birthday special. I am pregnant and I cannot eat partially raw meat and was willing to do a well done steak. My husband and I usually split the rib steak as it’s huge and our favourite cut. They made a huge exception for us tonight because I am pregnant and my husband was celebrating his birthday and I cannot tell you how thankful and also so sorry we are for the trouble! My pregnancy hormones got to me and I had a little bit of attitude but they still treated us so well. One of the best experiences we’ve had at any keg so far in the GTA and we go quite often for special occasions. What you both did tonight honestly went a long way and was exceptional and outstanding service. Will be back again without any demands I promise!

We had a group of 12 ppl. Never been to this location but the food turned out good. Our steak & lobster were cooked exactly as we had ordered. Would def return to this location.

Kailin was our server what an amazing personality she so sweet and helpful and informative. Definitely coming back

Went here for our anniversary. Food was good. We ordered appetizers which were great and received in a reasonable amount of time. Ordered our main courses at the time our appetizers were delivered to the table. Main courses took over an hour and was told it would be coming in 7 minutes and 20 minutes went by then again it would be out in 5 to 7 minutes. Ended up coming out after 15 mins later. Mashed potatoes and broccoli were dried out and cold. Chicken was amazing though which made up for the inconvenience. Nolan our server did replace the items but no follow-up with a manager was offered or no offer to make things right was offered. Furthermore, water went dry and was not replenished. Overall, restaurant has a great atmosphere, environment is comfortable and inviting. Front door staff are attentive. Food was good. We also were celebrating our anniversary and no complimentary dessert or anything was offered to rectify the experience.

We were seated immediately.
Restaurant wasn't busy, however we waited a long time for everything including our initial interaction with a server. She was pleasant, but just wasn't attentive. Drink glasses were never refilled without asking multiple times. Bread arrived after appetizers, which was odd because that is usually served first. The heated butter came about a minute before the lobster. The butter was cold and despite our efforts to try and prop up the flame, that butter never got above room temperature before our meal was done. Server didn't come to check on our dinner so there was no opportunity to request warm butter. Again not the best experience at this location.

Visited last night and have been a loyal patron of the brand for the past 25 years, Also, was once part of the team as a proud “Kegger. ” The last two visits at this location have left me disheartened. It seems the establishment has lost its focus on providing the stellar service and consistent quality around their steaks that once defined it. The decline in overall service and food quality has been palpable during my last few visits, and it’s disconcerting to observe the neglect of what used to be a paramount aspect of The Keg experience. Going to take a break from the brand and this location. Hoping for a revival of the exceptional experience that made The Keg a cherished spot for me over the years.

We went here late on a Friday night after a visit to Canada’s Wonderland - arrived just minutes before the kitchen closed.
They were very accommodating - we had two small children with us and the servers were attentive and kind. (Even brought a spill-proof plastic cup with a lid for our four year old).

We all had seafood which was great and came fast. The bread and butter was so warm and delicious.
This was my first visit to a Keg Restaurant.
Would definitely eat there again.

I always enjoyed the steaks at the keg. But I was not satisfied this time. We ordered New York steaks- mine supposed to be medium rare but it was a bit over cooked and tasteless. Quite disappointing.

The Keg is always a good time and my family and I have enjoyed coming here for years. The food and drinks have always been good, the servers and hosts have always been pleasant and attentive, and the proximity to the shopping mall and highway is very convenient. We appreciate all of these things very much.

Now, the only challenge we have is that the menu has changed over the years, where now, it seems there are fewer options than before and prices have gone up quite a bit—especially for certain mainstays. (Yes, I understand inflation and whatnot), but for example, the Keg Burger used to come with all the dressings and a nice garlic aioli. Now it's a shell of itself where it has this weird orange sauce you'd probably get at a fast food take-out restaurant. You also have to ask for things like a tomato slice to be added when it used to be on it naturally, and if you eat pork, the bacon is now a chargeable add-on. Moreover, the parmesan puffs are still on the menu, but they're no longer available. I suppose they didn't want to reprint the menus, so it was a bit disappointing after waiting to hear we couldn't order one of our favourite appetizers.

Nevertheless, despite all of this, we still enjoy the Keg and will return in the future.

Very busy location, but overall quality, service and taste is aways there. Worth a visit if you can manage to get in.

This place is always busy! We came early at 5pm and it was already half full! For appetizers, we ordered French onion soup, fried calamari and Caesar Salad. Of course we always get the fresh sour dough bread as well! All for the food was piping hot and fresh!

For mains, we had the 20 oz ribeye steak with double baked potato and the keg burger with fries! The steak was phenomenal and the burger is very juicy! Overall the meal was on point and the service was excellent!

Always have a lovely experience here. They handle my multiple allergies wonderfully each time. Love the keg classic prime rib or teriyaki steak always hard to pick which I will have. Staff is friendly and attentive.
