The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Bramalea

Food is the same level as any other Steakhouse. Service is ok. The can definitely use better lighting. And more comfy chairs.

I was pleasantly surprised at this location: good food, great service. Came for a casual Friday dinner, made reservations beforehand and was quickly seated. Mark was an attentive server on seemingly busy night. Steaks were cooked properly ("blue" was more true to blue than other steakhouses) ; the special of the night was Kansas City steak, which my partner very much enjoyed. Food was delicious and well-seasoned. Until we found an EYELASH in our creme brulee. The manager came to our table, apologized, and we were adequately compensated.

Service was very slow tonight. Server often forgot about our table. Food came out very slow and was mediocre. Maybe it was just an off night but very doubtful on returning to this location!

We were provided with exceptional service from Tej in the bar lounge section. From making recommendations and going over the menu, accommodating dietary restrictions, we were very pleased. His customer service was phenomenal.

My fiancé and I came here to have a nice New Year Eve dinner as we gotten there early we had reservations for 6: 30 we got there 15 minutes early as my fiancé and I were sitting and waiting to be called for our table no waiter or waitress approached us asking have we been taken care of or have they found a table for us I understand it was a busy night for New Year Eve but you have three people at the front hosting and greeting guests as they come in two of the ladies were looking at my fiancé for over 10 minutes could not even approach us asking if we have been called for our table I asked my fiancé to go up to them and ask them what was going on and one of the ladies was being so clueless acting like she couldn’t understand what he was saying and then the other lady was asking when will the person arrive which was my fiancé and I who booked the reservations. As we gotten called for our table the lady who was seating us and handing our menus just randomly gave me the most nasty dirty look ever which turned my whole mood upside down the atmosphere here was so off putting me and my fiancé will never go to this location again I hope these waiters and waitress learn and grow from their mistakes I work in retail myself I get how they feel when things are not going too well but know that treat other you want to be treated I hope they learn from mistakes and grown on it!

Another wonderful dinner at the KEG. New manager is on point.
Had New Year's eve dinner everything was prompt and delicious.

My friend took me to the Keg at Bramalea City Centre for a pre-birthday dinner and Food, drinks, dessert were all top notch.

Can't go wrong with the Prime Rib.the horseradish.beware.great stuff. I love spicy and this stuff was a slice of heaven. If you're not careful.it'll lock you up. Always a great meal at The Keg.

Prime rib had too much peppercorns and too much salt real disappointing.first time with not such a great food experience at a keg restaurant. Will be going to other locations next time.

Service and food were great. Drinks were OK. They took a bit long to bring them out from the bar, and Montecristo was not great either.

Amazing place, Im glad it was the last restaurant I'll visit before I move out to Hamilton. The food is pretty good despite being a large chain restaurant, I had the Peppercorn New York Strip Steak with double baked potatoes and it was well made. The Atmosphere fulfilled its role to make the food appetizing and its environment feel welcoming. Now the service was the best I had in forever. Shanda, my server, was friendly, helpful and steadfast, she prioritize service above all and even though she had to tend to other people needs she still maintained the gold standard of proper service with my table.

P. S I didnt know first timers get a free dessert, You will most likely get the Billy Miner Pie, its amazing.

Never a bad meal at this location. Friendly staff, good food and our waiter Darcy was awesome.

Always a great time at the keg. Can't go wrong with the mushroom Neptune, filet mignon and their Billy miner pie.

Tasty food, good service. Unfortunately, they were running out of stock from some menu items such as prime ribs and mashed potato, which shouldn't happen.

Went to this location for a special dinner and it was great.
The server Raquel was friendly and attentive to the table, the food was excellent, and they gave us a dessert to celebrate our occasion.
They were out of a couple things in the kitchen, but based off the caliber of food we ate you can't really hold it against them.

Will revisit for sure, kudos to your team

I have been going to this location for years and had the worst experience a few weeks ago. The lettuce was a bit brown and the croutons was stale. I was offered fries instead which took forever. Steak was also not done as requested. The ribs was white and very bland. The worst meal ever. The manager did not come to over to apologize. This is suppose to be a high end restaurant but food and service is mediocre. I will either eat at a different location or not at all. Only good experience was my server who was very polite.

Delicious food. At first, pleasant service with little attention. Hard to track our waitress. Everyone wanted dessert, but she left the dessert menus and didn't return. We had to ask someone else to track her down and by that time we opted for the bill.

I have been to this Keg location a few times without issue, however, what was supposed to be a nice time out was spoiled by my experience this evening.

Positive - food was good, friendly staff

Negative - the service was too slow, we waited longer than what was expected to
Receive our meal. The waitress was transparent and informed us that it was busy - I appreciated the honesty.

We were then told by our waitress that a manager would come by to check in with us - the manager never showed up.

Considering how late it was after receiving our dinner, we weren’t really in the mood to finish our meals. Unfortunately our waitress disappeared for some time and we could not leave - at this time I wanted to leave this place ASAP and couldn’t even pay my bill. I had to ask another waitress to please send us a bill and carry out container.

Not impressed.

I’ve been here for 21/2 hours with no sign of our main meal insight. I’ve counted about 12 tables of people who have not been served their main meals. This is embarrassing for such a well known restaurant. Did you lose power in the kitchen or run out of food? Come on I’m starving! …. On a good note…. The staff is polite.
