Been coming here bec of staff and cleanliness but it doesnt mean to pull our teeths for leaving building machines spending extra time gas and money to come see a note

I was at the store today. This store is scamming people. They don’t have hot water but they are charging for hot water. They are doing it intentionally. It’s been like that for more than 3 months. Already 4 people complain today only. They don’t want to reimburse or let us speak to the the manager. Please avoid this store as they are intentionally scamming. The clerk is rude.
Definitely not coming again!

I went here a few times before and really loved the service and the staff was amazing and very friendly. I went today and it was so bad. The lady that was there with the blonde hair and glasses was horribly RUDE!
She doesn't idea what customer service is at all.
I will never go back there!

Never Visit This Store… Bad Customer Service… The Lady with Short Height is very Rude and arrogant…. Wash ur clothes somewhere else guys

Very bad customer service. At the end of the day it was about how you are treated and they don’t know how to treat their customers at all. We can find different locations which does the same thing and also treat you well.

BEST coin laundry in Toronto. Dryers on high are the best a 10/10 super hot. The staff cleans and sanitizes well the washing machines. This place will be in my favorites. Equipment is 10/10 as well.

Excellent service, and they work with my disabilities and my mcs sensitivities very easily. I’ve been using laundry services for decades, and they are one of the best if not the best. And they are responsible if there’s a problem, they’ll work it out. Fantastic service

Tonight's my first time here and I'm thoroughly impressed. The staff is very helpful and attentive, and you can tell they take pride in their business and service. Machines are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Also very well laid out with comfortable seating and tables while you wait. Definitely will return

This is one of the great local business in the area. I could have giving it the full 5 stars but because they don’t have internet for customer who wait there for at least 2 - 3 hours (-1 star) Internet is essential now days and it is by far part of the customer experience specially when you have to wait in the business.

First the place is clean, Donna is so friendly, nice, accommodating and cheerful so you will start your day in a good environment.

I was disappointed with the person at the front desk at Laundry Boss. I was trying to get a twenty into the coin machine but was having some trouble. The woman came up behind me and, since I was listening to music, she startled me. Normally not a big deal. I can be disproportionate in my response and I take responsibility for that but the way this employee responded dismissively, that she was JUST trying to help me with the machine. She quickly left me alone, clearly frustrated.
I don’t think I was rude and when someone has headphones people should be extra careful since listening is one of the main ways we figure out what’s coming. My startled reaction wasn’t personal but she seemed to take it as such.
I’ve used this laundromat before and had great experience but this person seemed personally offended that I was startled. Great washers and dryers though!

The clientele are rude and hog all the machines, and baskets, they put stuff in them so you can't use them. Horrible clientele.

Clean n well maintained place. Lots of coin operated machines n dryers. Has coin dispenser which dispense 1s and. 25s

Amazing! If I can give them 10 stars I would. From when you walk in you get a warm welcome from Glen! I’ve been coming here for a year or so now. The washers are constantly cleaned, the entire place is sparkling, prices are fair and there is an on-site coin machine. The owners are so lovely! If you’re looking for big, spacious, and clean washers and dryers, this is the place!

First visit and let me Say. Im definitely going back. Clean, professional atmosphere. No one troubles anyone, workers are helpful. I think I found my new favorite laundry mart.

As you may have seen from my other review, my own laundry machine broke and I have been visiting a few laundromats.
I finally found a laundromat that is clean and gets my clothes cleaned!
I would rather travel an extra 10 minutes than use the laundromat by my house.
The machines in this laundromat are new.
There are machines that can accommodate various loads of laundry (weight and size).
There are seats for my kids to sit and hang out.
The entire place is clean and well maintained.
The change machine actually works and gives me the right change.
I can even wash my hands in a clean and safe restroom.
The bigger woman with the glasses can be a little intimidating tho.
But I will always go to this laundromat!

I have 74 lbs of laundry to fold, so before I get to that I felt it neccessary to leave this review. Today was my first time at The Laundry Boss. I was dreading the whole idea. I enjoy housework.laundry? Not so much. I'm a single Mom and often procrastinate laundry because I'd much rather go out and well, buy new clothes! Not the best system indeed. Can you believe I got SEVENTY LBS of laundry into 1 machine? Can you believe I dried it all for $3.50? Believe it. This place is amazing. The machines are fast, efficient and they removed stains I thought would never come out.life of a Mom made easy. Donna thank you so much for your lovely hospitality, your advice and your kindness towards my son. I am a customer for life. To the owner, kudos on this venture. I wish you nothing but the best. Back to folding and the large glass of wine to make it fun.:)

I have laundry facilities in my building that is around 10 min away and I still prefer to come here. I can honestly say every angle of this facility is positive and refreshing. And oh ya, my clothes are too when I am done. Keep it up and I highly recommend this laundromat. I never write reviews or pay much attention to them but you guys do deserve it.

The bigger lady with glasses is always so bother some when I am there. And this time, I'v had it with her. She practically called me a lier with my own money. For some reason she tried to say I pressed the sanitizer button, I have not use any other Bottons but the one that is set (cold) She gave me really hard time just to get my $3.00 back. Like I was lying about everything. In the past, she made a comment to me about accidentally crashing into the garage and recycle bin, she was like "really". At time I just ignored her. The one time she grabbed my money right out of my hands, so she can put my money into the machine! I am done only as long as she is there!

Open late last wash is 1030 closed at midnight super friendly staff that keeps the place spotless running all new machines. Busy af on weekends so if you dare

Today I remembered why I don’t always like coming here. There is a male employee who plays his music LOUD through a portable speaker and at the same time changes all the channels on the tv from the 24 hour news channel to what he wants. So disrespectful!

UPDATE: To the owner, thank you for responding. For the record I have no problem with TV’s or music at the laundromat. I do however have issue with being blasted with EXPLICIT rap/hip hop music. Clearly you called him after my review because although the volume was not turned down the speaker was moved to the front counter and the music was changed.

Dirty laundromat. The staff are openly racist and swear at the customers. The floor is always sticky, moldy washer doors. Go anywhere else, don't waste your time.

What a pleasant experience! This is a laundromat where you can wash your laundry while sitting easy and cozy. The area and the machines are super clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The equipment is renovated and not complicated to use. The hours are great and it is not crowded. There are chairs and tables so that you can read and write while listening to soothing music playing. I would definitely come again.

I went as an customer to use the washroom. Didnt let me use the washroom. They only care if you are there to use there washing machine. I donot recommand this place. No customer service.

I love that the machines are kept clean and the massage chair is my favourite. Friendly team and excellent hours.
Wait did I mention they have a massage chair?

Best laundromat in the city. I live downtown but drive to this laundromat. Big parking lot that is never busy, easy to park. Machines are very clean. Staff on site seem to always been cleaning and are very friendly. Large number of new and up to date machines.

Nice and newly renovated equipment. Lady working there always makes it a pleasant experience with her smile and above n beyond service. Really helpful for a guy trying to do laundry
