The LEGO Store Fairview Mall

I was incredibly fortunate to find the 'Starry Night' set at this store. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist me in locating what I needed. A stellar shopping experience.

Always a pleasure to visit Lego Store Fairview. Staff are always friendly, cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I visit I get the same level of enthusiasm from everyone there.

I just love lego but don't like the fact that prices have gone up recently after covid. This place is average size in bigness. There are special anniversaries every year eith discounts, like starwars day. The staff are nice and they treat you well.

I would like to go to this store to buy a lego but my question is if this store has something special that can be bought only in this location, some Toronto building or so.

I would give 10 stars if I could. This is my goto place for all things Lego I relive my childhood everytime i go. I had a pleasant experience today, this location is very well kept with knowledgeable, friendly staff and plenty of Lego sets to choose from. The new Store Manager assisted me with my questions with excellent customer service, The store is very neat and organized, you can find many themed sets like Star Wars, Disney, Sesame Street with many great car models and other large and small sets to choose from. You can even create your own characters. I love it here. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank for a pleasant experience.

Great spot to stop for Lego fans! Lots of hard to find sets, exclusive Lego store sets and you can have fun building your own mini figs!

Very nice Lego store located in the Fairview mall. Big space and clean ; with different kinds of Lego that will satisfy almost all tastes. All the staff are friendly. Specially the store manager "Anisa" is a nice active young lady full of energy and ready to help and she has complete information about different kind of Legos. She helped us building a " Lego motor " with battery box and some extra parts which was an enjoyable experience for my little boy. Sara and Ray are also very friendly. If you enjoy Lego, you can buy it here as they give you Lego VIP card that has real points! Almost in each month there is some events with exclisive gifts in this branch. Play opportunities also availabe! It seems that they don't have mini figures any more.

I love lego and the store but I went to make a return and they asked me to wait 8 minutes. I was trying to get in and out of the mall quickly because of the pandemic. The regular staff should be able to return small items and not make customers wait.

Just went in for my daughter to see the different Lego sets they have but it's more expensive then other places, and no one approached us to see if we needed any help.

What can I say but a 5 star experience at this Lego location！I called in early mornings last Saturday to check if star destroyer was in stock, the staff not only confirmed that, but set it aside for me for the day. And once I arrived, glad to see the store has capacity limit due to covid but wait time was 30 sec. The staff at the entrance was also professional and friendly. And lastly, checking out process was just easy with no hassle at all. In and out within 5 minutes！AND this location has quite a lot hard to find sets still in stock, so definitely loved this place！！

I used to come here when i was younger to buy lego sets on my birthdays! Great prices and they gave me a free lego set for christmas!

Good Spot to visit with your kids. Location is kept clean and the staff is friendly. Stock is usually slowly updated however the experience is worth the visit. Prices are not too bad either so defs a good visit.

Became too expensive apftr reopening. Looks like they are making up for the time they could not make money. Not my fault!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They had helpful info on where I could find a very particular piece. The store is well-organized. I found it easy to find what I was looking for.

Very helpful staff. Great assistance with a return from Jules. Very happy with the experience overall. Picked up a few items on sale. Line up seemed long at first but moved very quickly. Don't be discouraged. Very pleased overall!

If you want to return/refund they will not allow you to. Store manager J. W told me the items has begin refunded which I didn't because of lockdown. I questioned her, probably a staff member refunded the $ to their own pocket. She said since the lockdown there were NO refunds issued and my theory is wrong. If no refund was issued why she tell me, my item has begin refunded and I can't get my refund. I have filled a police report for their company insider refunding $ to themselves and putting me as a victim. (lambo set)

Radiculous, they only allow 7 people inside. If you are care about vivid, people outside waiting has more risks.

Great customer service and everything is displayed so nicely. All their product is out and easy to see. Everything is also super clean with sanitizer available.

One of the best Lego stores in the greater Toronto area. Lots of selection and hard to get sets stocked here.

Gotta line up sadly but it's great now cos no kids hanging around playing and stuff so you can browse and stuff worry free.

It is okay overall. They ran out of the time room sets rather quickly - just a few days into the promotion. Looks like LEGO did not supply them with the quantities that they actually needed.might as well order online and get the items delivered compared to going to the actual store.

Crazy store, who will ask customer to line up every week if there is only one coming back each store.that grand piano forget about it.

Was just at the Lego store. Attendant was very helpful. I was looking for Cheetah in the mystery Lego mini figure bags. Spoke about other mini figures that I was searching for. Told me to call ahead and they will search for them and put them on hold when a new shipment comes in. This is very helping because of the time and effort to identify which figure is which. When I finally found Cheetah and came to the cash, they double checked and made sure we found the right one. Very helpful!

I love the people who work at this location! They are amazing! The manager goes out of his way to help you or your kids find what they’re looking for. The staff are also so helpful and are always checking in to see if you need anything. I like to pick bricks from the wall or the build-a-minifigure stations and they don’t set any limitations or quotas on the cups and they don’t force you to pick 3 torsos or 3 heads from the BAM so if you want 15 pugs, you can pick 15 pugs. It sounds like some of the other LEGO stores in the GTA aren’t as accommodating.
