It is really a nice building. The rent is lower than the buildings nearby. Management is good, very clean. Nice neighbours in the building.

Great condo to live in. Well managed. Units are large and the building is in great shape.

While the condo and facilities are nice, the office/management staff are so-so, BEWARE! For instance, Grace Chung (one of the office staff) was incredibly unprofessional and rude when one of the tenants inquired about the buzzer system, she basically would not let them voice their concerns. Another time, the management was incredibly rude when a sublettee moved into the condo - so embarrassing for the tenants to explain. Some of the security staff are nice, most of the other management staff unpredictable. The condo needs to consider the staff who represent them!
