We worked with Dave and Sean (and Ben) at the Little Building Company and were delighted with the results. They were on budget, on time and really understood our ideas. Their crew was very responsive and detail oriented. We really care that the natural landscape and wanted to protect trees and they were careful to build our cabin in sections without heavy equipment. Without exaggeration, buying a sauna from the Little Building Company was the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. The entire process was so simple and everything came together perfectly and in rapid time. I only wish I had done it sooner. Excellent company to deal with. They took the right approach to a carport posts replacement job that I was quite nervous about. The posts look great and are very solid. The process was straight forward, the finish product was exceptional. I am very happy with my new sauna room. Sean converted an old cold storage room under my cottage porch and into a gorgeous sauna room. My only issue is that I will now have to upgrade my basement to match its beauty. Sean and his team were excellent to deal with. Right from the start I felt he knew what to do and stayed true to his original quote (despite no expectation from my to do so). Note that this review was not prompted by The Little Building company and I rarely write reviews.but I was compelled on this one.

I am very impressed with the professionalism and Response of Sean and his team. I called The Little Building Company with an urgent need for help with a safety issue on my home. Sean responded to my call in less than 24 hours, listened to my concerns and provided a very reasonable estimate. Despite their workload, had his team on site the next day! (I had a decorative beam approx 12 feet long and 60-80 pounds fall from ceiling and needed 8 more removed before they also fell!)

Hugh, Ben and Stephen were amazing- such great teamwork. They came up with an innovative, safe plan to remove the beams and executed to perfection. It was obvious that this group trusted each other - they worked like a well oiled machine! And they cleaned up after too!

Little Building Company crew was fantastic! Highly skilled, perfectionists, respectful of property and, luckily, dog-lovers, so they not only built a beautiful deck and bespoke privacy screen, they participated in managing a very active puppy and his older brother with great skill.
