I cannot get over how helpful everybody here was. David, as all reviews have stated, went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out and that i was on the road. Came in monday, drove away tuesday. Moving mountains would be an understatement to what David did for me.

My boyfriend bought a 2015 equinox in April 2022 first it needed a new battery in September not it needs a new the engine needed to be replaced. Not impressed at all.

David told me to hold off on the purchase and he would check in every 3 months. True to his word he did check in, and I never felt pressured to buy. When I was ready to buy David was ready to assist. I had a tough situation I did not think I was going to get out of until I talked to David and Erin. There was a bit of back and fourth and unsureness on my end about the vehicle but with being reminded I could trade with them in a 1 year time it was so worth it. Avoid this place at all costs! In 1 year.my credit has unfortunately slipped during the Pandemic. I thought this would be my only option. I have recently started working at GM and I was looking for something more reliable to get me back and forth.

I provided David Buzzell with a budget I was comfortable with and I thought I was on my way!

David came back to me with a vehicle (because of my "horrible" credit. I was NOT allowed to choose a vehicle. I need to take the 1 choice they give me). 2013 Honda Civic. 4 year term. $500 per month! $24000 for a 9 year old vehicle!

I then reminded him of my $250 budget.claimed he forgot.berated me once again about my horrible credit and he reminded me he was my ONLY option (sort of felt like I was married again)

Came back to me with a 2010 Kia Soul with 257,456 KMS.

At first said $250 a month. I asked for how long.he originally stated 4 years. I expressed shock! Then he stated "well maybe 2 years"! I asked for a final sticker price and he told me he couldn't give that to me until I gave him a firm that I was taking it!

I was looking for something reliable to get me back and forth.not another headache that I needed to worry about every day!

Now they are stating that it could be weeks for me to get the deposit I e-transferred them back.reported to the bank.and TD has asked that I call and report it to the Police.

NIGHTMARE!

Was just starting to think me and my wife wouldnt of been able to get a car till we met David at the loan arranger he was extremely professional and helped in anyway he could in my opinion he went above and beyond. I highly recommend using them to find a vehicle.

This is my second vehicle with The Loan Arranger and I am even more impressed with the Oshawa location than the original location in Scarborough! Some of these reviews make absolutely no sense! The Oshawa location gave me a better rate than the banks using their in-house financing! My car is absolutely beautiful and waaaaaay better than everywhere else I went! I am still in shock! Brandi and the manager Erin were super attentive from the very beginning and worked hard to get me what I want, while providing me the best deal possible! I was in a car in a few days! I couldn't stop asking if this was for real! I have owned over 13 cars and can say that this was the easiest transition into a vehicle I have ever had. They are both honest and respectable, which in the car industry is very very rare!

First they make you feel like you have no other choice but to go with them… they over charge you interest … than they charge you a huge hidden fee, at the end of your term…
Put a lean on you to have no choice… to pay.

Don’t waste time at the big dealerships, come here! I personally have very low credit and I wanted to finance a car, I went to Durham Kia at first and got denied then got a referral to the Loan Arranger; David helped me out and got me into a nice Kia Forte within less than a week. He gets you a car no matter what and he can move through this process as fast or as slow as you’d like.
