I was looking for a bespoke tuxedo for my wedding and had already visited a couple of other places. When I went to The London Bespoke Club, the level of service and expertise from Kunal made me choose them immediately. I didn't know anything about tux and fabric, and Kunal was very informative and patient and walked me through the entire process. I eventually got everything from them - jacket, trousers, shirts, shoes, and even socks! The quality of their product is simply unmatched. They can embroider your name/initials on the shirt, which I thought was a very nice, personal touch. One day, there was a minor delay with my shoes, and Kunal waited long past store hours to wait for my shoes to be ready and personally delivered them to my place - that's the kind of service you can expect from them!

This was my first bespoke experience, and it will certainly won't be my last with The London Bespoke Club.

I initially had a good experience but it quickly turned into the worst customer service I’ve ever received. After paying for a new pair of jeans, both Kunal and Ian stoped responding to my messages and stopped taking my calls. When they did, they would make false promise. When weeks past, I would reach out again just to be left on red. As for my suit, the pocket square was missing the pick up day. Until now, 2 months later. I have yet to receive it despite Kunal promising me that it was shipped. Of course, again left unread when asking about the status of the shipment. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!

Kunal and Ian are legends. Admittedly, I am probably the most annoying client. However, the Bespoke team catered to all my asks / requests. I am very happy with my suit and am so impressed by the team! Would recommend Bespoke to everyone / anyone!

I've attended several of the different 'suit stores' in Toronto, and have found that the service and quality at LBS far exceeds its competitors - As well, the degree of customization is a fun aspect to the process, whether in respect of suits, shirts, or sport coats etc. Kunal and Ian have been great throughout the process, attentive to, and understanding of, my personal preference, tastes, and ultimate goals in designing a wardrobe - I would highly recommend.

Got a custom shirt made and the process was honestly amazing, fluent, and easy. It was definitely an experience as well compared to just walking into a regular mall store and buying a shirt or other piece of clothing. The customer service is A1. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new style and custom clothing.

Wife and I were looking for a place for our wedding attire. She messaged priya on IG to inquire, and zero response even after seeing the message. Called a couple times, finally got a hold of a gentleman, and abruptly hung up on with no call back. No sure about others, but to us customer service is huge, and with already a bad experience, my wife and I will be looking elsewhere and will no longer be supporting them. Cannot recommend.

This is my go to place for custom tailored suits! I love the service and hospitality. Ever since I walked into this store in 2016, I’ve never looked back. There are people who enter this business just to make money and money only. And there are people who do this because they are passionate about this venture, and live and breathe this. Kunal knows suits. He cares about the client. And he is willing to do whatever it takes to give you the best experience. I share this in the hopes that others can have the same experience as I have.

Truly a wonderful experience getting my suits from The London Bespoke Club over the years. The fabric selection is broad and luxurious, the finishing embellishments from the high quality buttons, silk linings, to the contrast stitching, surgeon's cuffs, and hand picking are a delight, and the fit is by far the best in my closet. There are cheaper custom options out there, but in my experience, none come close to the quality and value that Kunal and his team will bring to your wardrobe. I always receive unsolicited compliments when wearing my London Bespoke Club suits.

The service was the complete package. During a pandemic London Bespoke made getting the suit I always wanted a breeze. They were incredibly flexible and would go out of their way to get you the best service possible without cutting corners or sacrificing quality. My suit for my wedding day looked amazing and I am so happy that I had this great and easy experience trying to look my best. Thank you to your team. Everything was fantastic!

If I could give zero stars I would. Worked with KUNAL before about 5 years ago and enjoyed the service. Went back to him again this July and paid a deposit. KUNAL and London Bespoke have completely ghosted after taking an almost $4,000 deposit. Multiple text messages haven’t been returned, and neither have emails to the company account. The second fitting deadline was 4 weeks ago, and the suits were supposed to be completed by now.
We have a mutual friend who has asked KUNAL to reach out. He said that he would to the mutual friend, and then never did. His calls go straight to voicemail. Extremely disappointed in what started out as a great process. I’m not as concerned with the delays as o am with the lack of communication. Part of what you are paying the extremely high mark up for is the service which is non existent. Brutal experience and would not recommend.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Kunal and the team behind the London Bespoke Club. From the smallest detail to every thread, the suit was nothing less than phenomenal for my wedding reception. Will definitely recommend London Bespoke Club! Worth the investment.

Purchased my wedding tux from London bespoke club and it was the best decision of my life. Amazing cut, fit and fabric. I had a very simple tux with a subtle design on my jacket with peak lappels. Amazing classic look with a modern fit. Can't wait to get my next suit for work made from here.

I used to support them, but I no longer can for 2 reasons.

1. Being a doctor at UHN during this time and seeing them take a trip showed how selfish and self absorbed they are. We needed people to stay home and they clearly showed no respect to any healthcare professional. They showed they rather be apart of the problem than the solution. I am risking my life everyday.this was sad.

2. My colleague bought a shirt from the women line and priya showed no confidence. The fake portrayal really doesn't work when your client is a psychotherapist.

There are more ethical tailors in the city that don't use animals wrapped around their necks for fashion. I cannot recommend.

I have been dealing with them since 2018 and they have been nothing but the most accommodating, professional, and kindest people in their profession.
What I like the most about them is that they let the customer throw crazy ideas at them and God knows how, but they make it happen.
I have bought cheapest to the most expensive suits/shirts from all the major brands but still till this day, nothing fits like their work. You know the quality of fabric and stitching when the suit/shirt sits well on your body and flows in a dapper way.
My favourite work by them was when they made my custom tux for my wedding. Despite showing up at their location less than a month from the big day, they still were able to deliver their promise a week before my wedding day.
Really convenient location. Next time when you’re there, I’d really recommend to check out their collection of custom shoes and their collection of luxury watches (if you’re a fan of Audemars and Rolex)

Awesome business, brilliant concept and very well executed. Kunal was my tailor looking after me and I have to say best in class from my experiences with tailors/fashion. I wouldn't say I am a beginner in mens suiting but I was surprised to learn many new things from my experience at LBC. They truly take time in explaning every step of the bespoke suiting process and every detail is throughly explained. If you are true suit Connoisseur, LBC is the place to go for your next suit. Working with Kunal on my suit was pleasent experience he is, efficient, responsive, intelligent and knows the fabrics inside out. I am thoroughly impressed by Kunal and the team at LBC and would highly recommend based on my experience. I have attached a photo of a bespoke peice I purchased from LBC.

I’ve said it before but I have to say it again because I remember being skeptical of Kunal’s comment almost 9 years ago: “once you go custom, it’s difficult to go back”.

Over the years you come to realize truer words could not have been said. This isn’t made-to-measure, this is bespoke. I won’t sit here and say I am by any means an expert (or near it) when it comes to fashion however the shirts and suits and sport coats I have purchased through the Kunal over the years… I mean it’s pretty unrivaled. I’m not a brand-driven type guy but I value quality, and I’ve always enjoyed wearing his garments.

One of the nice things I have noticed over the past almost decade is they only get better – a realization even more apparent since he ventured off on his own and founded the LBC. Whether it be in their offering of fabrics through the various mills they are affiliated with, the fit of the article itself (as they keep all previous orders placed including measurements on hand for ease of reference/guide), or the little touches like hangers and garment bags; the LBC has continually evolved. Soon they will have a new space too!

If you’re in the market for a new suit, shirt, and or sport coat and would like a truly one of a kind experience I would highly recommend stopping by the LBC. Sit down and have a chat with Kunal or Priya over a drink or espresso about the process and what’s involved, and what you’re looking to get out of it. If you end up purchasing something through them I bet in a year or so’s time and some good use out of the garment, that line Kunal once said to me will ring as true to you as it still does me. You won’t regret it.

I went to London Bespoke for my first ever custom suit a couple years ago & absolutely loved the experience. They were in my old office building so it was quite convenient for me. They were extremely professional & knowledgeable. I was definitely overwhelmed with the all of the possible options available to me but they took the time to probe the right questions and basically got the style I was going for. Even the custom button up was fantastic. Stellar job with everything from quality to affordability to communication. Can't wait to check out there new place when I'm ready to order some new pieces.

Not only is the quality of their clothing impeccable, but the service I received from our very first interaction (my first experience with bespoke suiting) has been incredible. Since then, I have been able to rely on Kunal and his team for virtually my entire wardrobe. Even as work took me away from Toronto, Kunal and team were able to deliver perfectly fitting garments, regardless of where I happened to be or if I was able to make it into the showroom for a fitting. And I haven't always made it easy for them. I once asked for a "last minute tuxedo" which, to my surprise, was made and delivered internationally ahead of schedule. I cannot give a higher recommendation. If you are considering a new suit, please give London Bespoke Club the opportunity. I have referred several friends and colleagues over the years and can confidently say, you won't regret it.
