My nurse could not even manage getting me a glass of water and a box of tissue - those 2 requests as I was experiencing unmentionable post-procedure vomiting, overwhelmed her. Unbelievable. Got an infection in my face and throat and ended up at emergency in agony and could not speak for 10 days and my epiglottis was gagging me for 3 weeks it was so damaged. Beware.

Giving this place a chance to do right.
They can go from a 1* to 4 max as they still did me wrong.
Sometimes, you gotta give people the chance to do better as well take accountability.

This place is great! I was nervous about getting my first colonoscopy here at 19 after reading some concerning reviews but the staff were all very kind and made me feel comfortable. I was in the waiting room for about 45 minutes because it was quite busy as expected, but I still didn't feel rushed at all after the procedure and they even offer water and protein shakes in the recovery room

This place is wonderful. The staff are all very nice. Parking is difficult, it would be better if you could be picked up outside the front door. Overall a relaxing way to have your procedures done.

After having both a scope and a colonoscopy at UH this place is awesome no hours of waiting and I read the only bad review and they are wrong after having a scope at UH I could not swallow properly for 2 months this place I saw Dr Chande this man Is amazing not only does he have amazing qualifications he puts you at ease is very professional as is the entire staff. I had no adverse effects and they don’t snow you heavily with medication and it wears off quickly with no nausea and vomiting! I will never go any place but the Scoping center in the future! My appointment was on time quick and efficient and with no lasting effects! Highly recommend this place

Great reminder system, the prep was great. Staff was very professional, although they are all busy. Nice work to them for showing up and working hard. Procedure was painless, and i walked out an hour later feeling like i’d just consumed a couple budweisers, but nothing more. I would say i underestimated that i needed to be home for the most part for the 12 hours before the procedure.

I have to admit the first endoscopy was painless. This time however it was the most brutal
Thing I have ever experienced on top of being humiliating. Sedation did not work could hear them the entire time
finally passed out only to be woken with four accusatory faces looking at me. Than was asked if I had sleep apnea very accusatory. The last thing I know I’m in recovery work and the nurse and anastesialogiar are shooting me daggers with their eyes. Was told I should have told them about the sleep apnea I DIDNT know I had. What away to find out. Than I was told my vitals were fine and to leave. Fell down on way out and heard someone laughing. If I had cancer I’d still avoid this place and dr Wilson at all costs. May she and her team rot in hell.

I was dreading this appointment but I felt compelled to write a review. The staff were very professional and punctual. The anesthesiologist and Dr. Talwar were excellent. Two nurses caring for me were fantastic. They made the experience as good as it could be. Thank you

How on earth anyone could give this place less than five stars, is beyond me. Gentle and patient staff. The procedure was in out. Easy peasy. If you’re a difficult person or perhaps a little skittish with hospital procedures, I would recommend you place your trust in these professionals, and lower your expectations from expecting a spa resort experience. They’re checking your butt for Pete sakes, and doing their due diligence to ensure your safety and health is up to spec! Great jobs guys! Bravo to the entire team!

All staff were so kind and walked me through the procedure at each step. Dr. Syed was very gentle when administering the medication and Dr. Yan was quick with his explanation and conversation regarding my medical concerns. Nurses were so helpful, kind, and made the experience so much easier to handle.

IF YOU HAVE MEDICAL ANXIETY DO NOT GO HERE. Had a gastroscopy. They had me sign all the forms, put me in a bed alone. Sent the anesthesiologist to come get me, he tried to physically push me down to lay down without explaining anything to me. I told him I was scared and haven't talked to the doctor yet. He said I can in the procedure room. I went in and there was someone rushing around getting ready, the doctor was sitting at the computer not looking at me while asking a few questions. Their answers were very vague. They told me I would feel no pain after the procedure. They proceeded to inject the propofol without telling me and I woke up in recovery I went home and had cramping pain while swallowing and stomach pain. The clinic already closed and I had to go to the walk in. Was literally a nightmare and the whole thing felt illegal.

I had a procedure done today and the staff there were incredible. Very friendly checkin and the nurse easily explained the procedure to me as did the doctor. The anesthetist was very gentle and comforting. And the two nurses in the recovery room were amazing. The prep for this procedure is far worse than the actual procedure. If only they could make that bowel prep taste better.

Left a number of messages on my phone detailing another individual's medical history - but the catch is that all of this private information was left on my phone. Not sure how the numbers got crossed, but you need to make sure of who you are calling and what information you are putting out there on messages. Not professional.
