Beautiful building and prime location, but poor level of customer service by the building management unfortunately

Came to check out this building twice for renting, but there was no one at the front desk for a long time during both times. Called the number at the desk, but no answer. Several people already there seemed like they've been waiting for a while. This is too bad as the building finishes and location seemed great.

The property managers are responsive and nice to deal with. The amenities are kept in good working order, the two outdoor patios are great spaces to use in the warmer months. Plus, it's wonderful not to have to go outside to get to a grocery store!

Few days ago I had a social gathering in party room but it was a very inconvenient situation. First of all the trolly was broken months ago, then the buzz system was not working, meanwhile just two of the elevators were working. So my husband had to stay more than one hour to led my guests into the room, all and all everything was so messy and sign of be inconsiderate toward the duty of the management staffs, in addition of the impolite behaviour of them toward the owners of condos that is
unacceptable so I trying to getmy complain to whom it refers, hope to make the situation a little bit better

Love loving here, the location is just perfect. I use the in-building grocery store all the time (especially in winter) as well as the hot tub.
Not many building issues either, and the cleaning staff are very kind.

Great place to live; location is near everything (subway line, new LRT, movie theatres, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies), and you don't have to leave the building in the dead of winter for groceries, LCBO, or ATM. Building has great facilities: 2-floor Gym, pool, huge hot tub, steam rooms (dry and wet), as well as a Movie Theatre, Party Room, BBQ area, Zen Garden, and for when guests are visiting - Dining Room, and Guest Suites to rent. Very convenient!

Worst management I've ever dealt with. Water damage in the floor above our apartment means people are in there all day and night doing repairs with no regard for my partner and I who have to listen to it. Its 1am currently and someone is up there stomping loudly and doing some work. Absolutely unacceptable and after three emails and two phone calls nothing has been done to address the problem. I will be looking to move as soon as possible.

Very nice building but I just found out you have to pay extra to rent amenities on top of the incredibly expensive rent! Ie if you want to play pool for an hour it will cost you $65 or if you want to use the theatre room it’s $50 etc…

Beautiful building. Property management is on site and have been very responsive when we’ve had any questions. Location can’t be beat and direct access to Loblaws/LCBO is a definite perk!

Trash Shoots are always broken, the Condo doesn't reply to your emails, regardless the amount of numerous times of emailing them. Feel like they're paid just to be a paper weight. The Management Team is slow and does not take your problems seriously. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Horrible building to live in! Considering this is a fairly new condo, too many issues including leaks that created major damage and took forever to repair. Management office not great to deal with. I do not recommend this building.

The condo next to the street and it is noisy at night. The environment and style of the house looks very depressing. But the blackout curtains in the house do not work at all, the morning sun is very dazzling! The whole building is very tidy.

The management here is very unprofessional. Somehow somebody was able to get a hold of a master key to all the condos, so they had to change all the locks… The locks have been changed, but now they won’t allow anybody to come and deliver food to our door. So because of their HUGE mistake we have to pay for it. All around just very bad management at this building.

IMO: The Madison should seriously hire new front desk staff.

Literally do not buy or rent here.

This is a great condo to live in. The administration is great and responsive and the people at the front desk get acquainted with those living in. The amenities are very well maintained and people are respectful. The zen garden is a great place to spend time on and the ability to reach the LCBO and the Loblaws from inside the condo is a great plus.
