Besides, the fact that I waited and had to actually get somebody’s attention when I was the only client and the counter is unacceptable in my opinion. Then, when I did get somebody’s attention, a smile would go along way.

For me, Longo's at FCP is always the right choice. First of all, they're consistent and I love consistency. Every single time I've been there to get food or any other product to that matter there's consistency: quality, presentation, service and I would've include price but lately everything is expensive by the day virtually everywhere. Specifically talking about their hot bar, I love it, the salmon, rice, veggies, potatoes, etc. Another thing I love is the way the can handle long lines, they move fast,
so if you think about it, you go there, get your food and honestly you want to pay and leave to continue with your life as soon as you're done, they are good making that happen.

Treat customer as thieves while labeling unclear

Unclear label, there is only one label for banana says fair trade placed in between organic and regular

By definition fair trade means company takes into consideration of protection of workers’ rights, environmentally sound farming practices and criteria to ensure product quality, some overlapping factors with organic

On self check out there is a pre set option for fair-trade, I just pressed it and the dark short woman with a pony tale came yelled it is not regular it is organic. I won’t mind if that was a friendly reminder and acknowleging their labeling was unclear, but no she treated me as if I was stealing… perhaps thieves always consider others on the same level… anyways I paid 80 cents extra and left…

Prices are above average but quality of food is good. I highly recommend the fresh made food, specifically the cakes and the cold/hot bar. The employees are very kind and very knowledgeable.

Horrible customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst part is management is more unhelpful than staff.

I recently come here everyday for the salad bar and the hot bar. Not a large selection but I think it's good enough for a weekday lunch. Recommended if you have dietary restrictions or if you need to adjust the portions to your liking. I find the cashiers friendly.

I don't know where to start.
The customer service here is outrageous, low class, intrusive, and very ignorant.
Above all, this one lady, Abeba.oh my.she followed us in the store staring at us and looking Inside our shopping bags.
She came closed to us and started to check and scanning.hold on lady.show some respect, we came here to spend our hard working money and you treat us like this.
We pay premium prices and we deserve premium service from all of you
That's how a successful business is run.
Employees here lack professional training and the manager or the owner should explain/ Show them the basic rules of a great customer service.
Most of the employees don't smile, never willing to help anyone in need to find a product.
If you continue to treat the customer's like this, they will never come back to you.and your sales will go down.
Word of mouth is the best form of advertising.but now with social media.everything will spread super fast.you must treat anyone who comes to your store with the most respect and kindness

Needed things for the bar at work and I asked 3 people since I didn't see it on the shelves. One told me she didnt know and the other said whatever was on the shelves was what they had. Nick was third person I asked and was so helpful. He came with me to check and on top of the shelves they had what I needed, he grabbed it and unpacked it for me. Helped me at the register, made it so I could carry things easier and even offered to walk me to where I needed though it was a bit far off so I declined. Super friendly and super patient. Need more people like him:)

Crowded place/big line during lunch break but a very nice place, I liked it. I used to buy water.

Love this place! Very good quality produce and they even have gluten-free products even though the store is small. The staff is always pleasant. Thank you for your hard work!

As others have noted, customer service of the cash staff is mixed but virtually always negative. The employees at checkout are usually rude to customers - appreciate that the job can be stressful but having that impact the customer experience is not ideal for the primary client-facing personnel.

Kitchen staff, however, are extremely pleasant to interact with, and they are consistently friendly and personable.

Don't buy "fresh food" or refrigerated food here as it's either stale or undercooked. Bad lunch experiences with their sushi and the bbq chicken/ fried rice. Many other places across the street for the same thing.

Such a bad experience in the bakery. I was trying to find if the "Danish Mini Cheese" is sweet. I asked a lady in the bakery/charcuterie area and she promptly said "Yes, because there is something inside". I explained to her that the stuffing she was mentioning was the cheese. Only then did she decide to read the product ("Danish Mini Cheese"). "Oh, yes! This things are sweet! And I asked "You THINK it is sweet? " I asked twice and said ""or it IS sweet? "
She was clearly supposing and only said "if you don't like it, don't eat it" and immediately turned her back and going away.

Rushing in the morning sometimes, I do not get a chance to eat breakfast at home. The Market is a good place to get hot or cold meal prepared daily with many healthy choices. The staff is usually very helpful and friendly. A good choice/ place for a healthy meal, while shopping.

Most of the cashiers are rude. Not my fault you are a cashier. The Filipino ones are always chatting in their own language. Extremely rude.

The actual grocery section is small. But they have plenty of selections of salads and fresh hot/cold prepared meals ready to eat. Prices are high but not that high.

It's a hit and miss with the customer service here, sometimes when you're cashing out, the cashiers would acknowledge you and other times, they are just plain rude (giving attitude when I asked a question) - looks like half the staff are not happy to be there and I'm sure this has to do with management (it always starts from the top). If this store is charging ridiculous prices for their produce and food, they REALLY need to have better customer service.

Soups are a huge win - best is broccoli/cheese and coconut Thai. Hot bar is not good, but salad bar wins, although they don’t have onions and that’s really the only downside.

Decent selection for week day snacks.
