Longo's kind of a bit apart, being a family owned supermarket, in the sense not too hardcore on just making money, but more into placing value for the quality you expect, & respect in serving clients.

This is a very good place to Buy all you need. Especially the people who work there. Maria is a excellent worker she treats all the people very good. Always she smiles. It make that you come back to a great place. Thanks Maria

This place is very nice looking but has limited brand selection. Little more than a deli/ high end Bodega.

An incredibly frustrating experience! This supermarket was a total letdown, providing no helpful assistance and lacking the essentials I needed.

Picked up a Too Good To Go (TGTG) order this afternoon - $5.99 for baked goods. Ended up totalling about $25 worth of bread and pastries. I'd definitely come by and order another TGTG order here. The bag was filled to the top!

Best place to do my groceries, plus the cashiers are nice and friendly. Food is always fresh, specially the fruits and meat. I am so glad this grocery store is close to my home.

Good! They had most of the products that I was looking for. A very nice location to shop at. One more thing there is a very nice LCBO just beside the Longo's, a great opportunity to for two shops in one stop!

I live in the area so it’s easy to grab items you run out of or forgot on your grocery run but I don’t recommend this place for your main shopping. It is expensive. It is limited in variety.

This Marketplace by Longo's is convenient and accessible, but of course that is based on my location. They have a surprising amount of selections considering the size of the place. A decent amount of food/kitchen options as well. I would say they lack size variety, and by that I mean, there are some items that have only one size, so I am hesitant when it's too big for my needs. The staff is friendly so no complaints there.
Needless to say, the price is the main reason it's 4 stars. It is a bit pricey overall, but at least they have some Longo's products that are slightly cheaper.
Overall, if you are in the area, I would recommend shopping your groceries here.

The staff are really friendly and helpful here. Shout out to Beth from the deli in particular who is always very kind and provides great service. The store is always well stocked and the line ups get long, but move pretty efficiently.

Terrible produce. Made the mistake of buying leaf lettuce there and had to chuck it out the next day due to brown spots and dead leaves. Decent meat choice on the counter but not a butcher in sight. Sad.

Mostly shop for meat there, they have an excellent selection, the butcher is very helpful and their prices are reasonable.

I really want to like this store because its so convenient, but I never have the issues in Leaside I have here. I've returned packaged fish 6-7 times because it went bad, but it was still out for sale. So many items are mispriced and I always have to argue with the cashier over the discrepancy. When I catch it they fix most of the time. This is more of problem since COVID then before. Yesterday I noticed all the screens, facing the customers were turned off, with just a logo showing, and my customer loyalty card doesn't work anymore. Great, now I can't see what I'm being charged at the register! I got charged $6.99 for a salad that was marked down to $3.99 and dinged with 8% prep charge too. You know what, I'll just walk to Loblaws.

I live/work around the corner from this Longo's and I go there every morning for coffee, sometimes twice a day since they opened. I'm always pleased with my experience. August always has a smiling face and a cheery disposition to greet me. Even the worst mornings seem a little better when I walk out of there.

I always have a great experience here. The place is very clean and the staff is very kind. Shout out to John in the hot food section, he made the best chicken sandwich I ever had and was very polite and courteous. Love this Longos!

I always pick up quick lunches to go. Nice assortment, soups, salads, pizza or groceries to go. Very helpful, friendly staff. Starbucks on location also. Parking is limited. Got an advent calendar on sale.

Small store friendly staff for the most part. The Starbucks there is extraordinary as i was served by a person by the name of august. Extremely professional and polite and made it a great experience. Asked the store manager a product question and found him to be lacking personality and he comes off as stiff and rude. If it wasn't for my dealing with the store manager whose name I believe is wahab (dont know if that is spelled correctly apologize) when I cashed out the cashier was extremely polite. Obviously personality is not something taught to upper management. This would have been a 5 star review. Maybe keep management out of the public eye and let staff do what they are great at.

Great place! The girl that works in the meat department, I can’t remember her name (starts with a J I think) was very knowledgeable and helpful told me the differences between each meat I was looking into, Thank you!

Had to go back to my car to grab a mask (lack of signage until you get right up to the door) but the staff was kind and courteous and the experience otherwise was good

Organized, Clean, Everything in the Store is FRESH, Friendly. Helpful Staff! Would definitely return. Thanks!

I should have a choice wether i want to ware a mask or not. They did not allow me in so i left.

LONGOS is the BEST GROCERY STORE
My husband and I have been loyal LONGOS shoppers for years. The location on St. Clair and Avenue Road is close by and I love going there. Outstanding customer service. Store manager Wahab Khan, and his team reach out to make your shopping experience so positive.
Excellent selection of food products, meat, fish. In fact, I know a chef who only buys his meats from LONGOS.
I know that the Longo family are highly respected.my friend Carla, knew them well.so kind, giving and professional.
It is obvious that the Longo family have instilled their personal values in their stores too.
Make sure that you also get a Longo’s Loyalty points card.
Free 1 hour parking is available at this location.

My husband and I are residents at the imperial Plaza Condo and only have had extremely positive experiences with the cashier staff at Longos Market. We have become a community. We and our dog appreciate the kindness that is bestowed upon us when we enter the lobby and we are often given treats that are always passed to us and the we give them to our dog.we feel that such kindness should not be curtailed but that reasonable way to address safety and cordial gestures can be worked out. For example, the passing of the treat to the owner, then the dog.

Really enjoy the convenience of this store and the friendliness of the staff. In particular, Maria is a beacon of positivity as she remembers frequent shopper names and is very kind. She even takes the time to recognize our pet from time to time with a little treat. While it is a bit unconventional to do so, it brings a smile to all and of course is a kindness to our dog.

Great place, good food and good selection is a bit small but you find the necessary, good quality the staff is very friendly and the best of this place is the Mexican cashier is beautiful lol, summarizing good place to buy and see that beautiful girl and that smile every time I go to the store is the best.

Prices are high. Store is small so sales are fewer, leading to alot of expired or close-to-expired food on shelves (milk, cream, and herb vegetables especially). I got horribly sick less than an hour after eating a slice of their pumpkin pie.

They keep old products on the shelf. I've found mouldy fruits, vegetable and pastry there several times and when I told the staff about it they were totally indifferent. Once they told me, "this is the last blueberry pie we carry" and didn't do anything about it. When I came across a mouldy cucumber package and told the staff about it, they didn't want to replace it with a more expensive package and told me this is the last package, if you don't want it we can not do anything about it! I won't go back there never again.

Cute grocery store. It's like a mini Longos. It has all the basic you would need for a grocery shop but it's relatively small size makes it far less overwhelming than a typical Longos location. There is also a small Starbucks inside this Longo's. I prefer the Starbucks inside the Longo's to the one next door on St. Clair because there is essentially never a line in the small Starbucks inside Longo's.

As for the location, it is clean and well kept. The staff are friendly and efficient. I love coming here to grab a quick meal. The prepared food counter has a nice assortment of sandwiches, salads and even Sushi.

Five stars for sure! I would recommend stopping here if u need a quick meal or to do a small grocery shop.

Their fresh squeezed OJ is the best in town, in my opinion! Also, good produce and they do offer some organic produce and dairy products

Amazing grocery store, it has everything you need and then some. The staff is great, very friendly plus there's 1hour of free parking.

Place is garbage! The Starbucks inside the store has bugs in their drinks and then the manager is rude when you bring it up! On top of that They allow you to pay at Starbucks inside the store for anything and then apparently assume your stealing if there is a misunderstanding, even if you offer to make it right and avoid all confrontation and issues they are still very rude especially the female manager! I forgot her name but she hangs up the phone on you talks down to you! Garbage place! Either make everyone pay at one spot for your product or stop being rude if there is a misunderstanding! Absolute garbage customer service! Only place worth your while is the ladies in the Deli! They are absolutely amazing ladies! Absolutely disgusting!
