The Massage and Treatment Clinic

I had called to make an appointment and went through the full process of booking, gave all my contact information and selected a date & time. I received an email to activate my account, but never any confirmation. I arrived at the clinic on time for the appointment that was discussed over the phone, only to find out that the receptionist never booked me into their system and someone else had the time slot that I was supposed to be scheduled for. This was a very big let down as I had to cancel another appointment just to be able to make this one and their front receptionist was super unhelpful when it came to this issue, she tried to sell me on acupuncture rather than a massage. I will not be rebooking.

All the staff are excellent! I've been going to The Massage and Treatment Clinic for over 5 years. They have been helping me recover from a 2013 car collision to the most that I can, given I am living next door to very hostile and brutish neighbours. Once I move and have a stable environment I fully anticipate I will be able to make significant progress. I highly recommend this clinic for massage, acupuncture, and chiropractic. Thank you very much.

I have been going here for about 2 years now every month to 2 months. I always see Amanda and I can’t highly recommend her enough! She is amazing and everyone is so friendly:)
